GREAT JOB!!! Called them to detail my sedan before trading it in to get max value at the dealership. Now Im having second thoughts and wondering if I should keep it. LOOKS GREAT!!!!! They did a fantastic job on my two Honda CRVs, which are 2014 vehicles but honestly look like new after the team came and blitzed them. My entire experience with them was fantastic from start to finish. I actually chatted with the owner, who was really inspiring. He should do a TED talk -- very cool his story. Great company, youll be relieved to know that such quality exists still in this crazy world of ours.

The staff at Perfection Mobile Detail is superb and their customer service is unparalelled. They did a fabulous job detailing my 2011 Sienna minivan.The crew came to my home on a windy cold day and detailed my 2011 Sienna minivan. To say this van was dirty is an understatement!It has lived through 4 children growing up and multiple trips across the country. without much cleaning in between. It needed some love and the staff at Perfection Mobile Detail did a fantastic job detailing the inside and outside of my van. They spent 3 hours here and when they left my house it was almost dark and just so cold. Everything looked good, but when I looked things over in the light of day there were a couple of places inside that they missed. I called Tasha to let her know and she told me no problem! They wanted me to be fully satisfied. I brought my van to them this time about a week later and they basically completely did a second overhaul on it. There was not a spot that they missed. I would fully recommend them to anyone without hesitation. It was so nice to see people who work with excellence and kindness like the team at perfection mobile detail services.

Car is SPARKLING. Smells great, everything looks factory new. On top of all of that, they are extremely nice people, works like a family, and I would book them again and again.

I have used them multiple times for our company vehicles and they are always fantastic! They have done the basic wash/vacuum/wipe service for me, as well as full service wash/wax/shampoo/etc. and with both options I always feel like I paid a fair rate for the amount of work they put into it. It is SO nice that they will come to my office rather than having to coordinate drop off/pickup! All of their employees are great, and Tasha is a great communicator!

UPDATE AT BOTTOM:could give it less than one star, I would. I honestly don’t know how their work is because they never showed up. I scheduled (and pre-paid) for a basic car wash on Friday afternoon, they failed to show up. Thankfully the manager called me and explained they had closed early due to weather but she rescheduled my appointment for the next day. My fiancé waits around all afternoon for them to show up, they don’t. I call them. They seem genuinely apologetic and offer to do it the next day. Again, we wait 2 hours past our scheduled time and they never show up. I call. Tasha tells me if I drive all the way to the office which is 30 minutes out of my way that she’ll do it. It’s downpouring, so I tell her if she came the next day (at this point it’s down pouring) it would be fine because I didn’t have to heart to make her clean my car during a thunderstorm. She said she’d be here at 2, it’s 2:45. I call her. She says she’s waiting on her boss’ approval or something. I was more than accommodating and gave them 3 separate chances. There was only communication when I called. Feels like they got their money and didn’t care to fulfill their part. Don’t prepay. I’ve asked for a refund and I don’t feel that I’ll get one and if I do I don’t have confidence that’ll be timely because apparently the general manager has to get the owner to approve of a refund for a service I never got! Unprofessional. It’s ridiculous.UPDATE: The owner called me yesterday and personally apologized. Apparently the woman I had been dealing with was stepping in while he was on vacation, she has since been fired. He came out today and fully washed and detailed the front interior of my car. My car has never been so clean and shiny except for when I bought it! I am so impressed! He also gave me a full refund on top of that. I will definitely be using him in the future considering how reasonably priced the initial service was and the result!

I actually Worked for this business and saw the way he operated, he doesnt keep up his vans he wouldnt fix anything, fuel pump in his would go out on us several times missing and rescheduling appointments and but lying saying we were over booked. Meanwhile buying motors putting them in his personal vehicles to sell. I would ask dont you think you should fix these vans. All the while the other van has a terrible transmission. Priorities all jacked up so I quit and he wouldnt pay me what he owed me

I wish I could leave zero stars. Booked online, great website. Easy process, received an email confirmation and a text reminder. The day of my appointment, I called after no one had showed up 20 minutes past the time we had arranged. I was told they were still waiting for one crew member to show up, and they would be on their way. I asked for an ETA, they told me 10AM which was an hour past the time my appointment was scheduled for, so I canceled. Why could the company not call ME if they were running 20 minutes late. I guess they had just planned to show up an hour late! Super-professional.

They always do a very thorough and professional detail both inside and out. I called around before bringing in a new car to be waxed and their price could not be beat and the service was top notch on top of that. I will continue to bring all my vehicles here.

I took my car after work to Perfection and the name really says it all! My car was in perfect shape in no time! This is my daily driver that I’ve recently been to the beach in and the interior was covered in sand, they really did an amazing job taking care of my car for such a reasonable price. In my opinion the service and my satisfaction with the job they did was 100X better than anything I’ve received from big name car washes like Nick’s or Greenville car wash in the area. I would recommend Perfection to anyone!

Their prices are competitive with other places Ive used but they will come to you instead of coordinating dropping off and picking up your car! Plus my car literally looks perfect and they were super nice people. Ill definitely use this company again.

Exceptional service. Very affordable. My son got sick on the way to school this morning and I was desperate to find someone to come shampoo my seats. They were there 45 minutes after I called and when they were done, my car looked and smelled brand new again. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them for any future services I need

The crew came to my house and just took off cleaning. They did a great job and were very friendly. Cars look like new! Honestly, not having to drop a car off and/or wait was fantastic. A perfect gift for my family that drives the kids around the most!edit: with time I’m seeing a lot of wax in the plastics and their pressure wash knocked all the labels from the door jams, dropped a star.

The WORST detail service I’ve ever experienced!!! There were finger prints on my car and it wasn’t vacuumed thoroughly. The carpet wasn’t shampooed. My leather wasn’t treated. There was brown substance leaking from my tires onto my rims. The inside of my vehicle was still dirty. I should have used another company. Extremely dissatisfied!! No one said they were coming back to do anything to my vehicle! And there’s nothing wrong with the condition of the vehicle. The vehicle is only driven 30 days of out the year. The condition is superb! The job was rushed and sloppy! I would have paid 4x the amount to have the job done properly. Never again!!!
