Dells is very customer focused and provided transportation to and from work during the scheduled service. Transmission fluid change and other manufacturer recommended checks were completed. Dells pointed out and quoted several other things that needed attention like tires and spark plugs but they were not pushy to have me purchase right away. I will definitely go back for any other major mechanic work needed for my VW.

Our vehicle had a nightmare electrical attack completely shut vehicle down after calling around not many people had the means to work on Mercedes but dells did I’m always nervous at first as I do all my own work on my vehicles but sometimes i can’t figure it out. So I brought it to dells they had the best price around dells went above and beyond with the service they provided dove further than any one to try and figure it out even tho they could not pin point the issue which I later solved which was a cracked sensor getting water in it. I know dells would have solved it if I let them dive in further but the unknown cost of the repair had me worried so I picked vehicle up and worked on at home when problem came back. But non the less I was amazed at just how far they went to figure out the issue they kept in touch with me almost daily and we would relay info back and forth in the end the 4 days vehicle sat there being worked on I was amazed that there bid came in less than an hour of diagnostics I was blown away did not expect that service was great customer service was great all around a great experience but keep in mind this is a really great mechanic for higher end vehicles clean shop beautiful vehicles for sale great service and all at a price that I feel can’t be beat thanks dells

I’ve had to bring in my BMW 5 series a couple times. I typically diagnose and do repairs myself with the aid of Mechanic friends but had a couple instances I could not figure it out. Not not only did they figure out two difficult electrical Issues but gave detailed explanations of what they were doing and an estimated cost as they did it. No surprises and a diagnose came quick at a very fair price. They know what their doing when it comes to BMW’s. I’m guessing the dealership would have been much more. They also gave me things to keep an eye on and never tried to over sell me other repairs. Both times I’ve worked directly with DJ and everything has went great. Thanks to the whole team for all your help.

I was referred to Dells by another mechanic who wasnt able to change my transmission fluid on my 2013 Mini. Everyone at Dells was friendly, professional and on time. I asked for a quote up front and they delivered a great value for my budget.

The facility is very competent and they were able to correct what others couldnt. It was pricey to fix but I was referred to Dell by another mechanic who told me unfortunately not a lot of people work on Volkswagen like Dell does.

Dells was a pleasure to work with. Had bought my used Q7 a few months back, and noticed an oil leak - wasnt sure if it was previous work or a problem. First off finding a non dealer to work on a foreign vehicle (BMW) isnt easy especially for anything that has a higher difficulty. Then if you do you wonder about the quality and whether they really have the expertise needed to do the job properly and give your vehicle the TLC it deserves. Well I can tell you Dells is the real deal!!! They know their stuff, can handle any job, are honest, and have great customer service and follow through. I was traveling from Indiana through Wisconsin when my Audi had an error code on the dash EPU evidently this is a bad light. The dealership in green Bay was too busy to even talk to me but Dell service center got us in immediately scanned it knew what was wrong was able to fix it over the weekend and gave us a loaner car completely awesome service highly recommend this location. Completely saved me and my husbands trip for the weekend awesome service.

Recently my water pump went out on my VW Passat 2 days before I was supposed to travel out of town. The VW dealership was booked and couldnt get me in. I found Dells Service on Google and they were highly rated looking through their reviews. I contacted Dells, let me know my car was leaking anti-freeze and I need to leave town in 2 days. They told me to bring it down right away for a look. They determined the water pump was cracked and leaking which is an extensive replacement, like 3/4 day. They squeezed me in and had me back up and running the next day. I was able to keep my travel as scheduled. Couldnt be happier with the service, responsiveness to my time constraints, and 1 year warranty on the work. Highly recommend Dells

Dell’s is my one stop shop for any repairs or aftermarket upgrades for my vehicles. I’m always greeted with a smile and warm welcome on arrival. The mechanic who works on my vehicle takes pride in his work and always has my vehicle in tip top shape after servicing. I would highly recommend Dell’s to anyone in Greenbay and the surrounding areas. My experience was bad, because I felt very expensive the service 449 $ for doing nothing, since they did not detect the real problem of the car, first they told me one thing and the next day something else and i paid for nothing😠😠

I am a long time customer of Dells. I wouldnt go anywhere else. I have always experienced the best from the minute I step out of my car. I find the staff to be extremely courteous and helpful. I have always felt they are honest and do great work. Even when I have difficulty explaining the feeling I have when something doesnt feel right with my car.

Overall good experience. Just needed a diagnostic on why my headlight wasn’t working which they were able to do. The battery cover got cracked slightly I would assume from taking it off but other than that they did great.

We have had our vehicles serviced at Dells for the last decade. I rely on them for trusted advice on my older, but yet serviceable Honda and Acura vehicles. I have been bringing my imports to them for service for ten years. They are the only auto service company in the area that I would trust with my BMW or AUDI. Their prices are fair and the service is for the most part very prompt. Between the two cars, I am in there two to four times a year.However every once in awhile they mis-order a repair part. This usually causes a one day delay in the repair time and I think it is an issue they need to tighten up. That would then give them a perfect score.

Fantastic customer service and follow up. The labor charge on the work was a major portion of the bill, but that comes with the territory when you have highly certified and experienced mechanics who know imports.

Very expensive. Quote was 250.00 more for scheduled maintenance than another local garage. Needless to say I had it done at less expensive place and they did a fantastic job.

Needed transmission work done on my car. Everywhere gave me a 3-5 week lead time, with many places quoting me significantly higher than Dells even with my sourcing my own parts. Dan and DJ were able to get me in for service within days of me calling and gave me a very competitive bid and sourced all the needed parts. Started with Dells 4 years ago. Performed performance upgrades on an Audi. DJ is excellent in consultation for these upgrades. The vehicle has performed very reliably and Dells provided adjustments to get the desired performance. I continue to use them for routine maintenace on my other vehicles. The staff are all knowledgeable and courteous. I appreciate that they make sure the job gets completely done.

My 750LI was running rough, The mechanic at Dells found that the crankcase ventilation system had failed. He then took the time to contact BMW and get the failed system covered under warranty, which saved me about $1000. Keep in mind my car is a 2013 and is 6 years old so the factory warrany had expired. That is definitely going above and beyond, thank you to Dells Service!

From oil changes to transmission swaps - they have always done great work with all my vehicles. Dells is an excellent choice when it comes to getting your European car serviced. I recently took my Golf TDI there for routine maintenance and it was not only cheaper than going to the dealership but quicker and easier, too. They even went out of their way to inform me of a check engine light code related to the cars emissions system. I look forward to taking my car there for all of its maintenance needs and maybe even some performance work in the future.

Will recommend to avoid this place. Took my truck for a issue with my Diesel engine a few months ago was charge 400 dollars and the same problem came back took the truck back and I was told that they needed to clean the egt sensor and it was going to cost me another 400 dollars I ask why I was getting charge for the diagnostic fee and they said they were going to wave the fee so I left my truck there and when I left I check for that part price found out the part is not that expensive so I call and ask if could it be cheaper to just replace the part thats when I was told to just take my truck and take it somewhere else was miss treated and rudely ask to leave. Just for asking a question.

The staff at Dells paid for me to Uber home safely, and I got a call the next day letting me know my car was ready to pick up! (The original estimate was that it would take 4 days to fix!) Im always impressed with this place!
