I had a suspicion that I had been hacked by some overly clever hackers who had managed to lock up my computer and create a Microsoft window with a phone number to appear. The window informed that I needed to call Microsoft or all my identity would be breached. This was NOT MICROSOFT. My computer freeze occurred on a Friday at around 5:30pm. The following day - I called Cliff (based off of his location and reviews). His prompt answer to my call got my computer into his hands by 12:00 noon (less than 24 hours after the occurence). Cliff spent time listening to what had happened and promised to have my computer back in my hands by Monday. 10:00 am on Monday he called informing I could pick up my computer. He spent time educating and showing me what he had found. Trust and honesty along with professionalism will have me utilizing his services if ever needed again along with my referral. Cliff was great. Very timely and efficient. Extremely knowledgeable. Explained problems and what he did very clearly. Didnt talk to me in computer language so I wasnt left dumbfounded. I would recommend him to anyone who has a computer issue.

Long story short; neat, clean shop, personable proprietor, very efficient, & VERY reasonable charges. Found Cliff through Google search. Had 2 old laptops I wanted to pull photos off of before recycling/repurposing. Took both laptops to Cliff’s shop, explained what I hoped to accomplish. Very neat, clean shop & Cliff very personable. Told him I had no time restrictions & to work on them at his convenience. Dropped laptops about noon Saturday and Cliff notified me Tuesday task was complete. He transmitted results in a zip file as it turned out to be 19gb, had no idea there was that much data on the 2 machines. Cliff always very responsive to any questions. Cliff is very knowledgeable, very helpful and will try to accommodate your needs. He built my son a very good gaming computer and spent time explaining to him what he should and should not do. Very good pricing too. Staples quoted me over $1500 for one that wasnt as good as the one Cliff sold us. He charged us about 1/3 of Staples quote. And he included a second hard drive and a better gaming card. He definitely our go to for any computer issues.

Not only did he do emergency repair on my laptop so I could get back to work, he cleaned out viruses my antivirus failed to catch and installed a better antivirus so I would be protected. Called Cliff, never used him before and told him our problem, he said he would be out to help us immediately.
