Very professional, quick repairs! With teenage twins, I’ve had to visit them more times than I would like, but CPR’s great service helps ease the sting a little!

Been a customer for years. Called and asked about a screen protector for my new phone (pixel 4a) and was told they didnt carry them. Ordered one and took it to them and offered to pay for having it installed. Was told they only installed ones purchased from them and I should have had them order it. They didnt tell me that when I called. Did it myself.The owner called subsequent to this review and explained it was corporate policy and they could no longer install products bought elsewhere. I appreciated her response to my concerns have always been pleased with their service in the past. I will most likely go back to them when I do have a need they can handle.

Good people that work their but didn’t put new adhesive on my iPhone and it got water inside of it so know I have to go spend more money on a new screen 2/10

I have used CPR in Cherrydale for several years now to repair my phone and the phones of my family. I have also had the screen protectors applied to all the phones even before they started selling the invisible shield. When they switched over I paid the extra cost to have that protectors installed. My screen protector was broken and the same for my sons over the course of the holidays. We removed the protectors to keep from cutting our fingers without realizing that it voided the warranty if we didn’t save them and bring them into the store. We are now required to purchase the protectors at full cost due to this mistake. This may have been told to us when we received the upgraded protector more than a year ago but I don’t recall it being the requirement. For the amount of money that I have spent at this location it is very disheartening to have a business not provide any recourse for a warranted item even after years of our doing business with them. Maybe this is a reflection of Invisible Shield instead of CPR if in fact CPR is required to send the cracked screen in to IS. CPR certainly has record of all of our purchases and a record of the phones we applied the protectors. Very disappointed in the service if not the Invisible Shield warranty process.

I had my phone charging issue. They cleaned charging port for free and it works great now. Awesome customer service.

I brought my iPad to them I wasn’t even sure if it could be fixed. They told me $140.00 I needed to put $70 down so I did they called and said it was fixed and ready so I go to pick it up it looked like it never fell on the ground. I started to try and pay him the other $70 , he told me they closed my ticket out they didn’t have to fix the screen so I only had to pay $70. I was so happy for I am on a fixed income being retired. I highly recommend this place to bring your cellphone or iPad they are the best.

Came here to have my screen replaced on my note 9 under assurant device protection from my carrier. They dont carry Samsung parts which is not what gave me pause, its that they dont replace the back sealant that makes the phone water resistant when they break it in order to do the repair. I called assurant who assures me they are suppose to and even the CPR on woodruff says the same. If your gonna go to CPR, drive the extra distance to the woodruff road location because they follow guidelines and will make sure the repair is done right without cutting corners. And for the owner hast name is Hardin and first name is not jazzy, just so you can confirm Ive had a note 9 there and canceled the repair @4pm on 4/12/2021.)In response to the owner comment: i made it clear i was not upset with the part needing to be ordered but rather the lack of cherrydale being able to guarentee the repair which my insurance is paying for.I just spoke with cpr again on woodruff (kayla) and they are doing my repair TODAY because she had already ordered to restock the Samsung part needed and it came in today. 2nd: the rep at cherrydale specifically said you do not replace the back seal with the seal from Samsung because the claim doesnt pay for the back seal ill have to add adhesive myself to reseal it. The proper way according to Samsung instructions is to clean off the old adhesive strip and replace the strips all together. 3rd: my back camera lense has a SCRATCH on it not broken. You all can think and act how you want. Ive made the choice to go with the company that can GUARENTEE my phone will be repaired correctly. Im not interested in excuses, if its miscommunication then employees need to be trained better. The rep mention nothing about a cracked lens (cause its scratched and not cracked) and said plainly that you all dont use the OEM Samsung adhesive strips to reseal the back of the phone cause it doesnt come with the part and the insurance doesnt pay for it.People just need to know who they are going to with their phone, its important our phones operate as expected especially with the cost of phones and the added cost of insurance. Just letting other customers know so they can make an informed decision, which I wish I had checked reviews before selecting CPR cherrydale as my repair store so I wouldnt have had to do through the hassel of changing it to woodruff rd.

Finally was able to drop my phone off to be fixed, it was finished in a timely manner. My only issues were the fact that i turned my data off and put my phone in airplane mode and when I picked it up those two settings were changed back? Not really understanding why that was?I was also told that with my new screen replacement the screen that replaced it may have bubbles because of the type of screen is? Kind of strange but ok??Update!!Technician from the store called to address my repair and concerns, this was much appreciated!! Thank you!!

I had a console with liquid damage that I brought in for a repair quote. The guy working the counter was very strait forward and didnt beat around the bush with letting me know what it would have cost to fix it. Will definitely return for any further repairs I need.

My fiance broke her iPhone Xs screen, found their website, started a quote and scheduled an appointment.The price I was quoted for was lower then what I paid, however they are a military friendly business and they gave me a military discount! The repair was flawless and they gave me a screen protector with no extra fee! It took about 2 hours to walk in, repair the phone, pay and leave!

