From start walking in for estimate they were ready and friendly. Then scheduled me in the next week helped to arrange rental. Rental picked me up there. They were in constant communication thru entire job giving me status of where my vehicle was at that time. Then it was detailed, a plus. Picked it up, not much wait time at all and they walked me explained the work and offered their warranty. Then I got a follow up call to see if all was well. Would use them again and recommend to anyone.

They were SO helpful to us when our car was hit—we had to deal with a frustrating insurance company and the Collision Center helped us every step of the way. James was so honest and kind to us throughout the whole process. Very thankful for this business!

We took our Jeep here two different times after accidents and each time the repair was half-hearted at best. The first time they left the frame bent. The vehicle wouldnt align properly and resulted in the front tires wearing out rapidly. The second time they glued pieces together instead of replacing them, and didnt even get the radiator reinstalled correctly. Then to add insult to injury, the car was damaged while it was there.I cannot, for any reason, recommend them.

After my accident, I had a lot of communication issues between the insurance company and the lein holder on my car and how the payments should be handled. While those 2 companies were passing the buck back and forth, Kim and their crew at Joe Hudson Greenville took the initiative and handled all the steps needed to make this as painless as possible. The lady I spoke to on the phone with was very rude. I asked her if I could get there before 4:00 and she said “we are trying to get cars in and out of here so no”. At that point, you might as well put that your business closes at 4:00 if you aren’t going to close at the time your website says it closes. (Their place actually closes at 5:00, so this is an employee who just wanted to leave work early)

I was rear-ended and my beloved little Prius Christine sustained serious damage. The crash bar was bent in and her trunk wouldnt close. She had dents and some pieces were loose in the back. Obviously, I know little about cars but did learn a few things from the helpful team at Joe Hudsons.My friend who has lived here in Greenville all her life referred me to Joe Hudsons. Because the driver who hit me was liable, I didnt have to pay. Enterprise brought my rental car to Joe Hudsons and I left Christine in their capable and skilled hands.The repairs didnt take as long as I feared--only 2 weeks. They had to order parts. When I picked her up she looked great! Shes been completely restored to her pre-crash condition. The whole job was completed with minimum of time and stress and Im very happy with their work.Car accidents are scary and stressful. If your auto has been injured and you bring her to Joe Hudsons Collision Center you can count on their skilled team to do the best work with the least stress and time for you. Also, the cost was very reasonable and a lot less than I thought it would be.

3 days after my husband got home from Iraq, someone drove through our yard & pushed my Jeep Into my husband’s truck.. we got hit In Fort Hood, my husband got his truck fixed in fort hood but i brought my vehicle back up to Greenville because I was still living up here due to work. The repair was very disappointing, it took close to 3 weeks to get my Jeep back to me, the paint job was sloppy. I have paint drips on my tail light & part of the body that I can’t seem to get off no matter what I try. Due to one side being hit and the other side being smashed up against my husband’s truck, they only fixed the side that was hit, & accused me of lying about the remaining scratches on the driver side.. My vehicle was pretty new at the time. In the pictures you see how my Jeep was right on the truck. I had to scratch up the side in order to move my vehicle, and I showed them the pictures. Being accused of lying about my scratches on that side was pretty degrading.. they said because all the damage was on one side that’s all they did. My Jeep also now makes a humming noise when I go over 35MPH. Never used to happen before. Go to a different collision center if you can.

Amazing work! Professional organization and reasonable estimates. I had a very difficult bodyline ding on my car repaired here. Many other shops wouldnt even touch it, saying that it wasnt worth their time. Now you cant even see it! My car was returned to me detailed as a bonus. This is the kind of place you hope that you never have to go to, but when you do know that theyll take good care of you.

Our car was hit by a large deer on 31 December 2019. We had it towed to Joe Hudson Collision Center. They kept us informed of the progress and explained every step of the repair. When we picked up the car, it looked beautiful and worked great. The shoes us everything they did. The team there were always very helpful and friendly!

We are very appreciative for the service at Joe Hudsons Collision Center. The skid plate on our car began dragging halfway through our 12 hour road trip. By the time the tow company reached us, almost every auto repair shop within 50 miles was closing and would be closed all weekend. We had no idea what we were going to do until we found this place. Not only were they able to remove our skid plate within 10 minutes of us arriving, but they did not charge us anything. We were able to get back on the road and make the family wedding after all. Mike Mulkey was extremely professional and even when out of his way to let me drop off the vehicle a day earlier than planned. Actually the GM gave the approval. Dropped off on Monday, car was ready and compete on Wednesday evening. Great job even on a smaller project.

Had two problems with the paint after two years. The clear coat was peeling off. They told me the original clear coat was a bad batch. They repainted the truck and didnt charge me. I will keep them as my go to body shop from now on.

