I have gone through temp agencies in the past for temp to hire positions and for the most part it’s always been a great experience. Employment solutions was no different. It has been about 8 years since I’ve used a temp agency but I’m glad it was them. They were direct and fast. They made things easy by allowing me to fill out most of my sign on paperwork through email. With the current climate of the world it can be risky to go into a busy office. They just moved into a new space here in NOCO and it’s beautiful. They had great communication and everything was very smooth. Thank you Cody and team for helping me keep working while I looked for my next career move! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs help making their next job move!

THIS IS THE WORSE PLACE TO GO TO. My father in law got a job through employment solutions and they were SO rude to him, and they were not professional at all. When he went and got his global card to pay him for the work that he did, it was expired!!! He is elder and I strongly believe they took advantage of him because he is elder and he doesnt know much English.

I used to work for these guys in Fort Collins but working with them again is another great example on how these guys take care of their employees. Anita is a great person to come to with questions that will get answered and a great recruiter. Im recommending a lot of people to this place and based on these experiences from the last couple days I am glad to be part of the family once again.

This is a bad agency in the fact that I applied to a job employment solutions had posted and I did receive a call from them to go in and had me fill out paperwork for the job I was interested in, hoping I already had the job. Next thing I know, that job was already full and they couldnt hire me. Not to mention, I heard that other people got hired right away even though they told me it was full which isnt fair. I believe that employment solutions shouldnt be having posts about jobs that arent going to be available.

Great friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good amount of jobs at decent wages. Insurance is offered and I never had a problem with payroll here.

My experience was great the ppl their are very nice and Anita was so kind and helpful

They are pretty unprofessional, no one returns calls. Expect attitude and to be transferred quite a bit. Finding a good job with them is impossible and decent pay is ever harder. They wont hesitate to see you as a nobody real quick.

Employment Solutions have regular updates on openings on their website. They seem to post relevant articles about employment on Facebook. The offices have friendly staff members who genuinely want to get you to work as quickly as possible. Working with other staffing agencies sometimes left me an uneasy feeling. Being asked to go thru lengthy processes, providing references and being grilled about who my managers or bosses or how I found past employment rather than my actual skill but then never hearing from then again makes it clear that they arent really interested in my future employment but more meeting quotas. I have had nothing but the opposite experience with Employment Solutions. I highly recommend then to friends and family seeking work.
