They say last wash starts at 8pm. I started my last wash at 7 and it took extra time to fry my clothes because I was them on low. They say they close at 10pm, I came back at 9pm and the owner was unloading my things out of the dryer (still wet) and didnt let me finish drying them. Thanks for the 5 star service.TLDR dont do your laundry here anytime close to even they feel like closing

Ive been doing my laundry here for a while, the employees are pleasant and kind, and I enjoy the large space so I dont have to be near others as Im immune-compromissed. However, Im very frustrated at discovering that they turn off the hot water when they arent busy, which means that the laundry I need washed in hot water, cant be. It also means that the water in the bathroom sinks run ice cold, making hand washing annoyingly uncomfortable. Also, because employees are left alone, they often smoke only feet away from the front door. It brings in clouds of smoke when people enter or exit.Edit: I was told the hot water is shut off when its not busy, and when laundry that I washed on hot comes out ice cold, the hot water is clearly not on or working. Thank you.

I love this place first time coming here. Prices were reasonable, alot of machines to choose from and very clean. Customer service was awesome.

Clean, reliable machines abound in this laundromat. The seating is comfortable, and the attendants are kind and welcoming. The seating areas could use more wall outlets, as I had to move where I was seated to find one, but a minor inconvenience to be sure. I know horror stories are prevalent in the laundromat world, but this was more a fairy tale! (May e an exaggeration, but I enjoy my time here more often than not!)

Washers dont work lost money .blah horrible service

I just had the worst experience EVER at this laundromat. I come here every once in a while even though I live about 15 minutes away. This is the only laundry place in town that has games and things for kids. Even though Im 90% of the washers and dryers dont work and the dryer burned some on my clothing. I was willing to deal with those washer and dryers so that my kids could have something to play with. As soon as we arrived I kept having I ask the worker for help because The washer was not stopping in the dryer and took my money and wasnt drying my clothes. Later when I was trying to fold my laundry The workers mother shows up, what appeared to be drunk. The worker told me that I needed to make my autistic son be quiet. Anyone who has a child with autism knows that that is pretty much impossible. After this I tried keeping my son occupied so I could finish and get out of there. Then the workers mother proceeded to come stand right next to me and ask me extremely inappropriate questions. She then asked me where I was from, then she started calling me B**** and motherf***** and then started cursing at my 3 children and walking around us like she was going to assault us. I didnt even feel safe walking to my vehicle with my children. I had to ask another customer to walk with us. I felt extremely uncomfortable. I spend OVER $100. There today on games, laundry, snacks and more. This is how paying customers are treated? Im disgusted and appalled. I am going to be contacting the BBB, and the city on this incident.

Recently came in crabby and ready to suffer the laundry process but was pleasingly surprised to find the staff helpful and pleasant to deal with. They were welcoming and patient beyond expectations. Bianca treated me like a queen and gave me her name to ask for if I needed absolutely any help. Two thumbs up, definitely coming back!!

I have been going to Squeakys for years because the people were so wonderful. Now, it seems theres the money and desire to back that up and WOW what a change! It is truly a pleasure to do laundry!! Not an exaggeration; all machines work, its spotless, it has friendly people ready to help, and its AIR CONDITIONED!!! Thank you for providing a pleasant place to do a boring chore😁!!

Everytime I wash there my clothes end up getting messed up its not okay

I really like doing laundry here, it’s clean and affordable and the space and location is great. However, some of the staff seem more concerned with making personal calls then actually fixing or helping anyone. A lot of staff have gotten into the habit of bringing their children to work. While the children are very sweet. It turns more into a “I’m here to watch the kids and hang out on my phone” than I’m here doing my job. I love this place. But those are my qualms with it. Just wish the newer staff was as attentive and proffessional as some of the other staff I’ve seen.

My fiancé and I love Squeakys! Beyond just being close to campus, it is far and away our favorite place weve found to do laundry in Greeley. There are plenty of machines with varying capacities and prices, everything works, the staff are consistently friendly and helpful, and its fun to be able to play arcade games while waiting for your laundry to finish. Also, its very convenient that they have both an ATM and a change machine in the facility. No more rushing to the grocery store for rolls of quarters! Squeakys has absolutely changed laundry days for the better in this house.

Clean laundromat with fun things for kids to do. They are priced just right. My dryer broke and needed my laundry done ASAP. I was scared because usually laundromats washers and dryers smell and aren’t taken care of. I was pleasantly surprised to find how clean and convenient it was here. I would recommend this laundromat.

Ive been coming to this Laundrymat the past couple of months. Its under new ownership and is cheaper than the last place I was going. They are very accommodating and friendly. You can tell that are trying very hard to make your experience better than most places. I like the effort and will be coming here from now on. Thanks for the good service.

Since the remodel, the atmosphere has greatly improved. Facility is kept clean and orderly and caters beautifully to UNC faculty and students. It provides tons of room to work while waiting for laundry along with TONS of deals and opportunities for additional savings on washing and drying. Top notch!

