Outstanding service! These guys are highly recommended.I needed a power chair on short notice for an upcoming event. A scooter was recommended, which worked out great for the weekend. The gentleman who worked with us answered all our questions, showed us several types of vehicles and treated with courtesy and a healthy dose of humor.

These guys are lifesavers. I’ve been hospitalized twice in the last month. My chair broke down a the beginning of the first hospitalization. The company who I got this chair from has become unreliable for service and repair. These fellows were listed on the web as reliable. I took a chance on them and was not disappointed. Within 24 hours of dropping them an email message they were at my doorstep picking it up and within 72 hours it was repaired and back to me. Friendly, courteous, professional staff was a pleasure to work with. Can’t say enough good about them. 5 gold stars for sure.

I have a professional relationship with this company. I have always been impressed with the owner’s professionalism and his love of what he does. He has been accommodating with schedules and the work we request. His flexibility and willingness to rescue our participants when it is urgent is one of the many ways makes him one of the most sought after venders in our community.He is knowledgeable and usually has a solution for difficult situations. He’s not afraid to say “I don’t know but I’ll find out”. And he always does in a timely and efficient manner. His honesty is to be admired.These are what I have observed first hand. This does not include all the people lives he has touched who readily praise him for his work and kindness. I have not known anyone who has worked with him say anything negative about his workmanship and his character.I only mention one last thing. I have worked in this community for 22 years. An electrical component on my wifes mobility scooter shorted out due to intrusion of water. The manufacturers only remedy was to replace the entire motor assembly at a price of more than $500. For about 10% of that price Brian Keith fashioned an equivalent component and even shrouded it to help prevent recurrence.I appreciate very much that level of care about my best interest. Access Mobility remains my first choice for mobility equipment sales and repairs.

Brian is truly the go to man for all of your access, mobility , renting and repair needs. My company has contracted with him for over five years . He has always displayed excellent communication skills, completed exceptional good quality work ;(very knowledgeable in his field might I add) very reliable and has good time management skills. If I could rate and give him 10 stars I would.

Brian was amazing. My dads power wheelchair broke and I had no idea where to go to get it fixed. When I did a Google search, Access Mobility Repair came up. I called and had a conversation with Brian. I sent him pictures of what was broken and he drove from Greensboro to Denton with a part that he thought would fix it. It didnt work, so he took his chair back to Greensboro with him on Thursday afternoon and brought it back to him Monday afternoon completely repaired and all cleaned up. His patience and understanding with my dad, who lives alone, was outstanding. He truly went above and beyond anything I was expecting!!

Excellent customer service! My son had a broken foot, and we had a road trip planned with lots of sightseeing that required walking, so it was clear crutches would not work. They provided us a knee scooter for two weeks at a very reasonable price. The guy who rented us the scooter even offered to meet us during off hours since we were going to be coming back through Greensboro on a weekend, so we wouldnt have the additional cost of mailing the scooter back.

I needed to rent a scooter for 10 days while attending a conference in Greensboro. I found Brian and MR&RC online. He was considerate, professional and assisted me in finding the right device for my specific needs. He delivered the scooter ahead of time, so it was waiting for me when I got there. The scooter was of excellent quality, the price was fair and the transaction was smooth. I recommend them heartily!

Brian is unbelievable! He found an obscure part for my wheelchair and repaired it-- I called all the major DME companies and they were no help-- even telling me to get rid of the chair and buy a new one (surprise, surprise). Brian was so personable and worked with my schedule-- I came from Durham but I would drive miles for his excellent service.Thank you Brian!

Brian is on top of it. That is probably the best compliment one can give a mobility service provider and one who is concerned about customer satisfaction. There are many times when Tarheel Mobility is at the mercy of the device mfg. and Tarheel can only respond as fast as their support network will enable them. That said, my family is confident that Brain will track down suppliers until they hold up their end of the bargain.

Friendly and accomodating staff. The equipment we rented was great. Rental prices were twice as much as another place, other wise I would probably give them 4-5 stars. The other place didnt answer the phone when we called though, so this one got our business.
