Absolutely worst customer service ever! They are completely rude to you on the phone when you have an issue or if you are needing anything from them. Highly don’t recommend using them. We switched to another company.

Company ignores noise laws daily. Dumps dumpsters within three hundred feet of residences at Five am everyday. Dumps the dumpster for west ridge animal hospital almost everyday at five though the law clearly states not between 10pm and 7 am.

Their customer service is terrible. They routinely leave trash at the curb to blow down the street. Choose any other service!

Ordered a second tote and waited three weeks for it to be delivered. I called to find out what was happening, and was told they delivered it to us a week prior. When I informed them we never received it, I was argued with that someone had taken it from us and showed it was delivered in their system, so they were adamant that it was not their error. Found out this morning they delivered to the wrong side of the street and gave it to our neighbor. Canceled their service and went with Bunting.

This place is hard to find and very hard to back up to the ramp. Dont leave without Agate pass for your destination if you are being dispatch through c.h.robinson
