Jason was able to get our old Baldwin piano working again. It was my mothers piano and hadnt been tuned in over 23 years! Many of the keys were sticking. Jason was very professional from our first emails to coming to our home. We are very happy with his work. We are looking forward to bringing music to our grandchildren. Thank you Jason. I was able to bring in a piece of stained door casing to match up the original color. The case was 12 years old and had a color that just couldnt be matched with what I had available to me. With a quick survey and some dye matching the color was sprayed on to the color that was as close as could be seen with the naked eye. The only thing that was noticable in the room where the new wood was installed was that this door didnt have scratches on the casing. Thanks Jason

Jason has gone above & beyond with our piano--doing research on a possible accident in the factory, and helping problem solve why it doesnt hold a tune as long as it should (and then figuring out what we need to do to fix the problem)! He works around our busy schedule to regularly tune our piano. He also communicates well with me in person and via email.
