One of the best decisions we made was to use TeamLogic IT for our technology support. Their service far exceeds companies we have used in the past.From the beginning, Tal and Alex spent several days meeting with us to set up the technology at our office. From that point on, we have greatly appreciated their consistency and flexibility, as well as the knowledgeable and dependable service. Whenever there is an issue, Alex responds timely and almost always resolves the issue within the first call. There have even been times that he solved the problem before he responded back! We are grateful to be working with the same person each time, so we do not have to reexplain our issue or set-up every time we reach out for support. We even had an equipment problem at our office and both Tal and Alex came out to our office that same day. They resolved the issue before they left, even though the issue had a potential to be a multi-day problem. Tal and Alex know how our technology works because they were the ones who set it up.We were unfamiliar with TeamLogic IT, but after meeting them in person and describing our needs for a small company, they designed the system that is affordable, secure, and efficient. Team Logic, IT has surpassed our expectation, and we would highly recommend their service to anyone.

Todd and his staff brought our church up to date with Wifi and security. They were fantastic to work with. But wait...Todd doesnt stop there, he has continued to connect us with individuals to help us with our website and copier leasing that looks out for the church.
