I will start using ProMax to clean my carpets versus the vendor I was using. They did such a fantastic job cleaning up a 14 inch diameter urine stain that I was unable to remove. They came on time with mask and booties on. They have now become my go to cleaning for carpets. Thanks again - awesome, awesome job!

WOW! this is the Company to use for all your Upholstery and cleaning needs! Just had them out to clean my couch and two chairs and this stuff is 12 years old and now looks brand new. On top of that this was sitting in storage for the last 5 years. Definitely will be recommending ProMax to everyone!

Furniture was stained from smoke so we didnt have great expectations. Cleaning was OK in that regard. Execution on the other hand was really hurried. He got here later than he expected so he was in quite a hurry. Came in with a garden sprayer and got pretreatment and Teflon coating all over nearby tables, carpet and laminate floors. He left and had to come back because he forgot to stain guard the two pieces we had done. I called him and he returned immediately. I scrubbed the floors with two different soaps, and didnt get the stuff off till I used straight alcohol. Furniture looks better than it did, but we think it might have been better with a little more time spent.

Had to remove debris from the kitchen duct myself since. Cold return not put back on. Had to call tec back out cause of left debris in cold return clogging my filter whi h should have been removed prior to cleaning. Last but not least did not bother cleaning up debris left from vents after roto brush. Not worth $350, but if you do not mind cleaning up after them then their your guys.

I had purchased the basic carpet cleaning, but when the cleaner arrived, he had recommended a deeper cleaning in the living room. There was nothing wrong with this recommendation, but I had respectfully declined. Where I was DISAPPOINTED was after I turned down the recommendation. The cleaner said that he knew the landlord in what I viewed as a threatening tone, as if he were going to relay my decision straight to her. It was not a very professional thing to say and I feel like he should have respected my original wish without further comment. As far as the cleaning itself goes, it was OK.

My Carpet is a honey blonde color & I had so many stains and spots that I thought would never come out due to my children; he was fast, friendly, professional and got the job done on top of brighten my carpet back to its normal form all in one. I wanted to give this place a try due to the great reviews and pricing. I booked a service for 04/04/19 and before the service started the tech immediately tried to up sale. I listened to the sales pitch and declined, however soon after decking, the tech caught an attitude. I had already confirmed with a young lady a few days ago about the levels of service offered and when booking online I was aware of what type of cleaning I would be getting. I was not aware that the tech would have to use my water and electricity. When he first plugged in his cleaner, it popped a bracker. While cleaning my daughters room, I suggested that I move her bunk bed so her entire room could get clean. The tech told me he never heard of anyone moving furniture during a carpet cleaning. That seemed strange to me considering the fact that I was paying for a room to get a carpet cleaning. Then when its time for me to pay, he charged me for 2 extra stairs after he cleaned it because I mustve missed a few stairs counting when booking the appointment. Thats not a big deal, but he shouldve told me before cleaning the stairs so I could be aware. Lastly, i had to sign a service agreement in order to get my receipt. I didnt see the point of signing a service agreement since the service was already rendered and I was paying cash. I am not satisfied with the service I recieved. My carpets dont even look like they were cleaned. I do not recommend this place unless you like unprofessional attitudes, up sales and half-done work.

Leszek was very friendly, funny, knowledgeable and thorough. He texted when he was en route and provided the job details prior to coming. When he arrived he professionally assessed the carpet for trouble spots and wasnt at all annoyed by my inquisitive cat or loud barking dog. He gave me the best price for the heavily soiled areas I wanted cleaned, and provided advice on what to do for any future stains. He was done quickly and the carpets rose color that was hidden under mounds of dirt was brought back to life. There were several stains from my pets and kids that I thought would never come out. The deodorizer Leszek suggested was worth it. Its been 15 days since the carpet was cleaned and it still looks nice and even though my pets are once again all over the carpet, the deodorizer is still working because I dont notice any odors. Wonderful job! I will definitely request this service again.
