I called them at 2pm when my truck was making horrendous grinding noises. The man I spoke to gave me a loose diagnosis and offered to look at it as soon as he could if I dropped it off. Within 3 hours he called, had diagnosed it, and gave me a very fair price estimate for the work. They finished the work at 7am the next morning and sent me an email confirming this. For something I considered to be a major fix, I was astonished with how well and how quickly they took care of it. I cannot recommend this service enough.

Was experiencing battery drain and electrical system issues on our 06 VW. Brought it to the local VW dealership multiple times for the same issue and even through extended vehicle stays, the dealership was never able to find and resolve the issue. Learned through a friend about Mikes Service and decided to try Mikes. We were able to leave the vehicle with Mikes for several days and Karl and his service team were able to test the vehicle determine what was needed and appears to have resolved the issue. We were so frustrated prior to finding Mikes Service, Karl and his team, that we were going to get rid of the vehicle! Now, thanks to Karl and Mikes Service team, we are keeping the vehicle and have found the perfect place to have our vehicles serviced! Finding a good mechanic that is reliable and trustworthy can be tough. I feel so lucky to have found Mikes Service Center. They ALWAYS go above and beyond when fixing my cars. My last visit was no exception, they did an excellent job fixing an oil leak on my BMW. Added bonus, they fixed an annoying squeak under the drivers seat. I never mentioned it since it wasnt a big deal. But they noticed it and took care of it. I noticed as soon as I drove the vehicle, no more squeak! Thank you!!

Great job, fine work, no issues. Done on time, exactly as quoted. Excellent parts and service. Much better than the Honda Dealer. I was there last week and they could not get the bill correct. The Honda Dealer accidently charged me too much by $25.00. The Honda dealer charges a fortune for parts and labor and its not any better than any other place. Mikes is excellent! I would go back again in a heartbeat.

I hate having to leave a rating like this. I had been a happy customer for about 10 years. I have brought most of my vehicles here. I’m not sure if a staff change has something to do with it. Recently brought my husband’s Jeep in to have the motor for his power window repaired. I scheduled an appointment, we brought it in and they said they fixed it. The window was still off the track after we picked it up. We called and they told us to bring it back in, so my husband took a whole day off of work and we had to call for an update around 4:30 PM. They told us they were not able to get to it and that the inside of the door was bent and they would have to bang it back into shape, or else we would need a new door. We couldn’t afford to pay for another expensive repair or take off time from work. I’m suspicious about the bent door frame because they should have said something the first time, if that was the case. This is a vehicle that’s never been in an accident and I can’t take car doors apart. They’re the only ones who did and now we’re looking at a possible door replacement after spending 500 dollars. I had always trusted them and I don’t like leaving reviews like this. I hope this is taken seriously and that they improve their business. I don’t think Mike is around anymore but I know he never would have left one of my vehicles like this and no one else should without addressing the problem.

I took my 2001 Saab for a check engine light. The owner was busy but took the time to check my car, even though they dont normally work on Saabs. He explained a few things and referred me to the right place. He also offered to put my lights in if I bought them free of charge, which was very nice bc I didnt spend any $$ there. Very honest people!!

I have been going here for my oil changes for a few years now and always had a great experience. Got a new car and went in for a change and it cost $175! They changed the oil filter without even asking (usually they are good about communicating such things). Called around to other places and it would not have cost as much. So sad because I trusted them but will no longer be going back.

Easily my favorite people to have work on my car. They’ve replaced a blown head gasket, struts, flushed a blocked heater core, and worked on my coolant system. Every time it’s been reasonable and fast with good communication so I know exactly what they’re doing to my car.

Had an issue with my car that was diagnosed quickly and for low cost. Did not try to use high pressure tactics but did identify 2 other underlying issues and let me know the timelines that he expected for both of them. Glad I went here rather than some place they may have tried to take advantage of my lack of car experience.

The vehicles I had serviced were all older models, and they have allowed me to get years more use out of the vehicles. I first posted this review a while back, and indeed I have had more positive experiences with this center. Of note, Mike is able to hold onto his technicians -- that tells me they are satisfied with their jobs and will likely do better work because of this.

Dont go to any other mechanic in the area, these guys are the best in the bay! They dont lie about what is wrong with your car, extremely nice people. I never expected to get great service out of my hometown but these guys are amazing! They seemed to know everyones name and they get the job done quickly! I started going to Mike’s about a year ago because where I was bringing my car closed up and I was referred to Mike’s. I’m so glad that I took that recommendation. Everyone is honest, the service is always fast and they let me know when my car is done via email. Best part is, when I get my car back, no matter what the service is, the inside is the same as when I left it meaning the radios station is where I left it and the seat is in the same place. Mikess Service Center is the place to go if you ever need any repairs to your vehicle. Had my car drop off early morning for wheel bearing replacement and was picking it up late afternoon. Was told by Mike that other bolts was loose around the wheel hubs and so they ended up tightening it back up to spec. Most likely the only place Ill be going for now on. Great service very knowledgeable and friendly place. Totally recommend this place and service to anyone who needs their vehicles repair.

I brought my car to him for an issue with the catalytic converter and manifold. It would have been an $1100 fix. Mike actually went the extra step, called GM and found they had actually extended the warranty on this part. He could have just went about the fix and took the payday. Instead he suggested I contact the dealer who ended up fixing it for me free of charge. It is so nice to know that I have a place to take my car where people place their character and integrity above a payday!

The dash warning light went on the morning of Oct 20. Driving in the strange town of Green Bay we headed for the nearest filling station. We entered a Shell service station, by Gods grace, was connected to a NAPA store with full mechanical service. Mike was honest, fair, timely to order a special Michelin tire size and his service was five star. We highly recommend Mikes station for full service.

I started taking my old car there last spring when it wouldnt start and I couldnt have been happier with the service. So much so that they are now my go to for anything my car needs done. The website said that they give free estimates if your car has a problem, but when I called I was told that theyll have to diagnose the car and it will cost me between $80-100. What happened to the free estimate? I thought they were supposed to be the best and cheapest in town?
