The staff is so helpfully and friendly. I spent 45 minutes getting everything set up with sweet girl that answered. I had no idea 45 minutes had passed. She got me set up with Victoria and after just one session, I love her! She was so nice and thoughtful to my situation. I am looking forward to her helping me with my journey!

Everyone has been very nice and friendly. If any messages are left with the office they respond in a very timely manner. We are working with multiple therapist, individual and a family, they all have been wonderful working with and I personally have had self progress with no meds needed with my issues in just a few months. I am so happy with this group and there connection with one another is great. I highly recommend life stance health.

Im extremely happy with my experience with tele-therapy. Im basically home like 24/7 so it offers convenience, but also was super easy to set up. Literally was a few clicks and I was connected with someone. If you arent tech-savvy, this will be a great option for you. You cant mess it up. Im really glad that they made therapy so accessible to those who may not have the ability to travel outside their homes right now. 10/10

My therapist is leaving, shes amazing, and my family and I are going with! We keep trying to pay a bill and its impossible to get ahold of anyone to give them money. This makes sense how? Oh and if you want to wean off a medication? Careful, they dont return calls. Glad I have a support system and am not suicidal. That would have been a big one on your hands.

I have an awesome counselor. Theyve helped so incredibly. I put 3 stars though because of the facility and business part of it. I would highly recommend anyone to go here. But my boyfriend tried to get help here awhile back. They took his money for the initial visit. They canceled his appointment, and didnt refund his money when he asked for it back.

Especially during times like these having technology to assist in counseling services is important. The platform was easy to utilize, just click on the link, and you are brought to a waiting room then you can join the meeting when you are ready. Therapy through video calls are the new trend. It was really fast and easy to set up and didnt require a lot of prior knowledge of technology, so it is easily accessible by any age group. I just did a tele-health appointment and it went really well. I was feeling a little unsure about the steps to connect to the video call; however, it was very straightforward once I clicked on the link to connect to the call.After I clicked the link in my email, my phone just asked me if I was ok with allowing the microphone and/or camera during the call. To which I responded yes.If I had the choice, I would definitely opt again to do a tele-health appointment. Super convenient and dead simple.

Friendly, welcoming staff. I know with the current state of the world, getting to therapy can be a daunting task. Luckily, Heart-Centered Counseling offers tele-therapy sessions. Setting up a session was a breeze and you still have access to a secure appointment with your provider. I would definitely recommend especially if you are uncomfortable with going to an in-person session at the moment. Tele-therapy has quite literally been a life saver to me these past few months.

I had an opportunity to try out the tele-health platform. As a Registered Nurse, I know how important it is to be accessible to as many people as possible, especially during these COVID times. Mental health is always important but especially now. Setting up the software was very simple. All I had to do was click on a link, confirm my audio and video, and I was connected. I was initially concerned with privacy but after speaking with them, they reassured me that the connection is secure and HIPAA compliant.

I have been on the phone with these people 3 times today only to be lied to, hung up on, and treated very poorly. If I have anything to do with it this place will no longer be open. This is my second horrific experience with this company the first being that my “therapist” would tell me that she “couldn’t help me” and that I needed to have my children taken all from me all because I had a mild eating disorder that I was already halfway through recovery from when I went to her.

Heart-Centereds Tele-Therapy platform was so easy to use! Being able to access therapy services from the comfort of your home is such a blessing. There was no driving, no traffic, no waiting room. I signed on when it was time for my meeting and I signed off when it was over. I didnt have any problems with connecting, but I knew I had a team member there to help me if I did. It was an easy and convenient experience. I recommend it!

Tele-Therapy is very easy and convenient to use! I normally only get my schedule a week in advance and dont always have the time to drive to my counselors. I was treated very dishonorable by this “Faith-based” counseling center leadership and its Greeley office and for an extended period - They should be sued according to public policy for the DAMAGES. The Lord God knows my heart and ALL of the deceivers involved in my situation. This counseling Center is a primary contributor to destroying parent-child relationships. This is not my theory or generality nor opinion, this is my experience! WOE TO YOU says The King of kings!

