This was by far the best service I have received at any Apple store. After not being able to give up my laptop for repair due to my heavy school load, Brett and Alfred made my life so much easier! Brett did my repair that was scheduled to take a few days, in 30 minutes! I’m so grateful for their service and patience!

Shopped here after having a terrible customer service experience at Best Buy. Jake, was very knowledgeable, patient and overall awesome! The new iPhones are not available right now due to high demand. However, I wanted to give credit to good customer service despite not being able to buy one at this time.

Needed my screen repaired. Went without an appointment. Was told we don’t do walk ins, so I made an appointment. Upon arrival was told that they couldn’t fix my phone before closing due to taking in too many walk ins. They stated I could leave the phone and pick up next day. 2nd appointments made. Tried to drop off before my appointment and was told I can’t leave my phone before appointment time. If your going to lie to your customers at least be consistent.Part 2. Due to the lack of competence and customer service at the Apple store in the Haywood mall I had to mail my phone to Apple HQ in California. I admit I did not read the email that stated I had to remove my SIM card before sending out. When I spoke with the manager at the Apple store to try and get a new SIM card he stated it was considered an accessory and to go to my phone carrier to get a new one. I have been an apple customer since the 1st iPhone came out and purchased just about every new model since and so have my wife and kids. In all the years of apple product purchasesI have never had anyone ever try and sell me a SIM card as an accessory.

If I could give more than five stars, I would! Austin was our genius, and he was exceedingly kind , understanding, and knowledgeable ... not only to me but also to the next two people in line behind me, (as for time sake he was helping us all, as my iCloud info took a long time to load).His attitude reminded me of a big brother, whose. genuine desire was to fix our individual problems, with the clients’ best interest in mind.I left feeling respected and so glad to be an Apple customer.This is the best part… as we left, my husband, (who sat with me the whole time), said “we have to write a good review about him! “ And those are the best words a fellow could get!! Thank you Austin! And Apple, please give this man a raise!!

Brought Mac Book Pro in for repair. They could not repair in store. Shipped off for repair. When shipping back they did not get my address correct even though I gave them correct address. Trying to call store to get them to correct it has been a joke. Got run around and told only way to get it fixed is to go back to store for them to correct. Not happy….

The store hung up on me. Why, because here is the problem. I need a new battery in my laptop. Oh but in order to know what battery they need, they need information off the laptop. In order to get such information, Im expected to drive hours to the store so they can look at it, then order the battery, then come back so they can spend up to a week replacing the battery. All the while, without a working laptop. The incompetent people there dont even have the knowledge to read the information from my laptop over the phone and actually order the part in advance rather than wasting a trip to their store. Its amazing their phone service can tell me my phone number, my lap top model, all based on my calling number, but could they even use that information to detemine the correct battery. Nope. They seriously need to do a better job working with their customers. In further notes, apple support tells me they do not have the ability to check stock on a part. The ONLY way they can check stock, is to physically go to the store. Total incompetence.

Made an appointment to come in at 1:45 and was seated. I waited 20 minutes before I was helped.The screen in my MacBook pro had a small crack and the employee helping us ran his finger along the crack which made it extended about another inch and a half across the screen. We were told it would be almost $600 to repair the screen and that the trade in value was $200. During the process of resetting the computer the screen completely blacked out. After trying to restart it several times we were told that because it was blacked out the laptop now has no trade in value.

I am an Android girl and had to get my Moms phone fixed. Long story... anyway I called 800myapple and they were no help. The guys at the Apple Store were awesome. Jake had everything done in about 15 minutes. Took me 4 calls to the 800 number to decide to come here. Glad I did. Again they are awesome.

Two stars because they did okay by me several years ago. These days, however, if you book an appointment be ready to wait a half hour or more to be helped even after showing up on time for your appointment. Want to show up early just in case? They won’t even check you in prior to 10 min before your appointment time. Got a question about a product to replace the product they couldn’t get fixed for you? They might be able to get someone to you who is marginally informed about the product in a half hour or so. Dreading the day I might have to come back with another problem.

Horrible experience! Don’t bother shopping here! The service is bad. Your better off shopping online. I went in knowing what I needed and didn’t need help with anything else. I was told I needed to wait for 2 hours to be helped, when there was a lot of employees just standing around and the store wasn’t busy at all! The lady that told me to wait for 2 hours was VERY RUDE TOO! She was not helpful at all.

