Mr. Kim is simply the very best in watch repair and service anywhere :) I live in Potomac, MD and love to wear my watches daily for work and entertainment. I will not bring my watches to anyone else to fix/overhaul, change batteries, and/or watchbands. He is extremely honest, timely (lol), professional, price conscious and personable. I went to this location for the very first time to have my watch band adjusted and I will never go back. If you go to this business make certain the person. behind the counter gives you one of the so called security sensitive tickets (card board with a number on it that corresponds with the plastic bag they put your watch in)or they hold your property hostage for no reason other than ignorance and human error on their part .

I used to go this place to replace battery for my wrist watch. I went this afternoon to do the same job. He has taken the watch to his work table and removed the back cover and then came to me and said that there is also another issue with the watch, which is the dial is turned itself (12 moved to the position of 1), and he needed to be paid more if this has to be fixed. I was using this watch until yesterday, and only this morning I noticed that the battery was dead. I am absolutely sure that it was he made the dial turned while removing the back cover of the watch. When I pointed out this fact, he was mad. He then finally agreed to fix it with a strict warning he would fix it only for this time.

I came looking for watch and diamonds, for a jewelry repair, but got to here instead, which was good, my $80 estimate to repair my gold necklace cost me only $20, friendly and easy to communicate, did a good repair, will refer and come back in the future

Needed to get the band adjusted on my shiny new Huawei Watch... Charged me a little more than I anticipated, but I wanted it done right (i.e. with the proper tools.)Got it back a half hour later, with two large scratches on the outer rim and crystal. My heart sunk. Im *never* going back here again.Fortunately for me, a tempered glass watch face protector oozed into the scratch, so that I dont see it on the watch face... But the damage is still apparent on the outer ring.

Somethings wrong with their charging systems. The first time, they charged me $15.00, and then the next time they charged me $20.00 for the same exact service. Never going back.

These crooks took out my battery, and replaced it with a defective one. Get this, I only went to get my wristband adjusted, Why they tampered with my battery, I do not know...

I take my watches here for Adjustments and Battery Replacements for under $20. The owner isnt that personable with returning customers BUT he gets the job done.