As I work a full-time job, I really appreciate that they offer tele-therapy. This makes therapy sessions as convenient as using a lunch hour in the privacy of my car. I already have Google Hangouts Meet installed on my Android phone, which is what we used. While we did have initial technical difficulty, sending a fresh link cleared it right up. I highly recommend this practice as they are making their service more readily available to those who can’t travel to them. I hope other counseling practices will follow their example!

Testing the tele-therapy platform before my first scheduled counseling session literally as easy as 1-2-3. Only a couple clicks and you are on Google Me with the service rep, test video and sound and youre all set for your next scheduled session. Always a live person to help in case troubleshooting is needed. Super!

I really dont even know what to say here. I selected this office because it came so highly recommended both on every review platform I looked at as well as by word of mouth. The person we saw was great and really helped my child during our weekly visits, which were very much needed at the time. Over a few months, it became apparent that weekly visits were not needed anymore (YAY!) so we did a few one month follow ups before deciding we would do as needed appointments only. During the course of this time I asked twice about billing. I never received a bill in the mail, e-mail or ever. I was just told that sometimes with the insurance it takes a while to process and to pay when I get a bill. It has now been 9 months since my first visit and still have not received a bill. Ive also received a copy of a few letters my insurance has sent to the office because the billing codes were not correct. Because of this, I feel it may have played a part in the next part of this review. So, due to loss of an animal suddenly, one of my children was having a really hard time. So I felt this was one of those as needed appointments. I sent a text requesting an appointment because they do not have a front desk, and you are suppose to request appointments via your therapist/counselor etc. I never received a response. I also have been having issues with receiving diagnosis paper work. I need this paper work and was told the printer is not working in the office. I have requested the paper work be emailed to me twice over the course of several months and get told it is sent when I never received it even checking my junk folder daily. My child has asked to go back on his own accord, and I dont know how to tell my child that they arent responding to my messages. I worry it is because they havent been paid but again I havent received a bill, only letters from my insurance stating it was not being billed properly (The insurance sends me a cover letter letting me know they are just sending me a copy of what was sent to them). I reached out on some community forums, and learned several people have had the same problem. The office is great when you go all the time, but after that it is like they dont have time to help you anymore. I dont even know what to do because this place helped us through a very difficult time, but then we couldnt get help when needed afterwards.

So simple and convenient, didnt even need to learn to use a new app or anything. What a great option for those of us not able to easily make an office appointment. Wish my Doctors appointments were this easy.

Heart-Centereds tele-therapy service is a great option for all. While I did have a brief technical difficulty initially, a team member was able to walk me through it so that I was able to get connected with them very quickly. Even with that small hiccup the process was overall so simple that it was actually much less stressful for me that having to get ready to go and deal with traffic when attempting to make it to an in-person appointment on time. I felt confident the whole time that I would be able to access the service and that everything could be done safely and securely while I remained in the comfort of my own home. Its wonderful to know that you can access such an important service so conveniently this way no matter what might be preventing in-person therapy sessions. The service was so easy to use and so stress-free for me that I would recommend it to anyone!

The tele-therapy option this office provides is a time-saving and easy-to-use option for those who may live further away from the physical location. I was able to connect to the office to see and speak to their personnel in less than 5 minutes with just my laptop and webcam. And I did this all from the comfort of my own home.They have an incredibly friendly support staff readily available to help troubleshoot any issues that may arise prior to your scheduled session! When I couldnt see anyone on the other end, they were able to check the settings and made sure everything worked properly.

Never got to counseling. I made an appointment in the Greekey office . A week later I am told by the therapist this is a tele therapy appointment -Not in person. The staff and therapist need to communicate MUCH better with each other.

Sarah and I were becoming more like roommates than a married couple. It wasn’t that we weren’t doing everything together or that there was a lack in communication or intimacy. Things were fine from the outside. We co-existed. But the “spark” was missing. I read a few popular books on psychology and decided to consult a therapist. I hurried because I wanted to stop our love from going dormant. The counselling helped. Sarah and I feel like a couple again.

This platform is very easy to use, and has been shown to be as effective as in-person therapy. There is a video app you can download that makes it even more simple to join the session! In general, I highly recommend tele-therapy. I live in a small town and there is not much here in terms of therapy, but with tele-therapy I have been able to receive sessions from a therapist I very much like and have gotten a lot out of it.

I was compensated for my gas for having to drive further than I could, and met by the director in person, along with Jamie.
