I’d really rather leave no stars. At first everything went well decent price. Two months after the install the floor is warped and pitted etc starting to move. Installers are contacted per instructions from branch manager jason. They come back and promptly tear out the kitchen floor stating there is water underneath. We have had no leaks and it is confirmed to me by that same manager that the reason for that water is the job was sold improperly without caulk etc and that it would be handled. Then a few days later after no contact from their installer with Watson I’m informed it’s too much for the branch to handle and that customer service would be handling the repairs. No problem expect the customer service agent claims jason was incorrect and there’s nothing covered under warranty to fix. Basically I get an oops I was wrong from jason and I wish we could help sorry. I’m currently on hold as I type right now because apparently I’m not allowed to speak to the region manager either. Extremely poor customer service and overall quality treatment from human being to human being. I’d steer clear of these guys unless you prefer your subfloor to whatever is currently on top.

This place blows every other flooring retailer out of the water. Easily the best prices and the best products. Also, this is the only place where you can expect hands on, focused, expert customer service every single time, from every single employee. I had almost a million questions, and I was given an immediate answer, with every detailed outlined perfectly. Great place to shop if you have no experience buying flooring, because this is the only place you can go to be expertly educated and leave feeling you have been informed enough to make the right decision. I would recommend this place to anyone who is seeking flooring for any reason, they cannot be beat.

I can speak with some authority about this business establishment in that I have purchased materials from them on four separate occasions over the past 18 months. In all occasions I have not been disappointed with the quality of product and customer service. All have been exemplary. There have been some changes in personnel, however there has not been a corresponding drop in service. So I am recommending LL Flooring to Pros and to other DIYers such as myself. I dont think you can miss!

Can I just say Jayson amd his staff did an amazing job helping us when the company measurements were wrong and on the day of install with contractors here discovered there was not enough flooring. Sidenote..Company that comes out to measure is an independent of company not part of LL. We called.... LL figured it was an error on their measurement company behalf...and Jayson at LL got on it and had additional flooring from a LL store 2 hours away to our house in time so the job could be finished. Im so impressed with the Greensboro location and will use them for more jobs I have lined up. Love a company that dont run amd his when something goes wrong!!!!

Good place to get knowledge of flooring options. We looked at vinyl planking which is very popular now with its durability and waterproofing features. Lots of color options and our favorites had the texture feel of real wood.

I really enjoyed working with Lumber Liquidators in Greensboro NC. Once I came into the store Alex and everyone else I worked with were fantastic...the gentleman who came and measured to the installation! I’m very pleased!

After months of researching, I settled on lumber liquidators because of their deals, local reputation, and quality of product. I got a great deal on vinyl plank for a custom home, and will be returning for my other needs. Thanks LL!

Do not ho here. They do not know how to measure, and would not take the extra flooring back. Have enough flooring for a 9x9 room.I got a call from lumber liquidators social marketing. They were able to give my some money back with in 24hrs. But the location was not able to help me out with months of waiting and asking. If i ever use lumber liquidators, i would not want to work with the store, just the marketing team. They rock.

I spent time before I went to understand all the different flooring choices. I think the key to flooring is being honest with your expectations based on the price youre willing to pay. I recommend Lumber Liquidators

Went and paid $25 to have someone to come out to measure floor. Was told I would get a call from someone in 48 hours. Well 48 hours came and gone. Then the store manager called 5 days later checking back in. I let him know that no one had had called to come out to measure. I will have someone to call you the next day. Well still no one ever called. So went back in to get my money back and the manager was there and talked with him and he gave me my money back and never once apologized.

They are good at helping you spend your money just no what you want beforeentering the store. Me and my family were in looking and there was a fat guy with abeard sitting behind the counter talking on the phone and while my kids were satnding next to the counter he cursed at someone on the phone so my wife left thestore. We came back another day and purchased the floor we wanted and the next week it was on sale I went back about the difference and was told there was nothing they could do. I called the 800 # and told them my concerns and was refunded the money back. So with that said I think the people in the store are rip offs shop elsewhere for your floor.

Lumber liquidators is a joke!bought 1000 sqft of laminate and few months after installation started to fall apart.Contacted the company they sent some inspector to examine my floor but couldnt find anything wrong with my work so in the end was still my fault and never received a refund or replacement. I have spent over $3000 for a floor that looks awful. 30 years warranty my rear end!i will never buy from these clowns ever again and i have 3 rental houses that needs new floors in the future!Go to lowes at least they will replace without too many questions

Reasonable wood floors. Recommendation though, pick what you want a while before you need it. within 4 months it will be on sale ... buy it then.

Staff is rude and next to useless. Don’t bother ordering online, there is no point. We ordered stair treads and trim online and tried to have a family member pick them up only to be told that we cannot pick them up with out bringing the same credit card into the store that was used to pay for them online. On the 2nd trip to pick the order up I saw that the stair treads were cracked along the glue lines. When I mentioned this I saw told it takes a while to order it so they didn’t want to unless absolutely necessary.
