My party City stores in the middle of renovation reorganizing so it was a little difficult to find one I needed but I did locate them. The costs are very reasonable and there are many colors and decorations. The staff were fantastic.

Great place! Sheena the supervisor goes above and beyond. They have great party supplies.

Poor customer service. Witnessed what I confidently assumed to be three managers talking negatively about their staff as there was a long line at the checkout, All of them proceeded to walk past me into the back room with zero acknowledgment towards me . I will shop elsewhere in the future where they actually deliver some customer service. Sad, because I used to love this place but my last few visits have been horrible. Hope you’re able to turn things around as my family and I really enjoy your store.

0 stars if i could to be honest. I love the store but the customer service, horrible. You ask for help to find something and they point instead of actually helping you, second time i went up there i asked for help again because i walked through the aisles they told me and i didnt find it. When the lady showed me where my item was. (Which is not where they pointed the first time) she gave an attitude and walked away before i got to the spot. Just rude in general.

Would give zero stars if I could, worst costumer service ever. Least helpful employees I’ve met. Asked if they knew where something was and they told me to find it myself.

I see that there are some people that have negative comments and like to complain because that’s just the kind of people they might just be,Complainers.with that said Party City is just like any store,they have things that might be defected and maybe broke or don’t work.Now depending on what it is you might be able to return it or atleast get in store credit.now if you buy something from a store and you know you can’t return in then it’s kinda up to you to make sure it works and is functioning before you buy it and leave the store.Party City has always been the place I could run to in a clutch situation.They are always very good in trying to make a person feel satisfied with what your looking for.I don’t understand the reasoning behind giving a bad comment about a store because it’s not the store that might be giving a person a bad experience it’s most likely gonna be the employee.But Party city as a store is an awesome store and I recommend anyone to shop for party’s and events..also when making a large order for items it’s always good and I repeat always good to double check and triple check with store to make sure your order is completed in full on in that time needed ,I never put my full trust in anything or anyone because things happen.Don’t be afraid to call a few times that day your order is due just make sure everyone is in the same page.Don’t be the mom or dad that goes to get balloons or decorations and they are not ready when all we had to do was double check

I ordered over $50 worth of balloons for my sons one-year photo shoot. I set my order to be picked up after 10:30 this morning, hoping I could run there and back within my 30 minute lunch to pick them up and have them ready to take pictures with since the shoot is right after Im done with work. I even called on my way there to make sure they were ready, and the person who answered the phone did not even ask my name to check, just asked what time it was for and assured me the 10:30 orders were ready. Well, guess what - mine werent! I stood around while two employees looked at all the balloons that were ready about five times each, as if that would make them magically transform into the balloons I ordered. Now I wasted my whole lunch break, was late getting back to work, and I have no balloons for my sons pictures. I will never ever EVER do business here again. I will return one time to get my full refund and I will never be back. Do yourself a favor and find another place to get balloons when you need them. Absolutely ridiculous.

Horribble customer service. Have spoken with 3 different customer service reps and no one knows where my package is. Ordered on Nov. 27th, items were supposed to arrive via UPS on 12/3. My party was on the 6th. It is now 12/15 and still no update on where it even is. Also when my order conformation gives me a tracking number for UPS but then when I call Party City customer service they say its coming from USPS. Then why are you giving out UPS tacking numbers and its not a spelling its literally the UPS logo. Customer service rep said UPS takes the packages to USPS? Is that even a thing??? Today when I called I was also told that there is a 30 day return policy to which I responded so youre telling me I have to recieve my package and have it returned in the next 12 days or I wont recieve a refund? Crickets..... They basically stoled my money and refuse to help. Shop amazon they deliver when they say theyre going to. And there customer service actually treats you like a human being.

This place has all the themed party stuff you could ever want. The balloons they offer are the ones that will blow a kids mind. They are not cheap but they can take your party from kinda cool to amazing with the extras. Save a little money by bringing your own balloon weights. They also have alot of Halloween costumes from kid sizes to adults. The fact that it is located right down from the dollar tree is great for getting everything you need.

I spent two hours placing an order online the day before my party I did not see confirmation email, so I called the 800 number and they said they did not have a record of my order even though I had a one dollar charge on my credit card. So I went through the hassle of re-ordering everything and our online. Two hours later I called and again they did not have my order. I wasted several hours of my time which I needed, To clean my house for the party now I have to go to the store and purchase everything wasting more time because, my online order didn’t go through TWICE. Even though they charged my bank account a dollar each time and I have a confirmation number. They could not find it.

Pricey but they do have some good items. Now if they could work in the customer service at this location. Absolutely terrible, walked out a couple times. The sales do have me coming back but if certain workers are there I wont even bother with the store all together.... I would suggest some training, as a customer service professional, it doesnt matter if Im working or not... My customer service with anyone is always on point!

Boys/Girls birthday parties. Football parties, costumes, pinatas. Could have spent a lot longer and a lot more money here!

Bought a giant unicorn balloon,and a large Moana balloon. Super easy transaction, and they had them blown up in less than 5 minutes which if you are buying balloons it can take forever. Highly recommend it.

I pre ordered 12 balloons and when I sent my husband to pick them up they werent ready, so he had to sit and wait for them, so that made everything run behind for my sons 18th bday dinner. We got stuck decorating while people started showing up.. Not cool.. you should tell people to order more than 24 hours in advance...

NO Helium! I could not get balloons for Birthday Party. I went elsewhere.

Upsetting I purchased things for my sons birthday but we had a change of plans as it turned out to be raining out and we had it outdoors so couldnt hang the things up. Set the items aside to make to return them or exchange for somethings for our wedding. Just to find out that they no longer take anything back after 30 days. Not even to exchange for anything in store. Makes me want to rethink even buying my plate and things for my wedding from here. I would understand if I am trying to get my money back but I am not I just want to exchange for other things for our wedding and knowing we will be spending more then the $30.00 of things we were trying to exchange.

Called Green Bay, WI location today at 1:56PM and asked if i can return something without a receipt (I purchased a week ago) perfectly in tack, packaging never opened, the item never even left my car. I told them i could give them the date i bought it and a time range and also purchased it using my card and they said we could but it would take a loooonnngg time to go through every transaction for that day well 1. I cant imagineit is that many transactions considering it was the middle of the week and there was maybe 1 other person the entire hour I wandered around there. 2. If you can do it then why are your employees being lazy and not willing to. Extremely annoyed with the customer service as well as the return policy. UPDATE YOUR SYSTEM. Every other store can do returns without a receipt and atleast give store credit. amazed at the unwillingness to please your customers. will never shop at this store again.Horrible store. better products and prices at dollar tree

I went to Party City in Green BAY twice this week and both times had the worst customer service ever! I asked for help finding cocktail umbrellas and was told to look down Isle 1 when I couldnt find them was told to look down Isle 3 but no one offered to help me find them. Why even ask if I found everything if no one is going to help me? I came back again looking for them and was told what we have is all we have. I asked if they could check in back. Girl was rude but did so. Said we dont have any. Ok. Why couldnt you just do that in the first place? I have never hadone such awful customer . I will never be back!

Excellent place to be there for all in one party needs

This is the only place Ive ever gotten carded for purchasing something with my debit card. No clue why, have never gotten asked at a single other place, but going here and getting $3.00 worth of candy got every single one of my group carded (each were buying things as well).
