Best place in town to rent a vehicle dolly or trailer. Cheaper than U-Haul, quick, and friendly. They also have have just about any tool or piece of equipment you might need available. I give them my business whenever I can. I plan on my patching my Dads metal roof before winter and got some quotes for a heavy-duty pressure washer, best price I can find anywhere and the tool is brand new.

Danny and all the other workers were very helpful. I bought a new mower and they let me borrow a trailer to get it home.

Ive rented from here occasionally in the past. But with my recent project I had an issue with 1 of the 3 pieces of rental equipment. When I called to let them know there was a problem, they told me they would have to inspect the equipment and call me back, but reassured me they would make it right.Sure enough when they called me back he simply asked when I would like all three pieces delivered at no extra cost!Theyre in the rental business, problems will happen, but they understood I needed all 3 pieces working together, and actually stood by his words (make it right).Thanks again to the entire crew at GRS for your help and understanding.Treating customers like human beings does go a long way.

Rented a dunk tank that had a rock between the tub and frame. Had been there some time as it had rust stains on it. It cracked the tub and we had to scramble to repair it for our event. When we returned it they kept the damage deposit. Poorly ran. Wont return.I even bought the rock to show them. 😞

These guys are the best. Ive rented several items from them. They treat you like family; theyre helpful, patient, knowledgeable. They also dont have a pushy bone in their bodies. I wish I had realized everything they have sooner; instead of hunting all over.

What if u have be at work at 6am and the equipment due back by 830am how do I return it

Will never rent from here again. Whats the point in renting out mowers and such for a 24 hour period if you cant use them for more than 3 hours? Oh and dont go over that 3 hour limit because thatll just be another charge on top of what was already paid.

Dont rent from this place! Rented a mower, belt broke after two hours of use. They charged me for the belt. they said, belts and tires are not covered under the damage waiver. told me I should treat the equipment like it was my own. I never mistreated the mower. I have no idea how it was treated for the previous 181.5 hours. If I wanted to maintain a piece of equipment, I would own it!

So i went in to rent a sizzor lift and have them deliver it on saturday. My simple question was abt what time will they deliver it on Saturday and this one guy from behind the counter tells me we are not running a pizza business i think that was lil rude.

This place only wants your money and nothing else. I went to rent a lawnmower trailer and they said they had none available. Well after i took them outside and showed them that THEIR trailer was in fact in THEIR parking lot they rented it to me. But to top it all off after explaining to me that the person before me brought it back late and never turned it in inside the building and therefore was never charged a late fee. I was then charged a late fee when i brought it back after not being informed that the drop off time for any rental was 830am

I have rented many times from Danny and the folks at Grand Rental Station. Until recently I have never had any issues with equipment but this time I did have some problems that occurred. They responded quickly and sent a technician to my farm to repair the equipment on site plus didnt charge me anything for the down time. I will not hesitate to rent from them again in the future.

Why would a serviceman come into a job snake in put a switch in a forklift avoid the person that is being rented to, and leave it like it was when he came, will not start any morning and was aware of that when he came. Just saying dont seem like the man would have avoided the people that are renting.?

We rented a stump grinder from this grand rental place and they called us raising hell treating us to call police dept on us for nothing please take your business else were look at the rating and the bad business Danny has done over the years we own a tree and roofing company that we have had over 40 years east tenn rent alls are a good rent all to rent from dont rent from grand unless u want to rent junk that want do the job and be treated like u stolen there junk ivs tried reaching out to a higher person than Danny and he just a old crook that rents people tools thats older than the hill and that does not work

Theyve got good equipment, better than many rentals. They also charge a bit more, but its usually worth it.

Contacted Danny at grand rental in greeneville for a smoker for a childrens miracle network event and they can only offer 10% off for the children. Why even bother. Never rent from them again. And not to mention the 2500 bucks I gave them for my wedding and had to clean the chairs and tables that were filthy.
