Their technician was detailed with the job. Looking at the way he organized the tools and the workplace I think he has an obsessive-compulsive disorder. Lol. He was very patient when explaining things to me He also uses terms that are easy for me to understand. He also treated me with courteousness and integrity.

So let me tell you the story. We go on vacation and while we are gone a group of rats got into the fireplace in our home and had started building a nest in their. Im not exactly sure how they originally got in there. I guess there was some kind of loose brick area that was just enough of the space to allow them to get in. Unfortunately, the flume was not tightly secure enough and soon of those rats were getting into our house. It was a nightmare to say the least. We come home to rats coming in and out of our fireplace. Talk about a ruined vacation.We hired someone to get the rats out of our home.The guy told us that this was the place to go to to have our fireplace repaired. He told us this happens more often than we would think. Who wouldve known.David came out and not only cleaned out the disgusting area where the rats were living inside our chimney, but also fixed the problem with the flume. He even did some repairs on the chimney itself so that rats were not able to get in anymore.There is a proper seal there now. We feel confident in being able to go on vacation and not worry about this kind of problem in the future. This was a service I did not expect would be as good as it was. It was beyond our expectations. We recommend them to any person. Two thumbs up for sure.
