Update: After a few attempts to contact someone at the main office, we were offered a second cleaning. The second group of ladies did a great job. The only reason for not leaving a 5-star review is that it took two cleanings and so long to get ahold of someone at the office to discuss our issues.I am VERY disappointed with the cleaning I received. I was expecting a deep clean/move-out clean that would take up to 4 hours when Instead, it took, at most, 2 hours.In a phone call, I was told that the occupied closets and cabinets would not be cleaned and neither would the inside of the refrigerator as it still has food (all of this is understandable and I agreed to this). However, I was expecting for the outside of the stainless steel appliances (oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher) to be shining. Instead, it looks as if these were, at best, wiped at and not cleaned as there are smudges from a rag and zero shine. There is still dust on the light fixtures as well as the outside of the cabinets. The outside of the kitchen and bathroom cabinets were not touched as they are still dirty.Had I known this is the type of service I would be receiving, I would not have agreed to use this company.

We used Two Maids & A Mop for a deep clean before placing our house on the market. The two cleaners (Destiny & Dana) did an amazing job cleaning our home from top to bottom. It was so nice to have everything looking new again and things you dont even think about cleaning. Id really like to give four and a half stars. The service was well done, and the cleaners were quick and professional. The mopping job wasnt as thorough as we would have done ourselves, including skipping the staircase.The reason I rounded down instead of up was not for the cleaning, but the website; it does not give actual availability, so you choose a time and pay, but the appointment may have to be moved. A bit frustrating, but hopefully an update thats in the works for the company management.

I booked my services for cleaning online a few days before services were expected. Come to find out, the morning of, they apparently had not received my online request and I ended up having to reschedule for the next day. Super inconvenient considering I had my day planned to be at the apartment for move out. Tuesday comes, Maintanance let’s the maids in and that night I go to the apartment to grab a few things i have left behind only to find that my laundry room wasn’t even touched, the floors weren’t mopped and neither were the closet shelves. I emailed the office manager and showed her pictures. She had maids come back the same day to clean the fridge as well as the laundry room floors and closet. I get a phone call from my maintenance guy at the apartment complex and he said they didn’t even touch anything but the laundry. I had left another message for Ashley the office manager requesting for her to come out or the owner to look at the poor job and haven’t heard anything back. I will not utilize this company as I’m extremely disappointed especially for the amount of money you pay for a move out clean with the expectation of it being at least a decent job. Stay away!

I did a review after every cleaning as stated to do on the website. Some cleanings were great but, there was always something wrong. What made things worse is I would be completely ignored! I would email, text, and call. With no response. I tried to work with these people for many months and they only came to correct the mistakes once! They wouldnt take out the trash,, would change the sheets. Its been an awful experience, Save your money!

Destiny and Dana did a deep clean of my townhouse before I moved in, all I had to do was let them in and they took care of the rest. When I got home my place was spotless, highly recommend!

They no showed. Their arrival window was between 8:15-9:15 and I had to call in just for them to tell me the best they could do is try to reschedule me for tomorrow.

I went into the website and requested the house cleaned on 6 Aug 21. I received the email that stated that they would be here to clean on 6 Aug 21, but then they never showed up and didnt even call. That is very unprofessional and sad.

Damaged my home during cleaning services a year ago. Allowed oven cleaner to protrude from the oven and strip the finish off custom finished cabinets and strip the finish from hardwood floors. Currently having to litigate to repair my property and bring it back to pre-damaged condition. As a local business owner I understand mistakes happen but a good company will indemnify you from the damages not make you spend copious amounts of time & money to get your property fixed from their damages.

I have searched and searched and used many different services in the past and NO ONE is even in the same ballpark as Shania and Bailey. Their attention to detail, the way they take their time to make sure the job is done the way it should be is amazing.I literally watched them get on hands and knees to make sure my home was completely clean from top to bottom (they even brought their own ladder to reach the high surfaces!) I honestly could not be happier, I requested and received a top to bottom deep clean and then will be using the service on a recurring basis after the initial deep clean.Honestly, if you are thinking about giving Two Maids & a Mop a try —- do it! These power ladies did an incredible job deep cleaning new rental. Baseboards, windows, everything spotless & clean! I had a team from Two Maids and a Mop come to my house and did a great job the first time in December 2019.This July I used Two Maids again, and this time another team missed several spots and didn’t do several things they were supposed to so they offered to come to my house the next day to fix their mistakes and I agreed to that instead of getting a refund.They sent out another team and they did great. The only problem is the company charged me 75 additional dollars that I did not agree to. I found out when going through credit card bill.I have been trying to get in touch with management all day and nobody has responded to my calls or emails and I do not want to settle this with a dispute through my credit card.I will change this review once the money that was wrongly charged is refunded on my credit card.Edit: management called me and apologized and refunded the money and told me it was put on there by error. Thanks for the help!