I was a customer long before I started working here. I have lived in Greeley since December 2016 and didn’t like it at first. Now we are under NEW OWNERSHIP and they are so awesome! We are renovating the inside and soon to have a new arcade system! We are always clean and kind and happy to help! Come visit us from7am-12am eachdat!

Did not enjoy doing laundry here until now. There was one guy on his phone but the girl did help me out. I enjoyed the music playing and the arcade is looking sweet I will bring some extra quarters next time for the pinball!

Only laundromat in Greeley where I feel comfortable. I can leave my laptop unattended while I fold or play arcade games... worry free. All because of the cool staff and their hard working presence.

Very professional and great service! I’m in working from out of town and used their wash and fold service. Best service I’ve ever received and I’ve been doing this all over the country for 10 years. They had it done same day and within 5 hours. I didn’t ask them to do it, they did it. Not 5 stars, 10 stars!

I had never been here before, and with all the recent reviews, I had to give this place a shot. I went in with plans of doing my own laundry and dreading the long wait it would have been to wash and dry and thinking is was going to be overwhelmingly hot like any other laundry place. It wasnt!! I walked in and was immediately greeted by the lady behind the counter. She was all about customer service! I had a bad headache and was extremely happy that they could do my laundry needs. They washed, dried, folded all my clothes and comforters. They used their Tide and Downy. And neatly bagged my linens so I could go take care of my headache. I checked out the arcade and stuff, I can tell this place is gonna be awesome when they are done upgrading! Thank you Squeakys!

This used to be such a nice place but it has gone downhill big time most of the washers were out of order the dryers were also out of order or they didnt dry well at all so it costs more to dry...

Good place. Come here often. But about 80% of washers and most of the dryers are out of order. And signs say they have been out of order as far back as December I believe.

They are awesome!! Ive been going here and using the coin-op laundry for years, but I have been even more impressed by the new owners! They even do drop-off laundry for $1.50 a pound, and they will wash, dry, and fold everything!! Its amazing and super convenient. I am really picky with my laundry, to the point that I wouldnt let my boyfriend do it, but they listen to all my personal requests and do it up to my super high expectations EVERY TIME. On top of all their great services, the owner is incredibly personable and everyone who works there has gone above and beyond to make sure that I am well taken care of. Plus, theyre renovating the whole place to look really nice. I wish I could give six stars!

Such an amazing renovation, this place is awesome!We took our kids with us, and they stayed occupied in the arcade (pinball, pool, racing, shooting, and more!). It was spacious, clean, and a bargain compared to other places nearby!

The staff is so friendly and helpful. I love that as a UNC student I get to dry for free. The location is great because I can just drop off my clothes and go eat or do something to pass the time, and if I don’t want to go somewhere else I can just go play games in the arcade. We came to this place because somehow it had good reviews. We had to leave to go to another laundromat because almost ALL of the dryers were out of order! Some dating back to being broken in 2018... if you just need a washer, great! This place has plenty. But need to, I dont know, dry your clothes? Nope. Go somewhere else.

This is a great place!! After my first time here as soon as I walked in the door I got a friendly greeting. They were extremely helpful as I awkwardly did not have enough quarters. Lots of available washers and dryers, and free dryers with UNC ID. Great place, plan to come back again!

I was a previous customer before, and stopped going due to lack of respect to customers and professionalism from previous staff. But recently I’ve returned and the environment is totally different and very welcoming! Professionalism is outstanding! Used this laundromat for the drop off service while in town for the Greeley stampede... super friendly staff and our clothes came out great! Even got a discount for being a part of the rodeo! Would definitely recommend and will be using them each year we enter in Greeley.

If you have to go somewhere to wash your clothes this is a great place the atmosphere is good they have seating pretty nice people running a joint to.

Christian radio, at a very very audible level, 24/7.I asked the employee about it and she said if she changed it she would be fired. I am good with whatever gets folks through the day but to blast Christian propaganda at a public establishment not marketed in any way towards Christianity isnt right.Also, a very real 70-80 percent of the machines were broken. This was a one time visit. Fix your machines and respect the fact that you are a business open to the public.

While looking online for another laundromat, I was reminded of my experience while I was there on Friday, June 7th. SO MANY of the washers were out of order. One machine took twice the amount of money posted to actually work.I found feces in one of the washers and in another I found screws and rocks; all that I checked smelled awful. Majority of dryers out of order and obviously have been for some time. Employee was on her phone almost the entire 3 hrs I was there loudly talking about how much it sucked there. I couldn’t agree more.

We have an aversion to laundromats, as it’s a pain to haul everything in. This made the experience so much better. The attendant is kind and attentive, the facilities are clean, and the pool table made the time go faster. (The only thing that would have made it better is AC. Half the machines are broken in both washers and dryers. There is a sign that reads no dogs allowed and an employee frequently brings their own dog in. None of the vending machines are stocked or working and the staff insists on only playing Air1 Christian radio. My girlfriend stated she doesnt use this laundromat because she doesnt feel comfortable here by herself. The real kicker is they have Voted Greeleys Best Laundromat on their window. Dont go here.

