I gave a 2 star rating because the center console was emptied before I took the truck in and it wasnt even vacuumed or wiped out. There was still dirt on the carpet on the floors and my all weather mats were still dirty. I had to pull out the vaccume and rags when I got home to finish the job. For 275 dollars the attention to detail was not what I expected for this price.I even left a 20 percent tip. I wish I had inspected the truck before leaving. Honestly didnt think I would have to for over 300 dollars. I wanted a refund and regret going here.Save your money and go to a 30 solar car wash, do it yourself or be prepared to inspect your vehicle and wait while they redo it and do it correctly.

Ill start by saying this is the first time Ive ever had any vehicle professionally detailed, so maybe my expectations are higher than they should be.My wife booked a detailing for my F-150 for our anniversary. Dropped the truck off around 8:30, picked it up around 3:30. We paid for their Executive Detail package ($275, $190 with coupon). For that amount of time and price, I expected the truck to be cleaner than anything I could do in a couple of hours in my driveway. My truck looked good from a distance, but once I took a closer look, there are a lot of things that seemed missed or just poorly attempted.Ive had scratch guards on my door edges and under the door handles since the truck was new. Those had a lot of dirt around and trapped under them, so I removed them the night before taking it to Executive Detailing. I expected all of this to be cleaned off, but it doesnt look like any of those areas were touched.The second thing I noticed was the glass. It appears they tried to clean the glass but left it wet, leaving a ton of spots on every window and the windshield.On the outside of the truck, there are still a ton of dirty spots on the front grill and bumper, dead bugs and such, and still dirt and bits of leaves in the window edges. The paint also feels gritty. It almost seems like they started to wash the exterior, did the initial rinse to get the big stuff, but then quit. It doesnt seem like the hand wash that is supposed to be part of the Executive Detail package was completed. The truck was definitely not hand waxed (also supposedly included in the package).I will say they did a good job on the interior upholstery and plastic. It all looks brand new now and smells great. They also did a pretty good job on the wheels and tires. Theyre all spotless and shiny.I would have asked them to correct all of the things mentioned above before I took the truck home, but my ride had already left. Plus, if it took them 7 hours to basically shampoo the interior and put some tire shine on, how long would I have had to sit there for them to finish the harder parts of the detail?I will definitely be going elsewhere next time.

We took my wifes car to Executive Detail today. Great customer service. Fair price. Even fixed a small tear in a seat cover. The car is like new. Very happy with the job they did.

We recently purchased a used van that needed a lot of cleaning inside of it. The back doors had a ton of raildust on it and a local body shop said it would be $2000 to fix it. We were content to leave it as it was. When we picked up the van for the interior cleaning, Brandon mentioned that they would be able to clean up the raildust with a full exterior detailing for $275. My husband didnt believe they could do it so Brandon showed us the process and we immediately made an appointment for the next week.The interior detailing experience was great, its a big vehicle so there were 1 or 2 small spots they missed but they redid those areas when we brought it back in and get them done.As far as the exterior, we were amazed. They even polished and waxed the roof of our medium-top van(which many places wont do). The raildust was all gone. So much of of the dirt and grime and mildew on the exterior was gone. Brandon and his team were wonderful to deal with - their prices were fair, they encouraged us to check our vehicle and bring up any areas of concern or questions to them. The van looks amazing and we are so thankful!We plan on regularly taking the van to Executive Detailing.

I took my Subaru WRX STI to Executive Detail and was more than satisfied with the work done to it. They took great care of my car, and called me to give me updates as the time went by. I got the Executive Compound package, and when I brought my car in, it had some noticeable swirl marks, but when I came to pick it up, the paint looked brand new! Even though there were some spots where it was very hard to work on, they even gave me suggestions on how to get it fixed up in the future, and told me that if I had any problems or concerns, they would correct it hassle free. I highly recommend you come here if you need some detail work done, and I definitely will be coming back.

First off, I will say that my car looks better than what I brought in…. but was it $200 better? Absolutely NOT. My husband got me a gift for the executive detail package. We had a 9:30am appointment and was told it would be ready around 3pm. At 4:30pm we still had not heard from them and called to find out when the car would be finished. They said they still had 30 minutes left to finish it up. I really don’t know what they were doing in those 30 minutes but they were not working on any detailing. We were unimpressed from an initial look through but as I drove back home and got an even closer look, I was really disappointed. There were areas that were not even wiped down that were noticeable just from my drivers seat perspective. The pictures I provide are what I took on my way home. Here’s the thing – I pay roughly $30 at a local carwash to have their superior wash all the time. What I got from Executive Detail was no better than what I get for $30 at the local car wash. While the car looks better than it did – I expect waaaay more than what I got for $200 - you know like a DETAILED service? Save your money folks and go somewhere else that gets the same job done at a fraction of the price.

Service was amazing. The men that work there are magicians. Milk spilled in my car without my knowledge and it smelled horrible. They were able to get the smell out and I am so happy.. My car looks and smells brand new.

