Recently find myself in a tuff position. Cant get back to work after heart surgery and the staff here was outstanding at finding me some financial help while I recover. Very friendly and understanding.

Health&service,does not provide anything and didnt know what to say when i asked about virus. If they are closing nursing and assist living places. What about the people working there. They come and go there. Are the workers there preventing the virus when they go to work ,are they tested. Yes,Im a wear that they need to be there. So cant they just stay in there just like we have to home.

Incompetent and delusional. “Contracts out” all of their thinking and legal compliance requirements. Pays Family Services of NEW $4 million dollars each year to make all their decisions. Can’t keep real social workers on staff, so they hire anyone with a college degree to substantiate abuse. No staff training, delusional supervisors, incompetent leadership. More abuse means more funding. Destroying families and keeping the public believing an imaginary benefit. Fraud, waste, and abuse.

I took my mom there for her renew foods share so she can get her foodstamp but thry didnt have her translate for her. It seem thry just sit at home and dont want to see you so the tell bo in a little room call then you sit there till they pick up the phone with some one that speak english so im the that translate for her

As a person who works in a mental health care field we experience many stories of abuse. CPS certainly shows a lack of Interest and many of these cases and Im not 100% sure why. I dont pretend to be omniscient. In many cases theres a history of abuse and these children have to go back to abusive families. CPS likes to say that their hands are tied theres nothing they can do etc etc. What function do they serve? What is their mission?

As far as human services go... The best Ive been to. Very friendly staff. Made me feel at ease.

No parking and incompetent people...no surprise. They work for the gubment.

The people who have poor reviews Brown County CPS clearly have no idea what social workers deal with on a daily basis. The law is the law and their emotions are not a part of the process. For the person stating the staff is incompetent and the social workers are not real, my guess is you were found guilty of abuse or something else. Before you post these things, get a clue.

I was surprisingly in and out quickly and was helped in a professional manner. Some times the staff from these type of places can ne very rude but not here, not today!

This place they the people who work there they really care that you care about their society they care about their people and especially care about the kids in the community

Just from a phone conversation they were very understanding and polite.

All the workers within the building are so helpful and open minded.
