State Farm has been my choice of insurance for years. With them we have 3 car insurance policies, homeowners insurance, 3 life insurance policies, and plan to add more in the future. Twice over the course of less than 3 years, Ive had to submit corrections to Lexis Nexis due to errors on State Farms part. The 2nd time this happened, I spoke with Wilson, he said he was looking into the situation, weeks later not even a call back. He also provided misinformation (intentionally?) stating that LexisNexis receives its information from the police report / DMV when in fact, it was reported incorrectly by State Farm. He never called back or provided any additional info over a period of several weeks. I had to call claims myself to determine what the issue was. I had been listed incorrectly as the driver of an accident! Both incidents adversely affected my rates and ability to get insurance. When I spoke with Melany at the office, she was unprofessional, non apologetic, and rude. All she cared about was not admitting that State Farm had an error. She would talk over me and not wait for my question(s). She frankly shouldnt be dealing with the public at all. After this experience I would not recommend State Farm as a company or this office to anyone.

Got car insurance and they were supposed to send temporary proof of insurance cards. I couldnt open the file they sent me and they just stopped replying to my emails. When I called during their posted hours I was directed to the corporate office.
