Elizabeth Elston, the closer on this transaction reviewed the closing documents until the last minute, forgetting a admin fee, that was already on the lender package, the closing settlement was asked days before and she never responded back to emails, super rude and awful customer service. She treated very poorly the lender. Nobody took responsibility on this matter. I will never want work or recommend this company ever.

First American Title is top notch. The team at the Greeley, CO office never fails to impress. They consistently go above-and-beyond to ensure a smooth transaction and are highly knowledgeable about every aspect of the real estate closing. Customer service is Priority #1 and it shows. I recently had a minor issue with a clients wire transfer after closing. I shot an email off to my Closer (Ashley) at 7p on a Friday expecting a reply sometime Monday. Within 10 minutes, she had replied to my email to let me know that she would get me an answer ASAP - and she meant it. The issue was resolved almost immediately and everyone was happy. As if I werent already impressed enough, I found out after the fact that not only was all of this was happening after hours on a Friday, but that it was Ashleys birthday as well. In a world where a strong commitment to customer service is often little more than a bullet point on a slide for most companies, First American actually delivers it.

A knowledgeable place to sell your house. How many people get a bite of the Apple when you sell your house. The answer is way too many what a joke. Everybody gets money but the seller.
