A very responsive group. Shawn always gets back to me with any question or concern I might have with in a business day-- very impressive! Kind, courteous, and treated like family everytime I have been in the office. I love getting my free calendar each year! Its become a family tradition to get one.

ABSOLUTELY USELESS! Dont rely on this office to get anything done. The woman that works there Sue was especially rude and impatient. We have been working on a claim for our roof for two months now and its still not done. If you use this office get ready to do all the work and they are agitated when you call the office to ask a question. You might as well just call the one 800 number because these people are not interested in helping you. My husband and I have been customers for 14 years and havent had to file a claim this is a waste of funds!
