I purchased a voip phone system from Andy Lamb in early March, 2018 and I give a rating of one star only because this rating system demands it. The system does not work as he promised and he will not fix it. I have tried for three months to contact him by every means I have available and he refuses all contact. One of the phone sets is defective already and the phone features I purchased are still not set up.Do not do business with this man or his firm unless you want to be ripped off. I paid several thousand dollars for his equipment and his services and to no avail. I got his referral through Comcast Communications and their representative has tried on numerous occasions to contact him and they have had no more success that I have had. I have asked him (without a response) to upgrade the equipment if necessary to make it operational. He never responds, even if it is to his economic advantage. My business lives or dies by the phone and this guy couldnt care less. I have spent several hundreds more dollars to have another IT firm come in to address the issues, but they can only go so far because he has all the configuration settings. Still no response from Mr. Lamb.I have considered removing his equipment and getting a system that works installed, but have too much invested to start over. If he would just get the system working or even contact me, I would be willing to modify this review, but at this point all I can say is that he has raised the term rip-off to an art from.
