When we bought our house in Loveland 4 years ago, the sprinkler system needed attention. After talking to neighbors and looking at reviews, I selected All Terrain Landscaping. They tuned up the sprinkler system and it was great. We also use them to close down the sprinklers for the winter and to open them in the spring.Recently Tony came out to reconfigure the system due to lawn changes (we put in a new concrete pathway). He was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and showed us how to take care of it properly. Tony was GREAT to work with!When All Terrain books your appointment they give you a fixed date and approximate time frame. The day before your appointment they send you a reminder. The person doing the work will call the date of service and confirm everything with you.

Its been a year since they completed a $20k backyard installation project for me. They were prompt, courteous, friendly and every interaction with their employees was just great. That being said, I feel there were several issues that should not have happened with a professional landscaping design/install. Almost immediately I began questioning the quality of the sod as weeds and crabgrass began popping up within weeks of install. I find myself pulling weeds weekly now. But the main issue is the rocks. My grass is at the bottom of a slope. All the rocks above it slowly slide down into the sod anytime kids or animals walk on them leaving exposed weed barrier. On a monthly basis now, I am shoveling and throwing rocks back uphill and pulling them out of grass. I feel like a professional landscaper should have foreseen this issue and advised that we need a different type of material or retaining walls or something to prevent this. All-terrain did a pretty good job but I will likely be going with a different company for my next project.

Fantastic crew! Jose Hernandez, Jeremy Newman, Tye Rocha and Jose Gomez worked hard in 100 degree heat to get our landscaping project done in one day! They got our old, nasty mulch pulled out and replaced with beautiful rock and planted a couple of trees. They were respectful of our property and very professional. Very happy with the finished work, back and front yard looks great!

We used All terrain for a complete makeover of our back and side yards. We worked with Jason to design our perfect back yard. All Terrain installed a large paver patio and pergola on our home. We went with them because they were experienced and transparent, but we were ultimately disappointed. While the crew was quite courteous during install, we had a couple of issues:1) After a multi-month delay, the crew just showed up one day to start demolishing our existing patio. No communication, no heads up.2) The team prioritized speed over quality. The paint job on our pergola was horrible, the team chipped at least 10% of the pavers they installed (which were never fixed) and they killed one of our irrigation zones (which they tried to charge us to fix!)All Terrain charges a premium price for average work. Recommend looking elsewhere.Update: All Terrain just wrote a very nice reply to my review. But I have already spoken with their owner several times, who had no interest in rectifying any of the above. Nice try guys.

We knew when we bought our house that we wanted to do a complete overhaul of the backyard. After researching a lot of companies, All Terrain stood out for their professionalism and they delivered as such throughout our project. Jason was great from the first visit where he designed a layout for the yard that we would have never come up with our own. He also found ways to get us the best design and features to fit our budget. Once the team arrived, we were consistently impressed. Nate, Mark, Jose H., Jeremy, and Eric took our yard from dirt and weeds to beautiful grass and landscape in a matter of days. They went above and beyond to incorporate an area for our dogs, help get the sprinklers in our front yard functioning properly and they were always willing to walk us through anything we asked. Even after the job was complete Ben and Jason helped me with any questions I had and we are planning to bring them back to create a patio space soon. My husband and I recently hired All Terrain Landscaping to remove some large, dying junipers and replace them with a newly designed bed of perennials in our front yard. We also had the team create a new growing space in the back yard, adding a new irrigation line/drip system. The entire crew was excellent to work with, from planning to designing to billing to executing the work. I commend Derrick and Heather and Abe and Jeremy and Eric and Nate and Jose in particular. They were friendly, respectful of our property, flexible with some changes I made, and very good at their jobs. They did what they promised, and the price was fair. I recommend this company heartily.

The snow removal at Summerpark during the last storm was phenomenal!I (as well as many of my neighbors) really appreciated their efforts.

I requested repair to be done to irrigation control valve. My appointment window was 11am -12pm. I spoke with Leo before he arrived and told him exactly where the leak originated. I knew this because you see the water slowly leaking in this area. My wife was home the whole time and she stated he was here for 1 hour and Leo said he was here for an hour and a half. I get home and he left the top off the irrigation control valve box off and dumped a bunch of dirt and rocks inside the valve box to hide the leak. I will not call this company again. I do not recommended them.

