My custom ring from Weiss Jewelers is the most beautiful ring Ive ever seen! Im from out of town, and Alex worked with me - shipping examples to try on to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He was never pushy, and I never felt rushed with my decisions. Everything about the diamond was explained clearly in a way that was easy to understand. When the ring felt too big, he made fitting adjustments to prevent the ring from rotating too much on my finger. Incredible service! I will use them for future jewelry purchases for sure!!

I couldnt have asked for a better experience. My fiance gave me his grandmothers ring, which is about 70 years old, and we brought it in for resizing and some touch-ups. This shop did such an amazing upsizing my mother’s pearl ring for me... adding the needed gold instead of stretching the shank. But, beyond their craftsmanship, the owner and his son and the jewelry repair team member all listened and showed care for the meaning the ring has to me. I stumbled into Weiss after finding another shop closed and I count it such a fortunate stroke of fate. I’ve come to learn Weiss has been serving the area for quite some time and what an awesome local resource they are!

I felt the cost was a great value. I had some diamonds added and a new shank put on. I can’t say enough nice things about Weiss Jewelers. They only just reopened on Monday after being closed for COVID; I took my wedding ring in on Wednesday afternoon. It had lost a diamond. By Friday morning, Weiss Jewelers had sourced an identical tiny, pear-shaped diamond, installed it, and cleaned my ring to perfection — for less than half the price they’d quoted me. I am beyond impressed. The wonderful woman who helped me was kind and friendly. I will only use Weiss now for any jewelry repair needs!

Took my 1959 Rolex in to have it looked at / repaired. They were not able to get the correct tool to take off the backing. I am so grateful they did not try as it could have been ruined. They took care of me the customer by not forcing to do the repair. We also had a diamond replaced in my late aunts ring and it turned out great. I would highly recommend Weiss for your jewelry needs.

I have been going to Weiss Jewelers since 1960, when they were downtown Greeley. They repaired my grandmothers watch so I could wear it. I had her ring reset so I could wear that, also. I go to them when I need watch batteries replaced. They are ALWAYS cheerful, knowledgeable & helpful. Love them all, will only go to Weiss Jewelers! You should, too!

Almost 10 years ago my then boyfriend proposed to me. He knew that I would want to pick my own ring, so we went together to find the perfect one. We went to a few different places, including Jareds (where we had the worst experience, talk about pressure!). Nearly a week after our initial trip out to look for rings, and me getting more and more discouraged that we would never find the right ring, I drove past Weiss and decided to stop and take a look. I fell in love with a ring in their bridal case. My then fiance wasnt with me, so I told the associate that Id have to come back. He was very kind and simply said well still be here. They were not pushy, all the associates were very relaxed, and seemed to completely understand. I went back later that evening with my fiance and he agreed that it was the perfect ring. We bought the bridal set and his ring. Three years later while at work I caught my ring on a piece of equipment and bent one of the prongs. I took my ring back (without the receipt) and they fixed it right then and there. Another two years passed and while out on a job my husband lost his ring in the snow on a mountain. When we went back to replace his ring, they were very understanding and showed us high quality rings in a lower price range that my husband loved because they were still the comfort fit bands. Needless to say, we will never go anywhere else! We love the service, the people, and of course the selection!

I was wanting to purchase a engagement ring at Weiss jewelry and shop locally. After looking at several rings in the store that I was interested in that all had price tags on them, I said that l like this one particular ring that was priced at $800 noted on the tag attached to the ring. The owner then said that this is not the actual price of this ring because we price gold rings basic on what the price of gold is for that day. Why would you even bother putting prices on them then? He then goes onto some website and tells me the ring will cost $1200 today based on the gold market today!? I did not know gold prices changed this much on a daily bases. They dont!!! I dont know if he thought I was some uneducated fool and didnt know any better. Two words scam artist!

After meeting with Scott the manager and going in a few times, my wedding set is finally the perfect size. I would encourage anyone with a difficult repair to insist on talking to the manager instead of dropping it off with an associate- it saves everyone a headache. Also, consider soldering instead of welding a set together if you arent happy with the job! Mine looks way better now.

Not only with the top-notch customer service from every single person in the store, but also with the ability to sit at the computer and custom design every detail that I wanted in my ring on their CAD program. I was given honest advice and they listened to what I wanted, and didnt try to push another style on me which is something we faced at other popular jewelry stores. Not only did they go above and beyond for my ring I purchased, the thing that really was over-the-top impressive was that they fixed a horribly tangled and broken special heirloom necklace chain for me at no cost! I went to pick up my necklace, and when I arrived, she simply handed me the repaired necklace, smiled at me and said, Here you go, have a great day! I waited for her to tell me the cost of the repair, and she waved me goodbye and and smiled. We highly recommend this store for any of your jewelry needs! My husbands only regret is that he didnt come here first to shop for my engagement ring.

First off, excellent service and professionalism. I brought in my own (new) watch movement and battery for my Bulova Marine Star 98H21. I ordered these parts from the manufacturer as my beloved watch was no longer working. This watch had given me issues since I received it as a gift form my wife. I adore this unit and it is a beautiful white face with stainless and gold tone accents. Rare and beautiful. Weiss accepted my parts and received my watch on a drop off. Their in house watch maker installed the movement and battery for an incredible price. The watch has been bang on perfect for 2 years now and I still grin everytime I look at it. Couldnt be more pleased, Ill be in soon for a few batteries on my other Bulova units. Just great service, and more importantly the work was second to none.

My fiancé and I went here to look at wedding bands and we felt very uncomfortable. The employees did not treat us like real customers, even though we were ready to purchase rings that day. When we came through the door, an older man and a younger man were working. The young guy was sitting in a lounge chair in plain sight staring at his phone, and did not even look up at us when we came in. The older man came and spoke with us, but was not helpful in the slightest in directing us toward some rings. We had to do most of the work by asking him all the questions, to which he mostly responded with one word answers. It eventually got so uncomfortable that we had to leave. It was a really uncomfortable and frankly disrespectful experience. We were very disappointed in Weiss Jewelers. We came here wanting to support local business, but they wanted nothing to do with us.
