David was wonderful during a very sad time. We had an estate auction because my mother had just passed away and we were moving my Dad out of the house and to another state. He was responsive from day one. We knew nothing about the process and he took the time to come to the house and explain everything to us in person. Being a small business owner, David provides a personal touch that you dont get with larger operations, which is what we needed. He was a complete professional and he did everything he said he would do. We had roughly 450 lots so it was a good sized auction. We had a short time frame from when we alerted him it was a go (the day it looked like the house would go into contract) until closing - I know it was a tough order but he got it done with no complaints. The final proceeds from the auction fell within his original estimated range. He left the house completely empty which is what we requested, as closing on the house was that week and we were no longer in Greenville. He has been very prompt with the final statement, just received today. I anticipate a quick turnaround on the check to my Dad as well. Highly recommended. Thank you David!