Our backyard needed some upgrades so we did our research and found All Terrain and the great reviews. We had 2 new trees planted, one dead tree removed, rock laid in our pool/firepit area and holes filled in that were dug by our ornery dog. We are very impressed with the level of professionalism and knowledge that was shown by our landscaping team. The side of the house needed to have the rocks replace and some maintenance to the draining system. They did a good job and had it down in one day. Good workers that work hard all day. On the day they did the work, they showed up a little early and got right to work. They did an incredible job replacing a decorative retaining wall in our backyard. Called for a repair that was not an emergency but needed to be fixed quickly. Dispatch helped me promptly and sent out two technicians to make the repair. Tony and Micheal arrived within the hour and got to work right away. Considering the repair they had a great attitude and were very friendly and professional. Tony explained the entire process to me and even helped troubleshoot a zone controller issue. Very happy with their work and will continue to use All Terrain at my place of business.

All Terrain is wonderful! We started our quote process with them in Fall 2019. They worked with us on changes to the agreement to better fit in our price range. Come Spring 2020, we did another walk-through prior to starting our project. Again, they were flexible about making changes to the original plan. Installed Christmas lights on our newly built house in Belmont Farms, Severance, CO. Ruben and his crew, did a fantastic job of installing the lights and even helped with putting up our garland around the front entrance. Mike Garcia came out to give us a second opinion on sprinkler system improvements that another company had told us we needed. I am SO GLAD that I called All Terrain Landscaping to get their take! Mike was able to put the other companys recommendations in perspective and show us several easy and budget-friendly ways to reconfigure our system so that we would waste less water. He worked quickly and was patient and courteous. Well definitely be calling All Terrain for any future sprinkler system needs.

We’d like to thank Juan, Martin, and Pancho for doing an excellent job. They came by and evaluated the lawn, found little issue with the snow on the lawn, and proceeded to aerate as normal. They worked quickly and the aeration pulled good sized plugs. Great service provided and we look forward to using All Terrain in the future and would highly recommend their business.

Had Jason Yeater come look at my property, quoted $14,838 dollars the next day with no explanation. All this for removing a couple medium sized trees, revamping the sprinkler system and putting down sod. I live in a neighborhood with relatively small yards mind you. So I asked for a more detailed estimate. After waiting over a week I was informed that All Terrain was awarded a “large contract” and wouldn’t have time to do my project, which they had already quoted nor could they explain their bid. Don’t waste your time with this company unless I suppose your a “large contract” otherwise expect to be price gouged and not given the time of day.

Tony was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. I needed to have my system prepared for the winter, and he took care of it even with snow on the ground. I would highly recommend this company.

Another great experience with this business. I had both Evan and Mike out to my home for different purposes on the same date. I called with a schedule conflict on the day of service and asked for a change which Mike accommodated graciously. Both were prompt, courteous, and helpful. Evan got my sprinklers turned on and, even with appropriate social distancing and a mask, communicated clearly and effectively and took extra steps to make sure my settings were as I wanted them. Mike gave me a bid on some work, explained options, and did it all without any pressure whatsoever. I really appreciate a company that gets it both in terms of integrity and the customer experience.

Tony and Q were extremely helpful when called out to help evaluate and fix our sprinkler system. Not only did they quickly make the adjustments needed, they took the time to show me where and how to easily change out the filter components myself in the future - a small but simple fix that each homeowner can easily do on their own that will save multiple calls/trips out per season.

All Terrain installed new ET (evaporation/transpiration) irrigation timers for our HOA and I wanted to understand how they work. These timers water selectively and smartly and so save water and therefore $. Tim and Lane walked us through how the system works, what the inputs are, how the system is programmed to include consideration to soil quality, root depth, slope, etc. I understood after their explanation and they also explained how we could save even more by replacing old, outdated heads with new ones and save more water for a fairly small investment. Much appreciated.

