I am very grateful for Elwood Staffing. When initially getting started with them a family member ended up reaching out to me to offer a speedy move to Wisconsin. I was not very considerate after just making plans with the Newspaper I was placed at by Elwood where I took extra shifts and planned a switch to nights. After missing my Greyhound, they were not willing to let me return so I waited a couple weeks then decided to send a short message every day for a week stating that my behavior was unprofessional and that I was available and would be staying put in Wyoming. After 5 days I was given an opportunity and I started the following day.Riley is someone I am happy to work under/for because she communicates perfectly, she takes your needs and wants into consideration and is FAIR in a field that constantly has employees stating the opposite about recruiters. She told me NO because I affected the reputation of Elwood through lack of communication and reliability. In the end she allowed me to give it another shot when I showed my willingness to work through my daily check ins.I recommend Elwood Staffing to everyone! Work for all skill levels and I promise the work has been 100x better than day labor and it pays better. Elwood Greeley,What can I say, I took all the dead end end jobs they reffered me too... Going into each and everyone one of them knowing, it might not be long term!!! Pretty much like most of the employment agencies. These women get paid well to find you crappy dead end jobs that go no were. or these rinky dinky 2month-4month jobs then your back in there office looking for more work. Its definitely not the place to look for a career there maybe that 2% that actually get hooked with with something great but dont expect to move up in any of the jobs they find you. In closing its best to just go solo put together a good resume and do it yourself. The rewards in the end feel so much better knowing YOU did it by yourself on your own without the middle man

No holiday pay. Doesnt care about the workers that make the company money. From I was told. The company doesnt care about there own employees.