Shania and Bailey did an excellent job getting my new home move in ready. I thought the house was already in pretty good shape from the previous owner, but they did a fantastic job getting in all my cupboards around the blinds and baseboards. I was very impressed and their service was worth every penny. Highly recommend, I will be calling Two maids again in the future.

Two Maids and a Mop has been such a great company to work with! I began bi-weekly cleanings a couple of months ago and they have been reliable, consistent in quality and very friendly! I love the little details, like when they set up my kids stuffed animals and toys in a way that will make them smile when they come home :) My home is sparkling when they are done and it takes such a load off me! Alex and Dianne, are very nice and polite! If there is something that I need them to do they full fill the duties with no questions asked. They even use some of the cleaning products that I leave out, which I love. My home is cleaned as I expect and have no complaints. Would recommend to anyone!!!

Someone on Facebook was asking for cleaning recommendations for deep cleanings and it occurred to me that I should also post this on here for a review. About a year ago I called and booked this company to do what they called a Move-In Cleaning, stating that it was their most deepest clean and more in depth than even the deep clean they offered. I was moving into a new place and it was completely empty so there was nothing to get in the way of cleaning. I had never hired anyone to clean for me but we were moving in so fast I thought that it would really help to have the cleaning done so I could focus on the packing and unpacking and cleaning of the previous location we were moving out of. She said that all rooms, bathrooms, floors, ceilings, fixtures, doors, windows, blinds, appliances, the kitchen, closets, shelves, etc. would be cleaned. This was not done. I ended up having to go behind and clean so much that wasnt. I have attached pictures showing most of the areas as I continued to find things as I went along. Attached is the ones I found in bulk and sent to the company to show them. As you can see, the oven was not cleaned. The drawer below the oven doesnt even look touched. The dishwasher and shower head in the master bathroom still had rust that all came off with a good washing from me. The closet in the hallway and the guest bathroom had webs all in the top, bottom, and between the shelves. The shelves and windows werent even wiped down, nor were the blinds that still had red, sticky stuff on them from the previous owners. The house looked better than before but it was clear that all that was done was a good wipe down. I had to go back and clean, which is what I paid $260 to have done. Deep cleaning wasnt done. If it was one thing here or there I wouldnt have said a word because people are imperfect and therefore make mistakes and miss things. But as we moved in and unpacked I started to notice more and more things. I took pictures and emailed them to the company with my concerns. I told them that I wanted a refund in the amount that was not done. In no way was this a deep clean. If it was, then there wouldnt have been all of this left over. I was willing to definitely pay for a cleaning, but I do not think that I should have to pay for the package that I do not believe was received, as shown by the pictures. I was met with being told that I did a walk through with the maids after the cleaning, which was a bold faced lie as that did not happen at all and no walk through was done. Mike Cuda emailed me and said that he would do another $100 cleaning as an apology but that if I wanted a money refund he would only give back $50. I said that that was unacceptable. I didnt need anyone to do a light cleaning in my home. What I needed was the deep cleaning before anything or anyone was in the house. This was not done . And $50 off $260??? He did not reply back. I went to the BBB and opened a complaint. They got no response either after the given time frame for claim responses expired the complaint was closed. They said they did not receive any answers from their attempts. And the company never processed their refund. So from what I can see, the company doesnt hold up any part of their word.

Bailey and Shania clean our home monthly.They are always so friendly, professional and attentive to any requests. Overall their work has been great and their personal touches have always been noticed and appreciated. I would definitely recommend them and the company.Every time I’ve spoken with Ashley at the main office, she’s been very professional, friendly and accommodating.