It started off with someone coming out and could not figure out how to turn my sprinklers and accidentally turned my water off in my house. I called to complain and Josh Quinn was super helpfully! He sent someone else out the next day and had my sprinkler system turned on and fixed a bunch of heads on company dime. We had a great experience with All Terrain Landscaping this spring. We had a general idea for our project, but didnt know enough about picking plants that were good for our soil type and climate. The ATL team made great recommendations and brought our ideas to life. Our project included adding two retaining walls, a stamped concrete patio, drip irrigation lines, and multiple trees, shrubs, and flowers. Aaron, Ben, Nate, and Tyler worked incredibly hard each day, and the team always cleaned up everything at the end of the work day. Derrick was a reliable and professional contact person throughout the project, and came to our home multiple times to make sure the design was correct and would work within our budget. All-terrain couldn’t seem to do the job right the first time and after four trips they still didn’t get it right. I had to hire another company to come and adjust and replace the heads that I Paid all terrain to do. In the end we were very disappointed in the final service. Absolutely not worth the amount they billed me

Peter showed up on time and did an excellent job charging our system and fixing problems that he observed. One problem was big, with the City of Fort Collins damaging our underground sprinkler line. This happened when they dug up my boulevard to install broadband equipment. The professionalism and attention to detail was outstanding and I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing sprinkler system help.

I received straightforward competitive pricing for installing a sprinkler system and Justin Yeater answered all my questions. The project manager, Ben, kept me updated throughout the scheduling process. On the day of the work, a very courteous and professional crew arrived led by Tyler Starkey and included Jose Garza, Andrew BoBian, The Rocha, and Nathen Hernandez. They performed excellent work and were even so nice as to notice a wandering dog near my property and ask if it was mine and if they should help me catch it. (It was a neighbors dog). I will definitely rehire All Terrain for any future landscaping needs.

We have used All Terrain Landscaping for years to keep our sprinkling system in tip top shape. They do not disappoint. They are just the best. This year we had some issues with tree roots that involved some creative problem solving. Three people were instrumental in getting us ready for the watering season-- Josh, who found a solution and kept us in constant communication about the plan; Leo, who has been our annual system caretaker since we became a customer; and Samantha, who finished the project with attention to detail and would not leave until everything checked out. I felt like they treated our system as if it were their own--so personable, professional, and dedicated! They were amazing!

Kyle was incredible as he navigated and problem solved how to update our old sprinkler system. He saved me a ton of money, as there were some alternatives to fixing the problems that would have really strained my wallet. We had a problem with some valves leaking and our sprinkler system was probably installed in 1999 when our house was built. Tony was our service guy and he worked very hard and patiently to replace the 2 valves that leaked and 2 others that were located within that box. Very happy with his service and professionalism.

We are choosing All Terrain Landscaping for our landscaping and irrigation needs because our needs are met and they were diligent, thorough and thoughtful. We felt that the work was well worth the cost and we got to choose what we needed and wanted.Landscaping Install:Derrick provided a proposal and quote for the first stage that we could to take on. It was reduced a little to lower the project scope and costs and the estimated start date was set once our deposit was received. The start date was delayed due to the rains and wet ground but they started the install of long garden boxes/retaining walls, moved some existing lines and offered variations that were with the scope of the proposal.Nate Hernandez, the lead, showed us the layout for the beds, soil and rock before proceeding to next steps. Nates input was great for us to understand what it would really look like and allowed us some options. Jose Hernandez, Alex Gonzales and Issac Valdez were knowledgeable and offered some extra things that improved the look. The project took 1 1/2 days and their suggestions were great and helpful.Repair/Service:We were given an estimated date for Brad to come out to assess and determine the repair for the leaks and broken lines. Tim came for that day and time, assessed the need, called in the order to the office and we were called with an estimated range of work and cost (which was very reasonable). Tim, Brad and crew were out within 3-4 days and the lines and heads repaired within a few hours and within estimated costs.Again, we will continue using All Terrain because they communicate with us so we can make choices and have results that meet our needs and the costs and timelines are very reasonable.Thank you!

All Terrain just finished the landscaping for our newly built home and it was painless! Nate and Mark and the whole crew were friendly, eager to answer questions, and hardworking! The service team of Jose Hernandez (foreman), Eric Martinez, and Carlos Polomino did a great job on our planter and culver drain. They worked hard, taking input from us on the way we wanted the planter to look without question. I would request them anytime for a job at our house.

Tim Rivers has been to our house twice now to do repairs on our very elderly sprinkler system. Super knowledgeable, not pushy, and just an all around nice guy with great skills. We appreciate All Terrain and the professionalism they embody, and we REALLY appreciate all Tims help!

Nathan H, Fidel C, Carlos P and Michael V did an awesome and quick job of installing two trees in our yard! That being said, after the install in spring, we noticed and notified Ben that 1 of the 2 trees installed by them was doing significantly worse than the other in the fall. Ben advised us to wait until spring to see if the tree would wake up. We have contacted him several times since spring about the tree being fully dead and it has now nearly been a year of the company not doing anything to fix the problem besides saying that the warranty isnt valid and that theyll replace the tree for half cost. I am incredibly frustrated with the number of times my husband and I have contacted them and this issue is still unresolved in a timely or acceptable manner.

