Excellent process server! Prompt and if you know your stuff email is the best way to reach with papers for process. In reading some of these reviews I felt compelled to say something factual that Patrick has an excellent reputation of getting the job done right.

Patrick is very rude, very unprofessional and clueless. He doesnt know what is going on with his clients paperwork, his staff is just as incompetent. Patrick turned in divorce papers too late causing my boyfriends case to be dismissed. He charged my boyfriend and then never followed through. So basically took his money. My boyfriend tried to use Patricks services again which was a HUGE mistake because we are still having the same problem. He waived the fee this time, he really should reimburse my boyfriend for the first attempt of service. He was out of town and told my boyfriend that he wouldnt be able to serve the divorce papers to my boyfriends ex yet my boyfriend was receiving emails regarding service. He was communicating with John, Patricks associate. I contacted Patrick to know the status of where the paperwork was and he didnt know what I was talking about and threatened to file a harassment report against me. I have consent from my boyfriend and he has expressed that I be able to know information about his divorce. John had informed my boyfriend that the papers were turned into the courthouse but yet its been over a week and the courthouse has NOT received any paperwork of any kind. There was no communication regarding who my boyfriend was talking to via email, there was no communication about who was serving his ex and who turned in the affidavit of service. Patricks business has been reported to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) by my boyfriend. He has paid HUNDREDS of dollars in filing fees. Process Servers are suppose to help expedite the process and make it less stressful, not dick people around. If you cant follow through with the service you shouldnt be providing this kind of service. Process Servers should know the laws and when papers need to be turned in, these things are time sensitive. Now my boyfriend has to go through the process of submitting the divorce via newspaper. And I have to wait ANOTHER 120 days! I have already waited 120 days with my boyfriend and I thinking that the papers were turned in. Suffice it to say that you cant rely on this process server let alone the county sheriff.Worst Process Server EVER! WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!