Just wanted to buy a watch band for my Son, who was with me. The Aggressive Security Guard shoved a mask at me at the door, I declined and he said Dont make me embarrass you in front of your Son, put the mask on Threatened me in front of everyone. Behavior that is totally uncalled for

Went to get a speaker fixed on my phone. Had an appointment at 3:10 and wasn’t helped till after 4:30. They make you wear masks in the store yet allow 50+ people into the small space at one time. However inconvenient it was, the staff was very nice and were able to fix my phone!

I had a simple repair done to my Mac, and was very happy with it until I got home to find that a data breech had happened while the computer was at the Apple store. My email address was given to more than 500 websites around the world, and I have spent hours and hours trying to unsubscribe from all of them. I have also had several fraudulent charges added to my credit cards, and have had to cancel those charges and apply for replacement cards. It will take weeks before this mess is straightened out. I will never visit this store again. I called Apple Corporate at two locations, and they finally put my call through to the Haywood Mall store. The person who answered identified themself as a manager and I told him what had happened. His response was this could not have happened here. I assured him that it had indeed happened there. He put me on hold for 20 minutes, and then came back to say that he would have to locate a manager and have him call me back. I am very upset. This is just wrong on all levels.

Had an appointment to look at watches. There was a line to get in, but when I checked in, they found my specialist and I got to go right in. Richard answered all of my questions, let me try on a couple of watches, and was very helpful. Arrival to exit with new watch was less than 20 minutes. Will definitely be doing business here again!

The iPad glass screen broke. (Beware! It shatters into tiny glass shards!) Apple Store experience to replace it was very pleasant and efficient. Apple doesnt replace the glass but rather replace the whole device. Danny, the Apple Genius that helped me, was great.

I purchased the Iphone xs here over a year ago and my phone never drop or water damage it look very good condition but quarter of touch screen is not working anymore I went there let the technician check it but they said they can replace touch screen but i have to pay $279 plus tax ,it is redilous ,I paid this iphone over $ 1000 but it last only over a year . 👎

I gave it one star for the fact I went there for help with transferring my stuff off my old cracked phone to the new replacement phone. The guy at the front of the line who was letting people in, asked me what I was there for and I explained and he was like there nothing we can do for you. I explained I wanted help with one of the guys who works on it cause obviously I’m missing something in the quick start and my research wasn’t doing me any good. He proceeds to tell me to buy more iCloud storage and do it that way. I asked again if I could have someone look at my phones and help me with the problem. He then said the same thing about they won’t help you and buy more I cloud storage and then call Costumer support through Apple. I said why would I do that when I can get help here and be said they would be happy to help you over the phone. It was just frustrating on not being able get assistant even if it was something that small. Found out later after buying the Iclouds storage that both phone where on different updates. So after 3 hours of updating both to the same, the data transfer from phone to phone had no other issues. Thanks for nothing.

Customer service operated like a well-oiled clock. I made an appointment to get my cracked screen repaired. When I dropped off my phone they said they could have it repaired today. I came back two hours later and the repair was complete. Everyone was courteous and professional.

We purchased a MacBook Air on line and picked it up at the Apple Store Haywood location in Greenville, SC on 6/23/21. The service representative Andrew was assigned to assist us. He did not appear very knowledgeable about the product he was selling. He neglected to inform us of the need for an adapter to convert the new MacBook Air’s outputs to conventional USB cables. Instead of offering to sell us the needed components he appeared very rushed. As we continued to ask pertinent questions he replied with “it is all in the box”.

The Apple Store was as sleek and ordered as the products they sell. My Genius Bar appointment was begun on time and Taylor was exceedingly pleasant and knowledgeable. They fixed my cracked screen on my iPhone 12 Pro for the advertised price of $29.00 and it was accomplished in under an hour. All COVID-19 safety protocols were being followed and I was even able to purchase a cherry icee at the pretzel stand that was conveniently located next to the store.

I took my sons phone into the apple store Because it would not allow us to update his phone and we were unable to use it at all. Kyle was working with us and he was amazing! He definitely knew what he was doing and sent us out the door with a brand new phone. I highly recommend going to see Kyle if you have any issues.