We have used All Terrain several times now. We have had them out to do our sprinkler blow-outs, and winterizing of your sprinkler system, and to turn the system on the system and make sure everything is working correctly in the spring. EVERY TIME that they have come out, they have been prompt, courteous and professional. They have answered all my questions, made helpful suggestions and done a GREAT job.This year BO came out to do the service. He was AWESOME! We are very happy with the dedicated service we received from Ruben, who fixed our sprinkler heads and system. He had a smile on his face the whole time; he meticulously diagnosed the issues; he thoroughly explained his plan for the repairs; he saw the job through to completeness, even working on Saturday; and we discussed the other services All Terrain Landscaping has to offer as we plan to hire them back for lawn care and landscaping. This is my second year using All Terrain Landscaping. There was a little bit of a mix-up with my appointment today. However, they called me and sent out another person the same day to turn my sprinklers on. Very satisfied!

We just completed a full landscaping installation at our newly built home, and we could not have partnered with a better company to complete the project. The management team was helpful in designing a plan that met our wishes and budget, diligent in their communication with us, and friendly through the whole process. We also cannot say enough about our installation team - Carlos, Cristian, and Jeremy. The team worked tirelessly to ensure our project was completed on time and with high quality, went above the call of duty to ensure our needs were met (e.g., they helped us carry a heavy decorative piece to our backyard because we could not lift it ourselves), and always kept us informed of their progress. Carlos is an A+ leader, and he has a fantastic team. Many thanks to All Terrain. We plan to make lots of happy memories in our beautiful backyard.

David and his crew Jose & Javier put in a French drain system for our backyard. They were very efficient and professional. They were careful not to cut our cable and electric dog fence which had been a problem with another landscaping service. They had the entire job done in one day and I would highly recommend this crew at All Terrain.

All Terrain is awesome. Jason, Tyler, Jose, Jeremy, and Nathan came in and installed a sprinkler system at my house. They were very professional about their business and did the work extremely quick.

I have All Terrain start up and winterize my sprinkler/drip system every year. They always do a good job and repair things that need it on the spot.

After another company failed to show up to do winter watering for our trees, I called All Terrain to see if they could get someone out, and quickly. From the office communication, to the Representative they sent out to give us a bid, to the actual service they provided - everything was 5 star. Abel, their service rep, showed up on time for the estimate, which they were able to schedule the same day I called in. They were also able to get me on the schedule right away. The day of service, Abel even emailed me to let me know when the Technician would be out, followed up with a phone call, and showed up (on time!) with the Technician. He went through our lot with the Tech, to make sure he knew what trees and shrubs needed to be watered, etc. The Tech was also very friendly. We have worked with a couple of landscape companies here in Greeley and this, by far, was the best service we have received. Also, their pricing was extremely reasonable! We will definitely be continuing this service with them, as well as any future services. Thanks All Terrain!

We needed new sod and bushes replaced in our yard. After looking at several reviews online, we decided to call All Terrain Landscaping to help us out. They responded in a timely manner. Abel came out to see what changes we wanted. We received a quote within a few days. After some correspondence with Abel we decided to have them do our work. The day the job was to be scheduled, Adam and Daniel arrived to do the work. The guys were great. We had some follow up work on the sprinkler system, Shane was the one that took care of that issue. Everyone was extremely professional from first contact in the office to the finished product. Very pleased with the work. We were kept in contact with All Terrain throughout the project. We received many compliments from our neighbors on how nice our “new” lawn looks. We really appreciate their excellent customer service and follow-up concerns.

Had my sprinklers turned on today and Tony Hanak was Very professional explained everything he had done and everything that needed to be fixed he went above and beyond and was very polite 10/10 recommend!!

Leo was wonderful. He was kind and thoughtful. When he arrived he didnt knock or ring the doorbell because he knew we have a young baby and he didnt want to maybe wake him. He did great work, as well!

I just wanted to say thank you for a job well done by All Terrain. Ben, Nate, David and Carlos along with the rest of the crew did a fantastic job on my recent retaining wall project. They we are all very knowledgeable, accommodating to my design needs and most of all, the quality of work was superb. They were also very helpful in lining up a great contractor that installed a beautiful concrete patio. Nate even came by during the concrete pour to make sure that everything was exactly how I wanted it done. Great job guys!

