The company responded very quickly to my voicemail message, calling me back the next business day. My problem had to do with swallows nesting above my front door and leaving their droppings all over the door, the porch, etc. Allison was out here within 2 days and did a fantastic job of cleaning up the mess and getting rid of the (no longer occupied) nest. She was professional, personable and went above and beyond to make that area of my house look like new! I was so impressed, Im signing up for their regular pest control services beginning in the spring. I highly recommend this company!

I got stung 3 times in my garden while picking tomatoes. Found out there was a large ground nest of yellow jackets that had claimed my garden as their turf. Sprayed a can of home depots best wasp spray in the hole and didnt do a bit of good except for making them really angry. I gave up and called the professionals. Tyler was dispatched and was friendly, courteous and professional. He knew exactly what to do and gave the nest the thorough treatment it needed. Three hours later the nest was dead. On July 14th 2021 I recieved pest control services for ANTS. Brandon came to my house on time and even called me a head of time with an eta. Brandon listened to my concerns, we both walked around my house and showed him problem areas. When Brandon said he was done, gave me the bill and I paid it with pleasure as it was the lowest cost Ive ever paid in my prior years of service with other vendors. Brandon said you should not see any more ANTS... I said what, really, he said if you do give him a call and hell come out free of charge. This company is so nice, cost friendly, on time, reminder emails and most of all they never do contracts... they really care. Almost 1 full month since service and I have only seen 1 damn ANT. Northern Colorado Pest and Wildlife is amazing! My urgent request was due to Wasps but I knew there was more that needed to be done. From my initial call through to my first appointment and now, my ongoing maintenance... every single experience has been phenomenal! On the first call, I explained my issues and detailed notes were taken. When my appointment took place, I received a call when he was on his way and when he arrived (on time, within the window), he knew exactly why I had contacted them (this doesnt always happen) and we walked the perimeter where he noticed not only where the issues where occurring but also found extra nests and we spoke about some of the issues I had that I wasnt aware they could help me with (I have extensive woodpecker damage and nothing has helped. He offered a solution that has worked exceptionally well with their clients and wont cost me a huge amount of money!) We then discussed various options based on my wants and needs (one time, ongoing, etc) and I have to say, this was not to pressure me into a sale. We were working on a plan together and I appreciated this so much! He explained their process as well as their guarantee and went on to resolve our issues. I was set up on a schedule and everything has been seamless. When my maintenance is coming up (a week out), I receive a notification as a reminder and since my work is outdoors only, I dont need to be home (they offer many options). I simply put my dog inside and all is good to go! I receive my notification and invoice following the maintenance appointment which again, is totally seamless and efficient. I have had NO wasp, insect, or spider issues since that first appointment and our life is so much nicer!! A large male raccoon broke into our attic while we were out of town through a loose piece of siding. Brandon was wonderful. He came quickly, diagnosed the problem and solved it quickly. He then sealed up the entry so it couldnt come back. He also checked around the house to be sure there werent any other possible entry points. It was very reassuring to have Brandon on the job. He explained every step of the process of getting the raccoon to move out so we knew exactly what to expect and answered all of our questions.
