Okay! First Impression kinda hidden area theres a ton of other small businesses on site.. but the area was clean and quite! As you walk in office waiting area is pretty small... but they did have some water to offer and a bathroom as well...Everyone was welcoming and nice... no wait at all really if you go in early at 7am! But this place doesnt normally take appointments mainly all walk in... but you can make an appointment online if you want to be sure to get in at a scheduled time... But I was in an out very quickly hardly any wait time!I did not get the nurses name who drew my blood but she asked me the straight forward question which arm... told her it didnt matter let her know I hate needles etc.. it was a quick and painless draw.... I have experienced in a while! She was very good! Super happy with that! And was done in no time everything took less then 30mins... the check in the wait time and leaving out of the building.. super happy! Would definitely come back and Recommend to anyone!

Great people and easy blood draw. The office is a little small. The automated checkin process could be a little confusing for an elderly person, but overall no complaints at all.

The most horrible experience at LabCorp Green Valley location, they poked me twice, my vein was with a huge inflammation, and they were rude. Young ladies should practice more before hurting people.

This the second time I have been here for fasting lab work and it is not open. There are 9 fasting people at 7 am waiting for the lab to open. Tech arrived at 7:14 with no comment as to the late arrival. by 8:15 none of the original 9 fasting people had gotten in. I had observed that anyone with an appointment was let ahead of the other 9 fasting people. Very poor arrangement. With one tech and by now a dozen people waiting it should have been first come first serve.

I stopped in to this office a couple of days before my hubby needed to have some bloodwork done to verify they accepted his insurance as a preferred provider. There was a woman cleaning surfaces (Covid you know). I told her what I needed and she said that yes, Labcorp is a preferred provider for his insurance. I tried to get her to take his card and actually check but she would not. Turns out they are NOT a preferred provider and I’m stuck with a much higher bill. I called the billing department and it is difficult to get a human to talk to, and they declined to help resolve the issue.

Went to have a blood draw. Checked in without an appointment and was out in 17 minutes. Not bad. The waiting room is small. it seemed receptionist is also the person drawing the blood. At least that is the way it was for me. Very nice and general blood draw. Did think this is the effect way to process clients...but like I said it took me 17 minutes in and out the door with NO appointment

I went for my general blood work. No one was at the door 2 take my temperature or ask me the general COVID questions, which is done by other Dr offices. After using the restroom, I learned the office is only cleaned at night, after hours. No one in the waiting room wiping off chairs, the kiosk, the door knobs. The chairs were spread apart. And some hand sanitizer around. Just not at all as safe as other medical offices Ive been in. I will not go there again until this is all over.

Wait times are not too bad, for example I have gone in without an appointment and left having by blood drawn within twenty minutes. And that is after three people came in with appointments so went before me. They are great with my kids and understanding of their limited attention span. But best of all is their ability to quickly and painlessly find a vein. To me that is the most important.

They are very good at finding vein in me and my wife. She is the hard one and they have had success every time. I am not there to chat just to get the test done and out. I love there new check in system very fast unless you do not read the screen.

Called them three different times to inquire whether they received the doctors test order.Never a call back. Never a message that they dont respond to messages.Front desk folks quite snarky & unhelpful to say the least. I said next time I will go to Sonora Quest.Their response -- here is your order go to Sonora Quest. I did & found Sonora Quest very professional & personable.In the future will never, ever even consider Lab Corp for any tests.Unprofessional. Unbusiness like.Typical, robotic, corporate office.Avoid Lab Corp in Green Valley like the plague.

I am always thankful for the wonderful and caring women who work there. They are very professional and competent. My only concern is when there is only one. I feel that this dangerous for the employees and the clients. I have addressed this several times and never have had a courtesy of an answer.

Unfriendly, bordering aggressive. Do as I say, ask no questions type of attitude. Skilled with the needle. Very socially unskilled. I expressed some anxiety and concerns, and was blown off. The tech acted angry as though I dared to question her. I saw her pull out 4 tubes, I thought I needed to get one drawn and expressed my concerns by stating I only needed such and such. Yep. Was her answer as she dumped the tubes out next to me. I asked her if she was angry. She forced a smile and said Nope then asked me if I was angry. This is the most unprofessional experience Ive ever had in a healthcare setting...and I work in healthcare. If you must go to a lab corp, go to another location.

Very good service. Cheryl, the tech. Was cheerful and attentive. I could barely feel anything. Great experience.

Ive used this facility many times. The look and cleanliness of the place is much improved since changing locations (just downstairs) over a year ago. Generally not the friendliness place in the world. Pretty much straight forward, sign in, sit down & shut up, come back to the desk when we call you, fill out forms, sit down & shut up, come back to the drawing room when we call you, stick, draw, and leave. Can be understaffed at peak times (AM) and only one person staff off-peak.

I have been very happy at Lab Corp I have always been treated very good

They have hired a new person who does not know anything.
