Who uses a ✍🏾!The staff hygienist introduced herself and explained her role with me durning the visit.The DDS introduced himself . He had reviewed my X-ray’s and made his recommendations.No pressure with getting the work done.The explanation of my plan was addressed and I was given the option of when I would like the services to be taken care of.You can’t go wrong with this practice.Great reviews and that is what caught my attention.I’m getting professional work performed on my teeth.

Very professional, state of the art equipment. Hygienists and dental assistances and dentists are all kind and take the time to assure understanding of recommendations.The building is a tad run down, but the dental offices are fine.Overall, highly recommended.

The dentists do great work, but I had several issues with the front desk. I received a text confirming my 1st appointment; however, my 2nd appointment was cancelled and I wasn’t aware until I arrived. The front desk claimed they were trying to reach me. I asked what number & she was calling the wrong number. That was odd, especially since she had the right number 2 days prior.I then had 2 additional appointment cancellations. One because the dentist was sick and the other because there was a problem with their water. I finally had my 2nd appointment the following week an was told I’d have to come back again to complete all services after being advised the previous week they would be done the same day. I refused another appointment & they finally agreed to accommodate me me like the previously advised me.When I went to pay, the front desk overcharged me $51. I kept explaining that she was wrong and the amount charged was not the quote on my paperwork I received the week before. She said she would have to calculate the charges manually and she then discovered she wrong. I didn’t even receive an apology. If I didn’t speak up, I would’ve been out $51. One of the dentist asked what was wrong & I explained. She blamed it on the holidays as if that is a reason to make errors. If you go to this establishment, always have your documents. Also, hove a flexible schedule. I’m a new patient and I’m unsure if I’ll be returning!

Competent and kind. I’m pretty anxious about dentist visits, but they’re very low key and remind me to floss without shaming me about it. Super responsive during emergencies.

I went to the dentist today because I was experiencing tooth pain and saw Dr. Sklar. He was rude, inpatient and not very sympathetic. His attitude was not customer centric. I told him he lost a client today.

I really love the customer service i get here everytime! The front desk staff is always super friendly and helpful to answering questions. The doctors are also very helpful and fat with doing any cleanings or consults.

First time here and I was a little nervous because I’d been going to my old dentist for so long but everything went well. The hygienist did a great job and was quick and thorough. She gave me suggestions of what to do in between visits to keep my test white as well. I’d recommend them and will return.

This was my first visit to this office. It was a very warm and friendly environment.. Additionally it was clean and everyone in this office was extremely professional and customer service oriented. I was seen in 2019 and my experience was okay. I did have a long wait but the customer service made up for it. Fast forward to present day I call to receive my records and the customer service was terrible. I would give one star due to my current experience but I must be fair. I called and was transferred twice. The first lady lied and said she was putting me on hold to look for my documents. Not only did she not look up my documents, she transferred me to the kids department. The second lady from the kids department apologized and said she would transfer me back. She never transferred me she hung up. I called back and the third woman I spoke to had a very nasty attitude. She emailed me my documents but it was like pulling teeth to get her to fulfill my request. Please retrain your reception desk.

I have been going to Greenway Dental for about 25 years. It never cease to amaze me how much time and attention to this front tooth that keeps fallen off. The entire staff is professional and nice. As a child I had a bad experience at the dentist that makes me anxious at the dentist. The dentist gave me anti anxiety medication take before procedures. My last filling was great I almost fell asleep no pain and I was the most relaxed I have ever been at the dentist. The hygienist are excellent as well.

I’ve been going here for years since my now 23 year old child was 6. The rudeness that was experience at my daughters appt Friday was something I never dealt with to say that I have been a long time customer. Don’t know the African American female name thats at the front desk but her customer service skills needs to be re-evaluated for sure. My daughter is in the middle phase of her braces but after she completes her treatment I think it’s time to move on to another dentist office. The old staff was everything.

I came from Puerto Rico To Maryland back in 2008. I search and searched Visited many dentist in Maryland. Until I visited Greenway dental. I have been there patient since 2010. Currently I live an hour and a half away from them in Virginia. I still visit them that is my Dentist and I will not let them go. I don’t care how much I have to drive for my appointments. I love their professionalism, care ness and many other traits that the entire staff has. I am so happy I finally found an excellent dentist with amazing service.

Dr. Shklyar and Celeste were excellent. I was having major work done and I’m very very nervous and afraid of dental procedures, Celeste kept me calm and Dr. Shklyar made sure I was comfortable and aware of what was coming next. My procedure was the closest thing to comfortable that is possible.

I absolutely love my dentist hygienist. She always does awesome and fast job of cleaning my teeth, and giving me thorough instructions on how to keep them that way.

Dentist friendly and competent.August 3--Today I had a cavity filled and started the process of getting a crown. The whole experience was as pleasant as a visit to the dentist can be. The dentist went out of his way to reassure me and keep me informed. If youve got to get a crown, this is the way to do it.