To be completely honest, they had the car for over a month. Orginally the car completed just under 30 days, but when I picked it up the a/c did not work like it did before. So i brought the car right back after a 10 min drive. They did help me get back into a rental that day. Then the car was done a couple days later and it still wasnt right after having the manager ride with us, he decided to take it to Nissan dealer. The dealer than did the correct repairs for the a/c and on day 41 they called me to pick it up. The A/C worked like it should now. The manager kept in touch since the time he rode with us. He did an excellent job from that point on. Im not sure he could have handled the situation better. He took care of my rental after my 30 day period. He communicated very well once he took over. 2 stars for him. 2 stars for the work. Other wise the stars would have been 2 had he not handled the situation so well.

I had a car accident a few weeks ago. I took my car into Joe Hudson they did such am amazing job on my car and it was done in a timely manner. All the staff was so kind and very attentive to my needs. I have never met a more friendly staff in one place. There very customer oriented and wanted to make sure I was taken care of as soon as I walked in the door. Recommended by State Farm but didnt recognize name but said sure. Went to location and had been there before when it was under different name. My rep was Dustin Hull. He took care of my estimate,arranged for rent car and took over. They kept in contact with me and had the hail damage repaired as they stated. Car washed cleaned and ready to go. Excellent job and I hope I never have to use them again but would if I had auto damage and would recommend them highly

Fantastic service, excellent job repairing my truck! Dropped it off on a Tuesday morning, got a call by 3:00 the next day saying it was ready! Figured it’d be a week for sure. They even washed it too which was a very nice and unexpected touch. Was also able to just leave my Enterprise rental with them and they took care of getting it returned.Kept me up to date on repair status each step of the way. Hope to never need body work done on any vehicles again, but if I do, Joe Hudson Greenville will be the only place I go. Thanks!

Dropped by for a quick look at some scratches that the dealerships detail team put on my new 2018 F150 and the guy there said give me a min to show his buffer guy and see what he thinks about it. 15 mins later he comes out and said you are all good. All buffed out! No charge at all. I hope I dont get anymore scratches on my truck, but if I do, I know I will come back and see them here. Amazing job all around!

I would never recommend this place to anyone. We went through there company because our insurance company works with them. I really hate leaving bad reviews but the service here is terrible. There communication skills are terrible, the lady that answers the phone is very rude. I have had our truck there for over two weeks and they still have no idea when it will be fix. I am really amazed how terrible this experience is. Hopefully we will soon get a timeframe of with our truck will be done! If I could give zero stars I would.

While this shop may be friendly and may also do good work, their businesses practices do not have the best interest of the customer in mind. For small damage to my car they wanted to replace the entire part and do over 20 hours of paintwork and 29 hours of body work all at $46 an hour! And it would take almost 2 weeks. I decided to take my vehicle to a more respectable shop and instead of a $3,000 quote I got a $400 quote and finished in 1 day.I would save your time and money and go to a shop that actually cares about the customer and not just profits.

Customer service was very helpful, and my vehicle was good as new when I picked it up, they fixed my car sooner that I thought it would be ready, but they are very good at their job, and have very fast service. Everything was excellent!!! Thank you so much!!!

My car was fixed in a timely manner (sooner than the estimated time) and looks great . The shop is so clean and neat , and everyone is so nice! Hope I do not need them again but will surely go to Joe Hudsons if I have a need in the future.

I some front end work done and the car looked great at first. I noticed the paint bubbling and peeling on the bumper after a while. I took it back up there and they said yeah we had trouble with some of these. Jimmy Weatheread said he would order the part, paint, and replace. After calling every week to hear excuses for two months I finally cornered him to take my car up there and get it done. They say they stand behind their work. Good luck with that.

They’re may be friendly, but I don’t recommen this shop. I took my car in for minor rear pumper repair, took them 4 days to get it done. And when I picked the car up the battery was dead and got so many scratches at the car’s doors. I called to ask about it, they said the guy that taking care of my car wasn’t there. So I left a message for him to call me back, but he never did. Better find somewhere else to get your car repair.

I had faith that the repairs to my car would be satisfactory, they were NOT satisfactory. Im surprised things werent falling off as I drove away. I admit the paint job was nice. But the repairs were half assed. It took a month to rig the repairs. My car is currently at a reputable body shop to REPAIR the half assed rig job I received at Joe Hudsons. I wouldnt bring a broken bycycle to these people. They didnt actually repair anything! They should be ashamed of the work they claim to do.

The work is average but the business ethics are minimal at best. Donnie will shake your hand and smile while lieing to you. Dont make any repairs with them through direct deals with insurance companies and make the insurance company send you the check. They have to by Texas law and dont sign any of their forms. If the insist go to another place its not worth the headache

My stepfather took his truck in to swap the bed, they charged 3000 and put exactly 300 miles on the odometer, burned over a half a tank of fuel. have proof. they are crooked. they took advantage of someone with minimal English speaking skills.

Good place to get auto insurance company work done

My 2012 Impala was stolen and the tires, wheels, and backseat were stolen. The job was to take a week to repair. Every week for 5 weeks I was told that my car would be ready the next Monday. I will never take my car there again!!!

I would not recommend this business, their pricing is hyper inflated. Further, their pricing is not fair to cash paying customers or insurance companies.

Took 10 days. They left all spare tire gear spread out all over the back and lost the spare!!!.
