They have great snacks in here and also everything in here is a $1. The store is organized and there is usually more than one register open to get you rang up. The store is really convenient with the hours and is close to a bus stop in the shopping center. Stuff is normal available maybe in a different spot not a lot of stuff sold out.

Store was very clean and organized. Shelves were stocked 95%. Found everything I wanted and then some. One of the best Dollar Tree stores I have been in by far!!!

A great place to shop for small household items and I Iike they have educational posters and books for kids and adults.Business is booming for the birthday balloons, they run out of helium fast.

I pass this store during my daily walk. Today I decided to stop in. Impressive, everything $1. I left with $9 of snacks that included two 20 oz bottles of Diet Dr. Pepper--$1 each--WOW.Leave every expectation you have for counter maintenance, store cleanliness, and clear aisles at the parking lot. There is no evidence of a conter/aisle recovery process. Its a total wreck at best. The $1 sausage sign that provoked my patronage was out of stock--another breach of simple retail practices--if your out-of-stock on an advertised item, remove the large window banner.Ill return for the fantastic $1 items they offer. Ill leave my every expectation at the parking lot.

It makes no sense that Greenbelt is a diverse, middle class area with the worst dollar tree in the vicinity. Im just leaving from this store covered in sweat because they have no AC. It is 78 degrees outside and 97 degrees in the store. People are fanning themselves whatever they can find, merchandise is everywhere. This store is horribly ridiculous. .

Proud dog owner and found a ton of treats and a treat bowl to mix all his treats up. Usually stop in here for a bunch of other stuff too. Great store for me

Bad for the patrons but most of all unbearable for the workers having to do their job with NO AIR CONDITIONING??? I hope this will be addressed NOW. In addition to no air conditioning the place looked as if a bomb went off there. Items were in disarray and some things were there but to high for most to reach. The store needs HELP.

Store was dirty, floors sticky. I had to use the bathroom but it was filthy. During checkout, the cashier was on her phone talking, I tried to ask her about something and she put her hand up to signal for me to shush.Horrible experience, I cant believe they havent been shut down by the health department

This large Dollar tree location is probably one of my favorite in the DMV. They have all kinds of variety of snacks , knick knacks everything you could want that every other basic Dollar tree has but this one has way more cooler unique items and their employees are really kind.

Place appears disheveled. Its dirty, merchandise spread everywhere where they dont even belong. Line was also super long since there was only 1 register open. All of the employees appeared miserable with a serious face and wouldnt even make eye contact.

How can you shop in a store with boxes all over the place corporate needs to do something about this

This store only had 2 cashiers who were quick & polite.

The store was poorly organized, did not care about its customers especially in an African American area nor the handicapped. Two registers opened and the line was out the door.

Stock amounts vary. Lights are very dim everytime I go. Staff is pretty friendly.

There are always boxes all over the place, and long lines. The Dollar Tree 5 minutes down the road on Kenilworth is much better.

The Dollar Tree on Greenbelt Rd I n Greenbelt Md. Is a hot mess. They need a manger in that store that cares and will clean it up and keep it clean and organized.

The shelves are always bare and its always so messy. The laurel location is better kept.

Visited the Greebrlt location about a week ago. Boy was it a HOT MESS.The shelves were empty trash on the selves. Absolutely nothing was in place. There was more merchandise in baskets than on the shelf. The manager made mention that he didnt have enough store hours to give to make the store run like it should Corporate should be taken to task for such poor services. Corporate claims that that their store are clean. Well I dont know where they is because if you read the reviews that is one the number one complaints next to poor customer service. They need to get it together.

Yesterday I visited the Greenbelt location. There were so many things wrong with this location. It is very disorganized. Boxes are everywhere. A lot of the items that are on the shelf are out of place. There is no one on the floor to assist, clean up, or organize. This is not the first time that Ive visited the location and it looked like this. The only difference in yesterday and another days was Brandon the rudest employee Ive ever encountered. He was on his phone the entire time communicating with whomever was on the phone. He even had the nerve to stop ringing the items up to grab his phone. After the transaction, he placed the receipt on the counter and picked up his phone again. When he wasnt talking on the phone he was complaining about how 7:00 pm couldnt come fast enough. I contacted the manager. she said that she would speak to him. NOPE, he needs to be fired. Its a shame that he is allowed to behave this way. Ive never seen anything like it in my life. Its time to shut this location down and start all over. I blame the regional and district managers too. Visit your stores! Help out! There is no way that every time I visit this store it is a complete mess or an employee is out of control.

