I was refused to be seen because I don’t have a years worth of previous medical records on hand - I have a referral that states it’s an emergency situation and I need to be seen in 48 -72 hours . I have been talking to this office for 2 days asking what I need to get an appointment. I was told my insurance only allows for special slots and the closest appointment is weeks away . I have Scans and 2 different doctors referrals to be seen right away and they are denying me services ! I am very sick and they are really not helping g ! I need to be seen it’s ruining my life! But hey the ladies got off at 5 and it’ is 4:30 so I guess they just had other things to do then read my papers and see that it states this is an emergency situation that need sir be addressed quickly ! Shame on you guys for real ! How disrespectful and disgusting to do this to someone !

If you have a simple ear infection you can confidently go here. The staff is pleasant when youre in the office, but try and get somebody in the phone and youll probably be better by the time you receive a response. If you suffer from vertigo go somewhere else! The response I got was to live with it!

Have been going here for 6 years. Love the pleasant staff and come back for the service and care.

Dr Cavanaugh resolved my sinus issue, an issue I have been dealing with for many years! Another ENT had suggested surgery, but I saw Cavanaugh for a second opinion and he was so thorough and specific with his exam and let me know we could try a different route besides surgery.

I’ve had a referral for Dr.Gupta for a while now. I have been trying to get ahold of his office for over a week now. I’ve left 5 messages. The one time I did get a hold of someone, she told me I didn’t have a referral. So I called my doctor and had them resend it. Then the receptionist told me that she got my referral but would not book me because the referral was missing a number. So I called my doctor. My doctors office then advised me to call my insurance which I did. Both my doctors office and insurance said that I should not have to provide a set of numbers as my insurance already approved the referral. So I tried to call back but of course they haven’t returned my voicemails. I emailed my doctor today and asked her to give me a new referral somewhere else. My 1 star is not a reflection of the doctor as I was never able to meet him. My 1 star is for the office staff. I’m so sad and frustrated I spent this whole week calling from place to place to get nowhere.

They are doing A TERRIBLE job with answering phones, returning calls, telling patients that they will have to wait outside.Doctors are great! Front desk is failing. Also not telling people they are merging with another company which requires extra paperwork. Terrible communication.

This place is a joke! Seriously so unprofessional! Lazy, dont wanna do their job!

Dr. Gupta did my 3 year old daughter’s surgery yesterday and was amazing! She was in the OR by 8:40 and out by 9:15. She was home by noon wanting to play. As a nurse, I have taken care of several of his patients and I can promise you that this is a surgeon you want taking care of you. He is very very good at his job and I am thankful that he took good care of my daughter. Thank you to the staff here at ENT that saw my daughter quickly and got her in for surgery. In just one day, my daughter is finally not congested and waking up feeling sick for the first time in 3 years.

Just like all of the other reviews this place is horrible. Dont try calling or leaving a message. You are not getting a call back. Horrible Customer service and I dont think they care.

The office is a joke my sons been having to deal with a broken ear drum since first part of summer due to these people and we cant even get the surgeon to call us back. The bill was on time though.We will be going someplace else.

I am always treated well and served to the best of their ability. I come here all the time for ear wax removal and I also came here once for vocal chord nodes/polyps and for seasonal allergies. It’s a wonderful place with great practicians and it is always clean and quiet. The only problem is the office wait is sometimes pretty long, but that’s my only complaint.

My family was scene today.... front desk clerk very rude! Did not appreciate my family member being treated this way!

Terrible about answering phones or calling patients back. Staff is friendly but they dont have their stuff together. I have called for weeks and never get through to anyone. Dont go here unless it is a one vist problem.

Dr.gupta was amazing when he took out my daughters tonsilectimy ,the staff was very friendly and super helpful.

They have a hard time answering their phone I’ve been calling for almost two weeks now. How hard is to have a person to set appointments?

Great physicians and physicians assistants, can’t say anything but wonderful things about them. A few of the front staff, on the other hand, aren’t very well trained at customer service.

Dr. Gupta successfully treated me and he and his staff were very friendly. Scheduling and bill paying went smoothly.

I saw Dr. Gupta briefly and I liked him.However I see from previous posts 4-7 years ago that the office staff really has not changed a bit.I was trying to be part of a study, then I didnt qualify due to the ct scan I received.They wanted me to see the doctor as a patient now.I went in for my appointment, no one ever checked to see if they accepted my insurance, and come to find out I need a referral.Apparently thats my fault, even though I called my pcps office right then and there and they said theyd send it over that day.They still wouldnt see me.Front office stated they were only looking out for me, yeah ok, well while not paying completely out of pocket is nice, so is not missing hours of work because the office doesnt know its arse from its elbow.Colorados economic situation is a joke, not many people here are made of money, hate to say it.I called and left a message to have them call me to go over my ct scan results because i figured if the office screwed up, they could at least tell me what they think the next steps should be, while waiting for my referral. But no one has reached me back yet. I guess they didnt really want to help me.

First off just getting an appointment in this place is a joke. Couldnt get an appointment for weeks, when I finally got in to see a Dr. the front desk staff is rude and unprofessional and then I get called back 35 minutes after my appointment, not only did they make me wait a month to see a Dr. but also made me wait over 30 minutes to be brought back to wait some more. The Dr. I saw gave me a prescription which wasnt called into my pharmacy and when I called their office about it I was just passed off to a recording and had to leave a message which was never returned and I had to call again and again to get my medication called into my pharmacy. After this I realized that the back office is just as bad as the employees working in the front of this place. This office seems very dysfunctional and is poorly run by the manager there. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Like the other review says, the doctors are good but the staff is horrible.

When calling for an appointment they were more concerned about how they were going to get paid than anything else.

Folks were nice but their prices on hearing aids Ranged from 2,700.00 for low end to 7k for top end. Too much money for something most people dont use all the time anyway.

Kind staff but they sent us a bill they made no mention of that there would be a charge for.