I had my phone screen repaired here and it was a great experience. Paul was excellent to work with: polite, respectful, competent, knowledgeable, and thorough.

My phone was repaired by another location twice, and both times resulted in defective screens and poor customer service. The rep at this location repaired it quickly and even threw in a screen protector, no charge, for my troubles. Excellent customer service - will only visit this location in the future!

I needed my daughters IPad screen fixed. I went to Ubreakifix and the guy didn’t give my daughters tablet a second look before he said that he couldn’t fix it. I came to this location and worked with Paul and he assured he could fix it. Not only does my daughters tablet look BRAND NEW it functions well. I’ve visited this store today, The young lady that worked there was very personable and knowledgeable. It’s been a long time since I felt like someone was answering my questions fully. I highly recommend this location and particularly this young lady that assisted me.

They could not do my repair, which is understandable. One of their techs is extremely rude and tried to intimidate me, which is unacceptable. However, the owner worked with me to help alleviate some of the issue.

I’ve been to the store a few different times each time I visit is a pleasant experience. The young lady that helped me last visit was very knowledgeable overall and a joy to speak with. These people know what they’re talking about!

At first, I was put off by price of estimate for repair. Yet, when I left checked on what my particular phone cost, its capabilities, and how much the parts cost, I went back. Truly great to do business with. They explained everything my phone needed, and took a deposit only because of the cost of the parts, then had my phone back to me very quickly. A good experience all the way around.

His aim was to help solve customers problems and not to try to sell you services or items he thinks that you do not need; unlike other sales people. I give him credit for his honesty and looking after his customers interest. My phone looked brand new after the repair!

Robbie had my screen fixed in under ten minutes! He was very kind and knowledgeable. He shared he has been replacing iPhone parts for more than 8 years. I spoke with 3 different people, I cant remember any names, Robbie may have been one. Anyway, all three employees were very helpful and courteous! I have a ZTE blade max and no other cell phone repair store could find a repair screen for it except CPR. They had to order it of course, but shipping didnt take long and the repair time is reasonable. The employees did an exceptional job on repairing my phone and are pretty skilled!

Our laptop needed a new screen, and it was diagnosed very quickly by Robbie! He ordered the part, and said it might be 3-5 days just for the shipping. I left the laptop and he called me after only 3 days saying it was ready for pick up! I was thrilled that it works again, and that it was inexpensive too! I expected to pay much more. I came the other week and had my phone fixed. the price wasnt bad and was cheaper then apple. apple was wanting like 30 dollars more. also they sold me a tempered glass that protects my screen and sure enough i dropped my phone today and they replaced it for me. This is a wonderful place to go and i highly recommend to anyone

A complete waste of my time I called them before I went there to see if they can fix my phone and they said yes I drove all the way up there and then they said no we cannot fix this phone it was a simple job of putting on a glass screen

I highly recommend CPR Cherrydale. I decided to stop by after getting no help from Verizon, other than being told your phone is dead without them even testing anything. I figured I had nothing to lose, so I gave CPR a shot. I was helped immediately and my phone was opened right in front of me so I could see what the tech saw at the same time. Got my charging port replaced on my galaxy s6, which always includes risk of breaking the screen. The screen did end up breaking but he replaced it free of charge, AND knocked off $20 from my final payment. I would definitely recommend this CPR shop! Great service and very professional as well.

Very Impressed! I needed my fingerprint sensor replaced on my Samsung S8 after a child scratched through my LifeProof case and scratched the phones fingerprint sensor. I expected to get the run around and have to pay an arm and a leg, but I was pleasantly surprised! After the part came in, I gave up my phone for 1.5 hours and returned to have a perfectly working fingerprint sensor. I happily paid $45 to have my sensor fixed. I was impressed with the professional customer service, and the quality of service was exceptional. I would highly recommend CPR of Cherrydale for your cell phone repair needs.

CPR did a great job of fixing my Surface Pro 3. They finished with it sooner than expected and made sure that it was up and running properly for me. My screen had gotten broken by a child and I am so glad that someone told me about CPR.

Waste of money and more importantly waste of time.We have had our phone repaired three times. We had it repaired here because my wife cracked her screen. We brought it back for a second time to get it fixed to CPR because the top left corner was popping out. At first they refused to fix it because they said its due to a cheap case causing too much pressure on the sides which caused the phone to pop up. Supposedly theres a limited lifetime warranty As long as there is no water damage or physical damage to the screen phone. I asked him show me the damage. There was no damage on the backside of the phone nor the sides and there was no crack on the screen. After talking with the employees for a little while and after two potential customers left the manager came out and finally fixed the phone.Well this time we had it repaired HERE they allowed my wife to walk out with glue sticking out the phone slightly. They told her that it is fine and thats what it looks like when you repair a screen. When I saw her phone i drove immediately back to CPR for them to get this squared away with the manager. They finally took the phone back and repaired it and made sure the screen was flush after another customer walked out after having to talk with this manager about the terrible work that they did on my wifes phone.Well I came back today because the same issue that we had repaired the last time is happening again and this time they said we cannot repair your phone it will be $105 to fix. There was no damage to the phone on the back, the sides and the glass itself. There was a tiny dot on the top left corner that he told us was a crack UNDERNEATH the glass itself where the phone screen was popping out.Tommy (who supposedly told us he is the district manager) goes on to tell me that is a crack and that voids the warranty. He said the issue is due to my lifeproof Case causing too much pressure and that caused the cracking of the screen underneath the glass.So they give me excuse for cheap case and now giving me an excuse for a premium case.This place is a complete joke. Dont waste your money and more importantly dont waste your time coming here.By the way.......... Some of the people who have given five star reviews are actually the workers there LOL

