First off I want to say how amazing the front desk was and how kind they were when I first arrived for my first initial appointment here. Secondly, I saw Nancy Holman and her MA and I cant express enough how amazing they both were. They made me feel comfortable and were very knowledgeable. I went in to remove a few moles and for acne and they resolved everything and had answers all in one appointment. I was able to get all my moles removed when I was only there for a consultation. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this dermatologist.

Dr. Castle and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I had several moles removed, some shaved (cut) and one frozen. It was uncomfortable but rather painless and the results were great.

Everyone that works at Castle Dermatology is always so helpful and kind. My appointments are easy to schedule and genuinely fast which is always nice for my busy life! I love going there! Dr. Castle has helped clear up my acne which has helped with gaining my confidence back!

I have a teenager who has been really struggling with acne. As every human being knows, acne can make anyone feel bad about their appearance. I asked Dr Castle more questions than you can imagine about what to do and what was the best course of treatment. He was patient and caring when addressing my concerns. Not only were his recommendations spot on, but the acne is totally gone! The medication he suggested should keep my teen free of acne for many years to come if not for life. Dr Castle said the medication will literally purge my teens pores and we have seen that process take place. I now have a happy, acne free, more confident teen and as a parent that’s not something I can even put a price on. I would give him 10 stars if google would let me. My family recommends Dr Castle to anyone with a dermatology related concern. Thank you Dr Castle!

Doctor Castle always takes however much time is needed, discusses options and makes sure you understand. Hes very kind. The only problem I have with this practice (and it didnt happen this time) is that I usually have quite a lengthy wait before being seen. Scheduling appears to be a problem.

I have been a patient of Dr. Castle for over 20 years. He and his staff are always professional and caring. None better.

Staff is great, Dr. Perryman answers all questions and takes her time explaining everything. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I had to call to get my lab results, did not receive a call like I was told. Then was told I’d hear from someone to schedule my procedure and again after waiting over a week, I had to call them again.

She looked at a problem I am having with my scalp. She said it looks like the follicles. She never addressed what it was or what it was caused by. It is still a problem. They were extremely friendly and great to talk with, but I needed a little more.

Great experience. I was greeted immediately and check-in was quick and smooth. All of the office staff are friendly and responsive. I was able to be seen the day after I called for my initial appointment. Dr. Perryman listened to my concerns and gave me options for treatment. Couldnt be more satisfied with this medical provider experience.

I went for skin cancer check I dont think the Dr was with me more than 10 minutes. I feel like I need to go to a Dr that might care. It seemed like this Dr was in a hurry to be somewhere else! And there were no other patients there! I was interested in other treatments but was never given a chance to ask about any.

The first visit with doctor in another location thought he was great. Second visit at actual office in Greeley was not impressed. Started with the front desk she was was rude upon entering, I mean do not let me interrupt your conversation with your co-worker about your friends labor because I walked in the door to check in and the fact she acted a little snotty because I went to pay my co-pay and she just told me to take a seat in the waiting area it was actually her co-worker who spoke up and said co-pays are paid upon exiting (I had never been to this office before). Next they were running over an hour and a half late which made me late to other appointments. By time doctor came in he spent total of less then 10 minutes in the room discussing my case (of course by now I am highly agitated and angry). Was supposed to be given a new prescription it has never been called into the pharmacy. Felt like my case was just blown off after I drove an hour and forty-five minutes to go there. Front staff can definitely make some improvements. I know the doctor can be good, maybe I dont know if that was just an off day for him. I am willing to try him again but at one of his other visiting locations.

I love Dr Perryman and her staff, they are always so helpful and friendly. Dr Perryman is awesome, makes sure you know what she’s doing, and always ask if you have any concerns. She is very thorough when checking you out as well.

The only reason this place received one star is because I had to for this review to post. This office is extremely slow. If you have an appointment you will be lucky to be seen within an hour of that appointment. First appointment waited an hour. Todays appointment has been an hour and 45 minutes and still no doctor. Staff says it is because of biopsies ahead of your appointment. Then why not schedule accordingly or call the patients on schedule to let them know your office is running extremely behind. Will never go back or refer anyone. Dont waste your time. Doctor is good but not worth the wait.

Dr. Castle used the simplest method to take care of precancerous growths on my scalp, then checked me at the next appointment to make sure that they were gone. He has a professional manner and knows his job.

I saw Dr. Castle on a recommendation from my primary care physician, was told I needed to pay my bill on day of service which I did. After a follow up visit I was told I need to pay my bill on day of service which I did.Two months later I received a bill stating I have an outstanding balance so I called Dr. Castles office and the very nice lady answering the phone said they she couldnt tell me why and stated they dont do the billing. I would have to call Florida!After being on hold for 16 minutes a very nice billing lady told me she would have to e-mail Dr Castles office in Greeley and get back to me next week.Not the most professional experience so far.Buyer Beware.

I had a bad case of contact allergies that was tearing up my fingers for six months. No other doctors really knew what caused it...One visit to Advanced Dermatology and the docs recommendation of special skin cream cleared the problem within less than a day. Dr. Perryman is wonderful but I was just really upset when I getting undressed and a member of the staff walked in on me naked. Sure, there was a quick knock but waited for no response just opened the door as I was screaming. She didnt even apologize. It was very disconcerting. When I explained my upset to the doctor she explained it away by basically saying oh were just so used to people being naked around here. Needless to say, I was bothered. Just because theyre used to it doesnt mean patients are. I had no problem disrobing for the doctor at the appropriate time for a skin check, but otherwise I felt violated.

I was referred to Dr. Castle from my primary care doctor for a mole I had. Dr. Castle removed the mole right away. It did turn out to be cancerous so I went back for more treatment. They got me back in within a few days. Everything went well. Dr. Castle did a great job and the scar is hardly noticeable. I have been back for another mole that popped up but did not turn out to be cancerous. The office staff is very friendly and I have never had to wait too long past my appointment time.

I received removal of moles and spots at this clinic and was treated with professionalism.Im disappointed in the fact that I was seen at the Greeley Skin Clinic, that doctor referred me to a different doctor, since the spots on my nose kept coming back. I wasnt told it was a cosmetic consult which was $100, not covered by my insurance. The doctor just told me This other doctor can help me with that. (Spots on my nose)When I called the Greeley Skin Clinic back, after the unexpected charge, the lady was rude and said I made the appointment with the cosmetic doctor and I should have known it wasnt covered by my insurance. When she referred me to another doctor, I think they should have clarified.I was treated and had the removal of moles and was treated courteously, just had the big miscommunication and the rudeness of the lady whom I addressed the issue with.

Dr Castle is a rock star! I have a keloid scar on the back of my head from a previous injury and have been to two dermatologists and a plastic surgeon and they wanted me to have it surgically removed. I went to Dr Castle on the recommendation of one of his peers and he was the first doctor to take the time to help me understand the rate of recurrence from such a procedure and to discuss a treatment strategy that, in the end, may still result in excision but the fact that he wanted to exhaust all efforts to help treat this was such a relief! I’ve had two injections and my scar is greatly reduced in size and inflammation. I know I’ve found the right Doctor to treat this
