Ordered pool in March. Pool came a little over a month late but understandable due to ordering issues. Ben came installed pool in a morning. Pool is great and he was very professional and answered all of our questions. I would recommend this company to others.

Called in early spring to purchase a pool with installation. Ben made it clear they would be here in July and he was. Installation was perfect. They sent the wrong pool than what was purchased but was given a nicer pool with a longer warranty for no extra charge.

The first place we tried was local to us and was beyond rude, the second had no showed our scheduled appointment, so we contacted BellyFlop unsure if they would be willing to help us due to our location. Ben was responsive, answered any and all questions during our selection process. Due to covid, our pool was delayed on getting here (nothing they could control) and Ben kept communication with us throughout the year. Our pool has since been installed with a surprise upgrade from Ben, and we couldnt be happier. Trust this review, if you want a good pool guy look no further.

We had Ben deliver and setup/refelt a used pool table. It looks amazing. Perfectly level and felt is beautiful. On time delivery, responsive and professional. Thank you!!

Do your research! They do not warranty what they install! They will charge you labor to fix warranty issues. They installed a pool table for us that had the wrong parts but installed it anyway. A couple weeks after install the wood cracked and they will not replace unless we would pay for labor even though they did not erect the pool table correctly the first time. They do not tell you labor is not included in warranty work until you have an issue. I contacted other installers in our area that would cover this so do your research!

Very unprofessional!!! Company refused to call, did everything through Facebook messenger. Its very clear that they only wanted to get money for a deposit that they are now with holding from my family. Its clear in my messages to them that I was interested if they could get the new liner installed this week. They promised to message me on Sunday to let me know what day they are coming. Never messaged me back. I reached out to them late Sunday and boom.... You are on a waiting list. So several messages later I am to blame for them misleading me, but hey we can get you in on Wednesday. This is the start of red flags. I question if its going to be a rush job with poor workmanship because I complained and they get sensitive and keep messaging me about how they are busy and are 1-2 weeks out. Not once did they apologize and try to earn my trust back. Not once did they call the number I provided twice to talk to my wife about getting the work done. Just excuses! Then today when I ask about draining the pool, they respond that they will not be serving me and block my messages! They still have my deposit! Rip off alert! Do yourself a favor and stay away. Check Better Business Bureau for other complaints of poor work and excuses! Do what you promise Benjamin! Also how does a company give themselves a 5 star review? Twice? Ben D is the owner and the company can reviews itself?!

Ben and his team did a great job on installing my above ground pool last summer! Fair pricing and great customer service, and they winterized my pool too!

These guys are the best. Honest, reliable and willing to get the job done. My pool easily could have been deemed too old and simply too tough of a job, but Bellyflop took it on and somehow got a new liner into our very old fully decked in pool. A sign of a true professional is their ability to problem solve and that’s exactly what was needed and accomplished.Thanks Bellyflop!