Busted my screen so called around to see who could fix it. CPR greenville was the store i called quoted a price but closer to cherrydale so i went there. Got there dude was rude right off but wanted it fixed and didnt have time to run to greenville. Told them what phone i had then they quoted a price and it was higher guy said they are independently owned. Ok well just fix it the did had a liquid screen protector put on so it would have a one year warranty. Now screen broke again 2 months later with very little abuse dont wanna fix it said we had to register with the company but told me they handle that for me when i picked up the phone. Ill never go back just got ripped off 240$

My phone has the slightest been in it and batteries and plus (or whatever) said they couldnt fix it came here guy told me no problem has done worse and it cost me wayyyy less than it would have there... Needless to say I am highly satisfied and I hoghly recommend!

The woodruff road location fixed my broken screen and it kept getting hung up. I took it to this location and Robbie repaired my phone quickly and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back if needed!

Went in for broken front facing camera on my iPhone 7+. They fixed it. I left with broken rear facing camera. Broken screen. 3D Touch no longer working. I didn’t leave parking lot before walking back in. They refused to take any blame and there “was nothing they could do”

I Went To The One In Cherrydale About 2 Weeks Ago And They Fixed My Screen But My Front Camera Was Messup Up & Still Is , So I Called Them They Told Me To Bring It Back Up There But I Never Had The Time So I Went Up There Today So They Could Fix, He Gone Tell Me That Since He Couldn’t Get In The Phone To Check In See If Anything Was Wrong With It Because He Didn’t Know The PW . BUT IF ANYBODY KNOW YOU DONT NEED THE PW TO SEE IF THE CAMERA WORKING U CAN JUST SLIDE OVER & The Camera Is Right There . He Tried To Charge Me Almost $80 To Fix My Camera That They Should’ve Fixed In The First Place Never Will I Ever I Should’ve Just Went To Sb On The Street 💯 Ion Eve Write Reviews But That Doesn’t Makes Sense To Me & Im Mad ! Ctually pretty dissappointed with this fix .Yes, the screen was replaced, but apparently they out on a thinner screen, so I see my taps to the screen as if I was jamming my finger down on it ..when I took off a screen protector that cracked the screen actually came up with it and It became difficult to pull it without possibly taking the screen with it. For paying as much as I did, im super disappointed about how cheap it feels.

Brought my little brothers iPhone 6 Plus screen to be repaired here & 2 days later the home button stopped working. Apple tech said it was due to the screen.Really. Just pay the extra to have Apple replace it unless you want your device to stop working all tonight. $100 wasted.

Competent but not friendly..

So I went to get my iPhone screen fixed it was perfectly fine it was only cracked! After they fixed it the same day my screen was clicking apps by itself. I thought it was not paying attention to me touching the screen. Then me &my sister saw it swipe over and “jumping” like it was stuck but moving if that makes any since. So I turned it off then quick restar still same thing . So I left it alone the rest of the night. The next day it was doing the same thing so I called cpr & told them what was happening & they told they are not a fault. May I remind you my phone never did that it was only cracked. They were so rude the next time I called I was told to bring it in. But my friends told me they had similar problem and they told me they are not gonna do anything about it . May I add that I dropped my phone & the side of the screen popped out on the side didn’t cracked but popped out. I very pisssed off with cpr. I still have the phone it’s now cracked & wont turn im not saying cpr is a fault about the cracked phone but the not turning on ,they are & p.s my home button was not fixed they made it worse !

The Cherrydale location had decent reviews but didnt make a good impression with me. No one made an appearance from behind the wall to greet me or see how they could assist. I got a shout from behind the wall be right there after 5 minute wait with nothing but talking in the back ground I left. My time could be sent in a store that would value my business. I give the one star to the guy leaving the store at least he spoke and held the door open for me. Yesterday, I went to CPR location on Woodruff Rd I received excellent client service from Stephen. Props to him. I remembered his name. I needed convenience in location thats why I went to the Cherrydale location. Lesson learned Ill be spending my extra minutes in travel to where my business will be valued.

Waste of time and money. Friendly people, but didnt fix a thing and didnt tell me the problem. Paid for the service and the ordered parts. Waited longer than estimated when the wrong part arrived... buttons that worked before we took it in mysteriously didnt work after. The whole thing was a waste of money and time.
