I used this company to sanitize a rental basement and am very pleased. The technicians showed up promptly at the time scheduled and were very friendly. They were able to sanitize my entire basement about 700 square feet in about 10 minutes. They worked with me on scheduling and were able to fit me in despite a busy day. I also appreciated them waving the 1000 square foot minimum which saved me about $60! Great company with great customer service. Will definitely be using their services in the future!
