Mr. Tiger Singh of Olaa Taxi Milwaukee deserves more than 5 stars!!!!!!!! I called a few hours before my arrival in MKE. He assured me that even though I am arriving close to midnight, he will be there to pick me up. He got my flight information and was punctual. Cab was very clean. But Mr. Singh went above and beyond his call of duty when he realized I was locked out of the hotel, The American Club. For 20 minutes, I was frantically trying to get a hold of the front desk. Mr. Singh didnt drive off and refused to leave (this was even after I already paid and he had a pending pick up) and kept me company while I figured out the hotel issue. This is a BIG DEAL for a woman traveling alone! So naturally I also asked him for airport transport once my seminar was done. As expected, he was again very punctual. If you need a trustworthy, professional, punctual and kind human being to take you places in Milwaukee and surrounding areas, please give Olaa Taxi a call. Our vehicle was stranded on 94 East just 10 miles south of Milwaukee. We needed to get to Chicago. We called Olaa Taxi and had the greatest experience getting to our destination. Tiger is a pleasant driver and a pleasure to interact with.

Yesterday I had a wonderful experience when I booked a roundttripride. The van was on time, very clean and easy to enter and exit with its sliding side door.Tiger, the driver, was very kind, considerate and enjoyable to talk with. Payment was easy with my chip card and I received a printed receipt. I was so impressed with Tiger and Olaa Taxi that I booked my next ride for next week. Great job Olaa.

Olaa taxi has been taking me, back and forth, to Ohare airport for 2 years. He has always been prompt, responsible, and very easy to deal with. I would refer him to anyone needing transportation.

Probably one of the worst cab services Ive ever dealt with in my life. I paid them to take my friends and I around town for my birthday. ONE hour before my pick up, they call to tell me that the weather is bad and that they want to cancel all of my three destinations with TWO vans AFTER I paid them $160 about 1 week in advance. Snow was less than 1 inch and Lyft was operating just fine. I yelled at the guy because it was ONE HOUR BEFORE MY PICK UP TIME and I had no alternative rides planned. As a cab company, it is THEIR job to look up the weather ahead of time to ensure that they can even operate on that day. They gladly took my money with no problems, so I assumed they were aware of the upcoming weather. He never once apologized. He was more interested in just telling me the untimely news and expecting me to accept it. The guy even THREATENED TO NOT RETURN MY MONEY FOR expressing dissatisfaction with their service. He stated that if I wanted my money, I could dispute the $160 charge on my bank account because he wasn’t going to return my money. The two times I called to ensure that I would get my refund, he would keep telling me to call a different day or time and hang up immediately. It was extremely childish. I felt that they blocked my phone number. I feel like they did because the three times I called them the next day, it went immediately to voicemail. But when I used my roommate’s phone, they answered immediately. It wasn’t until I told them that I would take him to small claims court if he didn’t return my money that he decided to talk to me and not just hang up. He was being so unprofessional in my opinion. On top of that, It took them 2 weeks and one day to return my money back to me. This is the worst business in my experience ever. I will never do business with these people ever again, and I would never recommend this business to anyone.