I am continually and thoroughly impressed with All Terrain. The knowledge and expertise is spot on and I am very pleased with the level of service received from first call to billing questions. Ruben was a very professional technician and he clearly researched and communicated every issue with our sprinkler system. All Terrain had a crew of maintenance techs at my parents condo in west Greeley. The 2 gentlemen who were trimming sidewalks were courteous enough to make sure that we saw them and could make sure our kids and dog were at a safe distance before continuing their work. A few minutes later, they were blowing grass in the same area, took their speeds to as low as possible to not disrupt our conversation, and made eye contact and verbal contact to be sure everyone was safe.Nice work guys, thanks for being safe and professional!JB

Highly recommend using this company for your landscaping!! We were lucky enough to have Nick, Antonio and Andrew do all of the work. I cannot say enough good things about these guys! They did an amazing job!! We just built our house and had them do all the landscaping (sod, rocks, concrete curbing, flowers, trees, plants...everything). The customer service was spot on, the communication was perfect...not only that but they did such a great job!! They always cleaned up after each job. We are so impressed with these 3 guys and the company overall. We are loyal customers and wont be going anywhere else. Go with this company and request Nick, Antonio and Andrew!!

After having a horrible experience with another company that never finished the job, I called All Terrain! The young lady I spoke with was very friendly and helpful...nice to actually talk to someone rather than leaving a message! She scheduled my appointment with a two hour window from 8 to 10. On my appointment day, at 8:00 Leo arrived! I apologized for the mess from the previous repair 😬, he said no problem, I will take care of it! He did a fantastic job... very friendly, hard working and when he was finished you would have never known he was there..!! Thank you All Terrain, please pass my thanks on to Leo as well!!! Would give you 10 stars !!!!

How many thumbs up can I give to Samantha for jumping right in and doing exactly what we asked her to do in order to get our pond running like it should? How nice it is to see someone really take pride in their work!! All Terrain came in to save me after I started a spring landscaping project and wasnt able to get it finished. They were so nice, promptly responded to my requested quote. Derrick came out twice to make sure the quote and projected work was exactly what we wanted and was able to get the job done within our budget. We had a great experience with the company. From the beginning of planning with Derek Bleeker to the install with Andrew Bobian, Tylor Starkey, Carlos Palomino, and Jeremy. They did an amazing job and demonstrated they took pride in their work. These guys were fantastic. To begin with Patrick our sales agent was prompt, professional and constantly stayed in contact to make sure things were done right. The landscape architects on staff drew up an amazing plan and then worked to make sure our budget and their plan saw eye to eye. On that note - there was no cost over run. They got the work done for exactly what they said and not a penny over.The crew lead by Blake and Nate showed up on time, were absolute professionals, and had the project done from start to finish in three days. No corners cut. Mark, Adrian, and Evan were the real heroes - all three days were the peak of a triple digit heat wave and they worked like it was only 60 out. Not only that, but they made sure everything they did tied in beautifully with what was already there including with our neighbors. When a sprinkler head wasnt working right Nate was over in less than an hour from my call to make sure it was good. These guys have been monitoring my sod like they live here, not some we only install it, you figure it out, scenario.That really is the difference. ATL isnt cheap, plenty of crews out there that will do the work for half the cost. The difference is my neighbors who went with the other guys - have been babysitting them, shouting at them for driving equipment over planters, wrecking concrete work, being unreliable when they work. Nates crew worked in a way that minimized their impact on my property during the entire install, and they left everything looking clean and better than when they arrived.Again the real difference is the little stuff. Two weeks after the install they were back to check the sod and see how the materials had all settled. When gaps in the rock and mulch were identified they brought more in rather than spread the whole yard thinner. If your contractor wont bring extra material in to make sure their work is done to satisfaction - you are working with the wrong contractor.If youve hired landscapers before, you know you will spend the money one way or another. All Terrain Landscaping will leave you happy with the project done correctly: the first time.

Wow from my dream yard to reality. This company takes excellent care of the customer. The foreman, Tyler, had excellent suggestions that made the project even better. When I came out with questions they answered them immediately and James was very encouraging of his work crew and myself. When you have a big project it can be overwhelming- these guys will take care of you!!!