Im a college student and Squeakys has always been a reliable place to get my laundry done during the school year. The staff is friendly, the hours are great, a good place to do your homework while you wait, and the machines are always clean. They also have free drying for UNC students when you show your student ID!

Squeakys is the best! Their facility is clean and their machines are always ready to wash clothes in. In addition, the staff is wonderful! For instance, Gabby gave me a quarter when I didnt bring enough change with me. Thank you Squeakys!

Place is a dump! Only 7 dryers that work the rest are ALWAYS OUT ORDER!!!!!! I live three minutes away AND ALWAYS HAVE TO SIT FOR OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF TO DRY MY CLOTHES WHEN THEY SAY THEY HAVE OVER 80 MACHINES THAT WORK!!!!

Very sanitary great service

We wash our comforters here because they are bulky. This is the 1st time weve been in in a while so kinda surprised to see all the changes! When we walked in the young man working greeted us, as we put stuff in washers he was chatting with us and another guy in there. He was always working on something never just sitting on his phone or ignoring things that could be done. One of our heavier blankets took a really long time to dry and he was so patient with us, never getting grumpy with us for staying right up to closing time. Its a laundromat, nicer than most yes, but the impressive thing to us tonight was the young man working. Thank you for your patience, kindness and general happiness, it was really nice.

Staff is so friendly and helpful. The new owners really spruced the place up and it’s the first time I come in and all the machines are in working order. Great job Squeaky’s!

My daughter went to do laundry and most the dryers dont work.i use to go there 20 years ago and the machines were broken all the time i see nothings changed only the remodel. Why bother i suggested a better place.

Very clean facility. Most definitely the most bang for your buck! They have machines for my FR clothing and its super affordable! Staff is freindly and time flys by on the air hockey table! They even have snack machines! Laundry is no longer a chore for me.

A couple of months back my husband and I went to drop off our laundry. I told Theresa (worker) that there is a wallet somewhere in the laundry and to just give it to me when I pick it up in a few hours. When I picked up my laundry a different girl was working, I picked up my laundry, had to go back because she forgot to give me my laundry basket. Then when my husband got his wallet the money that was inside of it was STOLEN! Yes we should have took some extra time to find the wallet before dropping off laundry but we had so much laundry we just wanted to drop it off and go on with our day. My sister and her fiance always have their laundry done there and havent had any issues. Once they found out she was my sister, they just told her today that they will no longer be doing her laundry because I accused them of stealing our money. Then Oscar(other employee) told her people are always accusing him of stealing money. I understand that some people lie and are not that honest, but really if multiple people are accusing you of the same thing, then there is a problem. Another thing that irritated me was that My husbands coat wasnt even washed, I got it back and it was full of dog hair...which indicated it wasnt touched. It also didnt smell clean like the other clothes. We have taken our business to a different laundromat which is $1.00 per pound VS $1.25 per pound at squeakys. SHOP AROUND IF YOU WANT DROP OFF LAUNDRY SERVICE CAUSE THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO!

This place is a waste of money. Im a truck driver picking up freight at the meat plant down the street. I just came to wash a bag of clothes. All the large capacity washers and most of the dryers are broken. Youd be waiting in line just to use the dryers. Find another washerette cause this place is a dump

The night clerk at Squeakys was super helpful! She was very friendly! The place was clean. Washing machines and dryers work well and there is a place to plug in your laptops to study between loads. I will go back!

This laundry mat is great! Especially for UNC students. It is super close to campus and not extremely expensive! Best part? if you bring your student or faculty ID you get free drying. Absolutely finomonal customer service, Brad is such a wonderful person and is running such a great laundromat, we wouldnt go anywhere besides here! Its clean and just a great atmosphere to do laundry I recommend this place to everyone near and far, especially the oil field workers, they provided excellent cleaning for the hard to get nastys out of jeans etc for an extremely reasonable price! Great place to go, they have a great customer service and also a playing room it’s pretty fun if you want to wait until your clothe is done if not they can do it for you, I don’t know how much they charge but is very clean too.

Since new ownership Squeaky’s is my new favorite laundromat. Friendly staff, and cheap prices. Can’t beat that!

If I could rate it less, I would. Kept extremely clean by the staff but most of the washing machines are out of order and while some dryers might run, only like 2 heat up enough to dry clothes. Might be cheap but you are getting what you pay for when coming here.

Most of the machines dontvwork and need repair, machines that have no signs saying out of service and dont reimburse you for lost money in machines not labeled. The manager was exstreamly rude.

I only have a need for a laundrmat when I need to do comforters and larger bedding and I usually go somewhere else however, I will be coming here from now on. Erin at the counter is awesome and the place is in great shape.
