Mr. Walker is never there. He cant keep dependable people and everytime I call, hes never there, so its hard running somebody down when you are trying to pay them

I have all policies with Alfa, and John is an A-class agent. He will gladly work with you to creatively adjust your policy according to new situations. I had received a bit more resistance to such with past agent, so I just decided to go with the flow. But as a result, I was exploring a change in companies before I talked with John. He was also quick in getting a roof damage claim out to the adjuster (who is also a great guy to work with... Hunter Hawkins in Oxford). Good agent with a good company.
