The customer service at this location is excellent ! Because of this I always go to this location. They are so pleasent ! They always acknowledge you when youre waiting in line. They put the customers first . Just this morning I was waiting on by Sang he was so helpful and patient with me . I had to go back in the store and he was super busy however he still acknowledged me. Keep up your good work!

Best UPS store in my area! The manager and employees are super friendly and helpful. No ridiculous charges like other UPS stores. The store is clean and parking is easy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Been going to this UPS for years. This is their new location but Ive been working with their same staff since their old one. I just finished a big move then they helped ship very expensive electronic equipment and everything happened perfectly. Everyone in the store is very nice and knowledgeable about UPS services.

Excellent staff and a one stop place for all shipping and printing needs my office needed to get a mail box here and it was an incredibly easy and affordable process. Sung is an excellent manager. I Highly recommend this UPS store location.

We used this store to ship overnight package it was not delivered next day the manager not only refused to refund the money also made fun of my wifes accent, not even a word of apology or being sorry about it. Rude staff and unfriendly environment this is the last time we used their service.

I was refused service two days in a row before the posted 7pm time. Today i arrived at 6:45 and was told they were closed.Edit 8/16/21 - if you still have the video, the guy waived me away before i reached for the door as he locked it right as the last lady left. Even the FedEx driver had to knock at 6:50pm and wait to enter... and she even looked at her watch like wth. Hopefully service had improved. That never happened when it was located further up 193.

This place is horrible! This is the second time I come for Notary services and left without assistance. The first time it was 20 minutes before 3 and she said she stop servicing at 3, but did not service me. The second time I arrived at 2:30. They dont have any set schedule I was told!

College kid in the evening was polite but the afternoon guy who answered the phone said the notary would be there until 7. College kid informed us when we got there at 6:40 that the notary works M-F 9-5:30. Had I know that I wouldnt have left work early and wasted my time going out of my way to go there. TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME.