I had a problem with my Apple Watches, when I waited for my turn, they said that I needed a new charger, I bought a charger from them, but the clock didn’t work, the next day I came again, but they said that I needed to assign a new app. I cant go there every day, Im upset. And please recruit specialists for work !!!!!

If i could give zero stars i would. This store is exactly the reason that I quit supporting Apple. When it was 10:00 in the morning and no one was in the store and I was told that I would have to return at 4:00 that afternoon to get my phone checked out i knew there was a lack of customer service that they were willing to offer. When salesman told me the only option was to buy a new phone if I needed immediate help it made it clear that there main goal was to sell new phones. So Ive been Android since.

Recently purchased an Apple Watch via the Apple Store app on my iPhone, with in store pick up. Emailed status tracking was prompt and helpful. Order was waiting on me when I got there and I was not treated any differently than if I would have purchased in store (which I’ve done numerous times before). I was able to get in and out in good time.After having my Watch a few days, I decided it just wasn’t for me. I mean, I liked it, but not for what I paid. I repackaged the watch, walked in, and they accepted it back with no questions and no haggle. I’ll definitely see them again in the future.

As our family’s resident IT guy, I’ve been here regularly for years to help buy iPads, MacBooks, Apple TVs, etc and every time I’ve had a good experience (including Black Friday and the days before Christmas).HOWEVER if it’s busy employees aren’t great at seeking you out if you’re just standing looking at them - you need to engage them. Also good to have an idea of what you want or what you’re checking out before you go to make things go smoothly.

We had to wait almost a week to get our phone because they closed unexpectedly and did not communicate anything to us. We live an hour away and made us waste our time on several occasions. We finally got our phone back and it was dead when we received it. It stopped working again while on a call. What did they fix exactly?? I wouldnt even bother coming here. Just send in your phone for repair at apple. It will probably be faster and they send you a replacement. Service wasnt good and werent helpful at all. Also, dont bother making an appointment for repair because theyre either closed or are going to make you wait two hours until they receive you.

Finally had to replace my longtime MacBook and Marlene made the process painless and stress free on what is an important purchase. She took the time to learn exactly how I use my system, what my specific needs were, and clearly outlined the most important differences between models both in performance and the related cost. I ultimately went with her recommendation. More importantly, she did not try to up sell or bombard me with unnecessary accessories that didnt fit my needs. I will definitely be back!

Absolutely the best experience Ive ever had at an Apple Store. I was visiting from out of state and needed help. Unfortunately, it was an hour before closing time on a Saturday evening, and my service required a bit more time. Nour stayed late to make sure my phone was working properly. The location is usually crowded but the magical Apple service and support is gone. A few years ago the staff would bend over backwards to do the right thing by customers but the last two visits have been exercises in frustration since they dont have parts for in warranty repairs leaving us without a working device for a week. Apple devices used to demand a premium due to their exceptional service and support but that seems to have gone away.

My IPhone 7 Plus was having issues with the speaker, you couldn’t hear anything on calls and some other features. I came in to their store near their closing time and it also happened to be very busy night for the Genius Bar but someone came to us right away to direct us to a specialist who could run diagnostics and give us some options. We were told right away that the issue wasn’t fixable because it was a hardware issue and we needed a replacement phone. They told us an estimate on the replacement phone which we were happy to pay because it was already a good deal. And once we said that we wanted to go ahead and replace it, they let us know that the replacement would cost less than half of the original estimate that was already a very good price. And the customer service was AMAZING! The customer service representative (genius at Genius Bar) that was assigned to us was named Chris. And when I tell you that I could not ask for a better customer service rep than Chris, I mean it. He was very knowledgeable and intelligent. He efficiently lead us through the process of choosing the replacement phone and transferring everything to the new phone. I don’t know what they are paying Chris but he needs a raise haha. I had an incredibly easy and great experience with this Apple store.

Conveniently located in the mall near an entrance!! Yayyyy I see in and out in my future! Theyre always seemingly staffed very well! The teamwork is evident in the flow of how we are guided through processes. The store is a decent size with a nice selection of mobile devices and equipment. The staff are all trained to deal with anything apple. Their professionalism and efficient handling of everything is refreshing! So stop in and get your apple experience.