I go every other week. U can get many things u need for a $1 and just as good as any drug store or convenience place. And the people especially on Saturday morning are excellent and friendly.

I was able to find what I was looking for but I am always disappointed in the cleanliness of this particular store!! Things always seem to be in disarray! Too bad!

I am a great fan of this Dollar tree, as a Nutritional Professional, I greatly appreciated the healthy food choices offered such as fruit smoothies and dried peach slices. The staff are always excellent and the stores appearance is very organized. However, the air conditioning needs to function better during the peak hours. Especially for the health of the staff during the day, the seniors and most importantly the children as they shop in the store.

Bonnie had the worst additude ever. There was a lady in front of me that asked for 10 ballons and bonnie had pretty much thrown the paper of all the balloons at her. Through the item separater on the belt. She needs a additude check or she shouldnt be working in customer service because she has none.

Decent customer service, it was late, so it probably would be better during the day. The place could be cleaner and neater. Other than that it was good. I got most of what I needed.

Cant find a small travel size lysol in there. They need to restock there shelves.

Crowded and messy with boxes of merchandise to be put away everywhere

This dollar store was a mess the last time I went in to buy a couple items, they had carts filled with products that I assume where supposed to be on the shelves, it was really in the way and a couple of the employees were really just more preoccupied about other things. I wanted to get a couple balloons they didn’t have the majority of the ones I wanted and the balloon station was a complete mess, they were just everywhere. They have a lack of organization that was just not a good look. The cashiers were also very slow the lines were long and it took a good while and at the time there were 3 cashiers. I don’t mind updating this review hopefully if things get better.

Great place for last minute items. A bit on the junky side, compared to other Dollar Tree stores Ive visited. However, the cashiers and staff are super friendly and knowledgeable of their products. You gotta check them out.

Typically has products on the floor and misplaced. Sometimes not restocked well. Hard to find some products again (example; I like the Awesome brand ofOxyclean), I can find it in Laurel, but off and on in Greenbelt. They will order in if you ask. I order on line and have it delivered to the store.

This is one of the best organized dollar stores Ive been to. They have an excellent selection of kitchen utensils, food, China, and office supplies. Furthermore the staff has always been very friendly with me.

I was going to buy food, but then I saw that it was expired. Dont buy food, well frozen food from it. Everything else is good.

I enjoy shopping at Bath & Body Works. Never been disappointed with the products I purchased from there.

I give it a 2.5 star because of the disorganization but his one has better candy and chips items. I always go there to stock up on some sweets but I find that most of these Dollar Trees have way too many boxes lying around and that can be a bit of a hazard for the customer and the employees working there but like Walmart if you been to one you been to them all. I would say going to the Dollar tree is a way better experience than going to Walmart. I just wish they had more organization I just hate clutter but it will never change cause throughout the entire area even out of town they just are messy.

Lots of cheap, useful merchandise. However, some of the quality is you get what you pay for...Also, compared to other Dollar Trees, stuff tends to be more disorganized.

Need cashier

As a self proclaimed Dollar Tree aficionado, I been to many different stores. And the customer service here is top tier, one of the best in the game.

A much neater store than many of the other Dollar Trees in this area.

Just went in to pick up some last minute birthday party items and as soon as I walked down the first isle I was greeted by a rat standing in the corner of a display stand cleaning his face. I stomped at it and he did not move. So I turned around and went in to some other isles to find what I came to look for. Everything was fine until I got to the food isle and on a middle shelf was a bag of chips that had been chewed into. And guess what was inside? Yup a rat!! A big rat. I left my shopping cart right there and walked out of the store. I will not be back!!

This is not my favorite store, but definitely my most visited Dollar Tree because its close by. People are pretty friendly, shelves are usually well stocked and store is clean.

Cashier attitude was not pleasant. I greeted her she looked at me like why are you speaking to me.

Its not the best the lines are usally long and the shelves are very messy. The store have mice one run out while I was in line scared me to death. They cashier then state thats why I left my last store it was infested with mice. I wouldnt buy anything that consumableI only go in when I have no choice. I give one star because there is no lower score.

I just went into this store to get some supplies and I was absolutely disgusted and walked out. Theres boxes in every isle you cant see anything on the shelves or even walk in the isles from all the merchandise all over the floor. Just very disappointed, and will be taking my service somewhere else. Never have I ever felt that way walking into a store.
