Everyone at this company has been extremely helpful and nice throughout my experience with them. I’ve had several technical issues with my interlock and there has always been someone available to help whenever I’ve needed it. Alas, it’s not my first go around with needing an interlock in my vehicle and I would recommend anyone to go is in need of one to go through this company. Great job guys!

I personally go to the one on allouez avenue. If you havent had an ignition interlock before I recommend this place because they walk you through step by step and they answer all of my questions. I want to thank Josh for all his help and quick service. Thanks again!

Excellent, excellent customer service. Katie is extremely helpful with scheduling, rescheduling, returning calls and answering questions. Very knowledgeable. The installation and service technicians are courteous and quick. Never had a problem.

Great service, however, If you have issues with your device immediately take a video of it to ensure a quick fix.

Recalibration was always quick and easy great staff all around great service even during the winter when I had problems with low voltage.

The breathalyzer itself has given me a lot of trouble this last week. I live in Wisconsin where its negative degree weather. And I was having the hardest time starting my car because of it. It took a while for me to reach someone but when they did get back to me it was great customer service. Providing me with multiple appointments to try and resolve the problem.Not impressed with the breathalyzer itself but I am impressed with their concern for my safety and to find a solutuon .

What ever you do go someplace else. A cimpleatly different company. All the money to have it put in and now break down. Have it towed it and them to say its not their device. When they have a table full of broken ones one a broke down pootable in the shop. Subpar service by far!!