I had a very difficult tooth to crown. Dr Skylar was great. He answered all my questions and gave me breaks when I needed them. The crown is fits perfectly! I have been going to Greenway Dental for over 35 years. I stayed when the former dentist, Dr Mitchell, retired and Dr Skylar took over the practice. I am glad I did. All of the staff are kind and I have had no problems, nor has the rest of my family.

Ive been going here for years. Havent been in a while. Went today and the office manager there is very rude and should not be working in the health field. As a health care worker myself, I wouldnt be able to act as she did and not get fired or reprimanded for it. I dont think Ill be going back. The dentist and dental assistant were great.

I have been coming to this office for the last twenty years despite living out of the state. Recently I had a root canal and internal whitening done to fix the grey discoloration from My tooth. Dr. Stovall and her staff are awesome! Very friendly and showed real concern for my daughters teeth. I called to make a new patient appt on Monday and was in by Wednesday THAT WEEK!! Waiting room is a little small but then again there wasnt a lot of people there. Definitely dont regret my choice to switch my daughters dentist.

I visited the kids dentistry with my sons for the first time. The experience was great, much more than I expected. My oldest son was apprenhensive at first, didnt want to go but at the end of the visit, didnt want to leave either - thats huge for me! I go to this dentist office for both general dentistry and orthodontics. The office staff are always professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. The hygienist, assistants, and doctors are extremely thorough but gentle. Just recently, I had a dental emergency on a Sunday that required an in office visit. Dr. Shklyar called back quickly and was at the office in approximately 20 minutes. He fixed the emergency, took the time to explain all the follow up and potential next actions, and he called to check on me the next morning. If you are looking for a top notch dentist office, this is the place.

Although they tried to reschedule my appointment just because I didnt call back to confirm my MONTH in advance appointment...they were exceptional!!Especially my hygienist (I believe her name was Khakar...of middle eastern descent). Loved her! And would stick with this place not because of the dentist..but because of her. Informal, sweet, honest and just a beautiful sould that is appreciated for the work she did!

I have been coming for 6 years, along with with my wife and children. This is an excellent dentist and his staff does a great job as well.I know they care because my wife had a bad experience with one of their staff members 2 years ago, and they took care of the problem.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They fit my 16-month-old in for a same-day appointment. Location is convenient. I didn’t like the fact that there were TV screens in the waiting and exam rooms, but they gladly turned off the one in our exam room, when I asked. The tech also asked me to sit in the exam chair and pin the toddler to my chest for the exam, and told me to expect the child to cry and fuss. I told her we’ve been practicing and playing dentist at home, and brushing his teeth a lot. I asked if Toddler could try it by himself first, and if he didn’t cooperate, then I’d be willing to hold him down. I’m thankful they were willing to accommodate my request, bc he did cooperated nicely through the tech’s quick and gentle polishing, and the doctor’s quick and gentle exam and fluoride treatment. No tears! Win!

Excellent service! The staff makes sure you feel alright frequently and did not ask you to do anything unnecessary. I was afraid I may need a deep cleaning which is painful but thanks! They say no, you dont have to do that. They are also patient in teaching me how to floss my teeth right. I will stay with here for sure.

The dentist service was excellent but be careful on how they gonna bill you i give my insurance information and everything for 2 visits and I received a mail saying i have a balance because my insurance is not accepted that was so wrong they didn’t even accept their mistake and didn’t even have a good attitude about it and i see on the previous review that it happened before already so guys be careful with them billing department so sad…

It was an EXCELLENT experience from the time of scheduling until my procedure was done. They had new technology such as the digital x-ray machine which means that you dont have to wait for your pictures to come back from being developed.Dr. Shklyar performed my filling and adjusted it to make my bite comfortable. He explained every procedure to me in plain English and not Dentist-speak.The Dentist cleaning my teeth even paused her procedure to allow me to get my headphones so that I could listen to music while she was drilling. THANKS!! It really helped me to stay calm and keep my mind off of the drill sounds.Finally nothing that I had done hurt :o). The staff was great and friendly. The front desk ladies offered to call and give me a card to remind me of my next appointment.Im a FAN!!

The cleaning was quick and went well; however the staff who took my license never gave it back. Also, when I checked out, they didnt even bother say that they still have my license. I never got a call now a message and when I tried to come in this morning as it states they opened at 9am, they were apparently closed.

I was quoted a price and given an estimate amount on what I would have to pay based on my insurance. After I paid the amount, the next visit I had I was told I had a balance because the other receptionist quoted me a price that was wrong. I explained this and even gave them the paper showing what the lady quoted me. Because of their mistake they wanted me to pay the difference, and wouldnt even agree to a settlement. This is not how you conduct business
