I miss Roslyn but Chris is still there. The new manager is very friendly and makes sure youre ready before you get to the tellers or bankers. They are very fast and very nice people who are knowledgeable in every aspect of the business. They always figure out how to solve any situation and are very sympathetic when you have an issue. Keep it up guys, youre doing great.
Had an account with BMO for 30 days before they closed both my checking and savings account. I was told i needed to provided signature cards which i did but then found out after they closed the account that they wanted employer info. How a bank cannot contact you, provide you these forms or notice while at the branch things are needed to avoid closure is beyond me. On top of all this they mailed me checks for my funds effectively leaving me with no money until the checks are received. The branch offered to reopen my account once these funds are received as if id ever do business with BMO again
