I am very happy I called Glass Guru for an estimate and repair. They were very professional and were also less expensive than other quotes I got. They communicated with me about the timing of my repair and worked with me in scheduling a time that would work best for me. I highly recommend them!

Phil gave us a competitive bid on a good quality sliding patio door to replace our very old original patio door. Glass Guru was the only company that I made inquiries to that got back to me in less than two days.Kandee, the Office Manager, always provided me with a same-day update when I called about the shipping status of our door.The installer, Francisco, did excellent work and was a pleasant person who did not mind answering questions.All in all, it was a very good experience for us.

Customer service was great. Phil took the time to answer my husbands questions about the windows. Candy has always been helpful and friendly on the phone with me. I have used this company to replace a total of 6 windows on my house. The people who came out to measure and install the windows were very courteous and respectful. I would use this company again.

Only took about a week between the estimate and the job getting done. Everyone was super nice and helpful the whole time. Reasonably priced as well! Highly recommend this company!

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! Rob Crust the owner is rude, unprofessional, will not return your call, will not answer emails, takes money and refuses to do the job legally. We hired him to replace windows and his other company for a roof. OVER 15 months later, still waiting for repairs, work not finished and just found out today he NEVER filed a permit! We took off work to have work done, they no showed more than once. Worse experience ever and today after 3 months of trying Rob the owner cursed at us for trying to get a hold of him. Do not use this business! I have filed a BBB complaint. Plus if you look lower in the reviews you will see that Rob and his wife gave themselves good reviews! Their responses also continue to say they never did business with people. Untrue! Guess you gotta make up for the truthful ones somehow.

I would never recommend. Check out the company there are three businesses located at this address. I hired this company for Glass Repair and Roof after a hail storm. They do a great job of selling themselves, but when it comes to doing what they say and when it is next to impossible. no shows, no call backs, delays, wont do what they committed. I am one year out and still waiting for finalization. Rob Crust owner of glass guru, Csquared exteriors, Rob Crust Ltd. and Colorado glass Guys. No permit was pulled for the roof and no inspection completed by the city. City told me this when I called for information. Guessing should have done a better job vetting and asking questions. I will say even with all the delays they did replace my windows with an upgrade.

Called to get an quote one day and no one showed up during the time frame I was given. Called again to let them know measurements and quote was never done, was told that someone would be at my house within the next hour and a half, again no one showed. I tried this company and even gave they a second chance, if you are going to make appointments with a potential customer have the professionalism and show up, if you can’t make it, a phone call would have been nice.

We ordered a glass shower panel for our bathroom remodel and Phil came out the same day to get measurements and put in the order. They were about $400 more expensive than our other bids but they said they could deliver a week faster than everyone and we were on a time crunch.After a week I would question where the glass was and I would get short responses back like we’ll look into it or we are working on it.3.5 weeks go by and they come to deliver and not only is it the wrong glass but it’s completely the wrong size by 8 inches.I asked for a refund and have never heard from them and will have to cancel the payment on my credit card myself.Would recommend literally anyone else!

Such great people. We were looking for vendors In the Greeley community to donate to widows and orphans for our nonprofit fundraiser (Lifesong for Orphans), and Glass Guru donated new windows, supplies and the owner himself came out to install everything for one of our widow’s homes! It’s hard to find companies that operate with integrity and generosity like that, and we can’t say enough about how much we appreciate Glass Guru. They went above and beyond and did it with quality work! If we could give them 6 stars, we would!

There were unforeseen problems with my new window install, and Phil rushed over to take care of it. He fixed it, and he got the project done on time. Finished product looks great.

Wow! Just wow! I’ve never been happier with work done on one of my properties. I’ve used plenty of companies while flipping houses and not one even comes close to the price and quality!

I scheduled a time for them to come give me a quote for a 4x6 gym mirror. The Glass Guru never showed. I called the company to confirm the time, and the receptionist said he must be running late (to an hour appointment?). I told her I cant afford to have my time wasted like this again and would not reschedule.Its amazing that companies would be willing to make such a poor and lasting first impression on their customers.

We had a great experience with Glass Guru installing a window in our kitchen. They were efficient and did a great job. We will always call them for glass needs.

I ordered 3 pieces of glass to be cut for pictures on Tuesday, I was told I would be able to pick them up on Friday morning of that same week. I showed up to a storefront and was told the truck from Denver had not showed up yet or my glass may have been delivered to a competitor. I was refunded the cost of the glass. I drove to a glass shop a few blocks away where they cut the glass while I waited, less than 5 min. for 1/3 the cost.

Very professional staff who made sure I was taken care of! The quality of their work was top shelf for the fair and reasonable price where they came In under any other company’s estimate!

Glass Guru replaced a broken window in our house a year ago, and did a great job. After the big hail storm this past summer, they did great work on three different windows, screens, beading, and a glass door. The work was excellent, and the price was less than our insurance estimate.

The guys who came to replace the window we’re very courteous and did a great job. However, costumer service skills within the office were severely lacking. I was given times for the estimate to be done and no one would show up. This happened several times. I had to call them to follow up because they never called at least to let me know no one was coming and i had to keep rescheduling. The same happened when it came to replacing the glass. When I called back asking why no one was showing up the lady said she wasn’t sure but would put me back on the schedule the next day. She also kept interrupting me when I tried expressing my frustrations. I waited for the guys to show up the next day and again they didn’t show up at the specified time window. Eventually it was done but it’s incredibly frustrating to be given times that are not followed through and the lack of communication on their end. They wasted a lot of my time waiting on them to show. The only time they did call me promptly was to charge me the of the balance for the window replacement. If you can get past the no shows and lack of communication, they do a good job but they would not be my first choice of recommendation.————————————————————————————————————————————————————Just to add, I have seen the response from glass guru and this is Lily Cordova. I just happened to use my husbands google profile with out realizing. I’m sure you guys had my number as that’s what was used to contact me by you guys when and if it did happen at all. Yes, I was the only one that was doing business with you guys not my husband. There were NO voicemails left by you guys so not sure why you are trying to blame me. I was fine by not having anyone at home but every time I was told some one would be there to fix the window, I would return home to find it still unrepaired. Additionally, I had to be present anyways because the guys who were replacing the window needed to access the inside of the house to replace the window. And yes, the guys did an excellent job replacing the window and they were very courteous, the issue wasn’t with them. I just wanted to communicate that the scheduling process is incredibly frustrating and lacks communication.