I really appreciate the company being flexible with me in light of my schedule. And on the day of service, I got a courtesy call giving me a heads up which was helpful. Cheyenne and Shania did a great job and made sure I was happy with everything. They were trustworthy and took their time. They had me do a walk through after they were done to make sure I was pleased. I had contacted another company beforehand that sent me an ad in the mail - they never called me to schedule in spite of my giving them all relevant info and then calling back several times to try to follow up. Its like they didnt want my business. Ashley was super responsive and easy to work with. I definitely will be using this company again. I appreciate their help so much.

I love the organization they manage their system with - we get a reminder email before every cleaning and a follow-up email the day after to provide feedback. I also love that there are two cleaners at the house at the same time. The cleaning has been consistently excellent, and any time I make specific requests, they have followed through wonderfully. This has been SO much better than the experience we had with our last cleaning service.

Absolutly rediculous buisness practices. our house was completely emptied and I hired them for a move out clean. they found two tiny roaches in the bathroom and packed their things and left without notification. and then said they wouldnt come back because they had other houses to clean... even though I returned and sprayed with professional grade pesticides.... my house was a 5 hr job that time should have been reserved for me. I have less then 24 hrs to be out of this house and i have to scramble to find someone else to come do the job they didnt even start. I had a to go out and buy a vacuum close by because a carpet cleaner on the way and had to do all the carpeted floors myself. if you do decide to go against my warning and hire these people you better not have even a fly in your home because they will look for it as soon as they walk in and decide to leave without notice before starting leaving you high and dry and desperate if your workin with a deadline.

One thing I really want to point out — we have had cleaning services in the past from other providers and as time went on their service got worse and worse — that is NOT the case with Two Maids and a Mop, we always have a really consistent cleaning service from them. I set up a move in cleaning the day before i move into my new house. I scheduled online over a week in advance. i received an online conformation saying my cleaning will take place on Monday at 11am. I call the Thursday before saying I will not be home but I will leave a key outside so they can enter and begin, and this seems fine with the girl on the phone. I call Monday morning at 9am the day of the cleaning to inform them of the exact location of the key. I was then told my cleaning isnt scheduled until Wednesday. At this point I would already have moved in, and the house was very dusty due to construction that had occurred. They said they tried to contact me, they had my phone and email address but I did not receive a call or email informing me of this change so I could make other arrangements. At this point, Im going to have to clean the house myself the night before I move in, like i didnt have enough to do with enough stress of moving. I am severely disappointed at the complete lack of communication and disregard for my situation. I would not recommend this service, and if online bookings are not to be taken seriously then dont give customers the option of booking online.

I paid for the deep cleaning service because I havent had much time lately to do any heavy duty cleaning with my current work schedule. The gentlemen, Mike, handling everything from setting up our appointment, changing of appointment day and time due to my work schedule, pricing, etc... was awesome to deal with. I was super excited for this service and thought it was going to look and be SUPER clean. There ended up being a little mix up on there part and they arrived a couple hours late, which was no big deal to us, my husband had taken the entire day off out on the road and just worked from home to be there if needed. I had all my cleaning products and vacuum/mop/broom laid out for easy access, which ended up not getting used at all. I wish they would have used my products since they are little more powerful than the brands they were using. The house looked okay, but I could have done the exact same thing in a couple of hours by myself. After they were finished, I did a really quick walk through of the house to see if everything was okay, of course not walking into every single room because I didnt think I needed to after leaving them a list and emailing a list of all rooms to be covered within my deep cleaning package. Anyways after everyone left and 30 minutes passed, I went into our 1/2 bath in one of the back bedrooms and it hadnt been touched at all. I called Mike and told him about it, he said he knew nothing of that bath which is not correct, but he would come out and clean it right away, which he did and it looked great afterwards. So, I wasnt 100% happy with the deep cleaning package I received.

We just moved to the area from out of state and I recently went back to work. Two Maids & A Mop came last week to do the Design with Time cleaning service. They arrived on time (actually a few minutes early!), brought their own cleaning supplies, were courteous, professional and worked hard the whole time they were here. I popped in and out while they cleaned and every time I walked in, they were deeply scrubbing something! My house looked fabulous when they left and smelled so nice and clean. We were very pleased!