They made my 14 year old car look nearly brand new. Why did I wait to try and sell it to enjoy this service, when I could have enjoyed it myself? I think their detailing contributed to my car’s quick sale, and will consider treating our cars to this level of cleaning every year or two.

I had a very tall order; Im extremely hard to please - they did all that I asked and more. Truck looks like its brand new (when I show folks the picture, they think its off the showroom floor as opposed to it being 5 years old). Went with the Executive 5 package...even waxed inside the door panels.

Few spots missed here and there interior wise but exterior wise my car hasnt looked this great since I got it. Took quite awhile to get it done, dropped off at 10:40am and was done around 5:30pm. First time getting my car detailed so perhaps my expectations were a bit off but overall Im satisfied.

Initially had some miscommunication due to staffing shortage but they more than made up for it in service. These guys went above and beyond to make sure I got my car back on time when they were short staffed and had miserable weather conditions. I brought them a mid size suv filled with fur from 3 large dogs and all the mud from 2 years of hiking and putting off vacuuming my car. Anyone who can get my car looking like new after that is a rock star. Seriously, Great Dane fur all over the ceiling and everything. They’re phenomenal.

Took our CRV in recently. Just wanted that new car feel back😀Outside of car looked great. Inside not so much. They had vacuumed and wiped down. But the upholstery still had obvious stains. Pointed it out to the owner who cleaned off a set and a spot in the headliner. But we realized later that the upholstery must not have gotten a real clean. Head rests still stained. Backseat with spots. Driver seat with spots. It was not heavy dirt just normal wear and tear. No eating in the car though. I am not 100% sold on what we paid for the service.

They did an amazing job on my 2008 Infiniti fx35. Cleaned, vacuumed, waxed, applied some paint I provided to a much needed whole that was expanding, and buffed out my front headlights. I will be going back!

I LOVE THIS PLACE AND I HAVE NOTHING BAD TO SAY! I was told by another shop that I had to buy new alloy rims because the brake dust would never come off of mine. Exective Detail removed 98% of it on the first try. The other shop also damaged one of my leather seats. They dyed it, at no extra cost, to where it is barely noticeable without me having to pay more for a leather speciality shop to fix it. And my headlights look brand new!

Good place for car washes. Do not come here for compound wax detailing or any sort. They do not clean up their wax nor do a great job on a detail compound wax. A compound wax + detail should take few hours. 3-4. These guys did it in 1 hour and some minutes. They rush on people cars like its 99 cent hot wheels or something. Car washes are good though. PS.. replied 2 years later. I was never introduced to different packages and I paid pretty expensive. I stand beside this review for anyone that loves their vehicle/car person, do yourself a favor.

They just do a very poor job. Detailing to me means looks new, clean. They dont get it that clean. Crumbs in the cup holders, dust on the dash, and streaks on the wind shield, proves to me they dont know how to clean.

Worst job on interior car wash I have ever seen. I paid 38 $ and it took over two houses to get finished. They had not even rubbed down inside of doors or even the dash! Dirt still in hatch... rip off

Will not use again. Had my pick up detailed on July 29th to remove the water spots. They did a great job at removing the water spots however they put a gouge in the plastic between the windows directly above the door handle. It looked like the edge of the buffer hit it and melted the plastic as it had flakes of plastic like it was burned. I brought it to Brocks attention and he denied they did it. I know my vehicles as I hand wash and clean them weekly. I had only brought this to them because of the water spots that I couldnt remove. After I explained this to him and that I would just go buy the $100. part and replace it he said he would replace it, to keep me as a customer. That was a month ago so I guess he is not a man of his word. Ill take care of it and never go back. Either will my boss who gave him a lot of work recently. If you decide to use them, check your vehicle carefully.

Took my 01 Mercury to them with severe oxidation. Theyre no miracle workers but the car looks 10 times better now. Before, you couldnt see any reflections off the hood or trunk. Now it shines great, interior was spotless, overall an awesome job especially for the price. Theyve got a customer for life here.

Mediocre Detail, Executive Pricing. I brought in my car for the Executive Detail (Package #5) and after leaving it with them a few hours, I came to pick it up only to find that they missed a big spot in the back. The rear view mirror wasnt cleaned and there were some bugs in the back windshield near the speakers. Yes, they cleaned out my car better than when I brought it in but the quality was not executive. If youre debating whether or not you should try it, Id recommend you go with their cheapest wash option first and then seeing if their other products are worth it.

My car looked brand new inside and out. The only complaint I would have is the car did not look like they used Armoral. It looked clean but I like the way it looks when they use Armoral .

My son thought he would surprise me and wash my van for me...using the kitchen sponge and the brillo side... I first went to Advanced Auto to see if there is some type of colored wax, they sent me to Fender mender (who are great) and they said my best best was Executive Detail...they were right!You cannot even see the many swirl scratches or the areas where he tried to scrub off old scratches... there is some magic in those hands at Executive Detail...

Paid for $200 Executive Detail. 100% sure they just sprayed the car off. They definitely did not buff or wax. Rims still had break dust and overspray from tire shine. Water spots all over car and water runoff proving no compounding or waxing done. 4 guys smoking in bays with one using an unacceptably old orbital buffing off lite coat of the next victims car. None of the services advertised were complete and after reading the reviews seems like similar experiences. Stay far far away or just go to a car wash for $10.00..

They did a good job on the exterior and on the interior ok job but its a few spots that couldve been cleaner like around the seat belt by the shoulder piece etc , a few parts they fixed on the inside which was missed, I didnt look under the white paper mat they put in to I get home ready to put my mats back in which they didnt wash the non factory mats I had and their is look to be soap on the driver floor panel and they didnt vacuum it or the trunk ether, it looks better than it went in their tho, I wont be back.

I took my SUV for a wash and wax, $100. The inside was barely wiped out. The tan interior still had black scuff marks on the panels. Easily wiped off when I got home with cleaner and a rag. The trunk was not vacuumed and the trunk tray wasnt even taken out and shaken off. When I called to ask what was included in the wash, they said hand wash, wipe down and windows. I asked about the trunk and the response was it should be, but most of the time our guys forget or dont even look back there. I let him know my trunk was empty and asked if I could swing back by to get these things corrected. I was told it would be at least an hour before they could get to it but I could if I wanted. Poor customer service and very poor quality.

Top notch service. Not only was my car detailed with excellence but they all were naturally friendly. The owner was very down to earth and talked to me as if he had known me for years. The GM was the same way. Nowadays that is just something you usually dont get. They went over and beyond without making any extra effort. That is just how genuine they were.

I was happy with the result, but it was far from perfect. Wax streaks were still visible when I picked up the car, and the headlights still seemed fairly opaque.The headlight cleaning in particular seems like a bad deal for $30. I would probably do the interior detail only if I went again.

A below average job. They didntnt even clean my windows. Same yourself money and getga better job at Nicks on Haywood.

Spent $115 for an inside detail and ozone treatment. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. Car was filthy when I got it back. Needed a top to bottom cleaning and it still reeked of cigarette smoke. Even the windows were still dirty! Not a detail, not even a good cleaning. Spent my whole Saturday doing it myself after they had it all day Friday.

This is the worst detail shop Ive had the displeasure of visiting. I took my Toyota 4Runner to have a complete detail and when I picked it up it looked like it had been run thru the Spinx car wash at best. Do yourself a favor stay far away from these unprofessional crooks.

Stopped in waited for my car to be cleaned an hour which is expected only to walk out and get in a dirty car .Other than vacuuming the floors ,the inside had not been touched, cupholders not wiped out, side panels not wiped down not even the dash .I brought it to the attention of one of the nice employees who called the owner. He explained to me for $25 you get your car “blown out” not wipe down or cleaned. He said this was considered detailing and cost more. He did quickly wipe the inside. It’s hard for me to believe for $25 someone takes an air hose and blows dust around and that’s considered a good job .I came here instead of another place 2 blocks down that included air freshener wiped down and gloss for $26. I feel very disappointed so I went by the AutoZone and bought something to clean my own interior.To the owner, maybe next time tell people you’re not going to clean the interior of the car . Do you think this is good service or maybe this applies to me only. I can’t believe you have 3 places around you that offer lower price for a better job . I heard you tell your employee to do a wash and blow out. You need to think of your customers in this competitive business.

Somewhat quick work but relatively sloppy. I see spots on the wheels they didnt get, parts of the inside not wiped down, and parts of the windshield not cleaned. Consistently.

Had jeep detailed. Just spent an hour cleaning windshield, wiping off execive wax and armor all. This caused me to notice hard to reach areas were not even waxed. Left wax everywhere, even on jeep soft top. Didnt clean top inside, vents still had mud on/in them. If you want an expensive car wash they are a good source. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Went to Executive Detail to have car cleaned inside and out. When finished the set of keys that was given to the attendant was not returned to me. I have the new remote keys that cost $250 and a remote starter that cost $95. Was told by the owner that there was NO WAY he was going to pay the cost to replace what his employees had lost. Because of their mistake a $40 car wash has cost me $400. Terrible customer service considering that owner has no interest in correcting his shops mistake. I recommend getting your car washed somewhere that actually value their regular customers and are willing to honor their mistakes.

The service and attention to detail at Executive Detail is outstanding, and I would recommend them without reservation. They treat your car as if it is their own - nothing is missed, and they discuss any difficulties which they may have found - and make suggestions for potential corrections. I initially had my 2004 XJ Vanden Plas Jaguar detailed at the Greenville Jaguar Dealership - at a cost of $200 - and could not tell that anything had been done except a wash. The dealership will NEVER detail my car again - but Executive Detail will be the only ones allowed to touch my car in the future. If you love your car, trust it to Executive Detail!
