Didnt know much about how these places work, but thought Id find out. I gave them a buzz and a very helpful lady ,named Lisa, explained to me that IF I were headed to a destinationcity, the agency offered different packages and that the fee for coordinating flight, rental and lodgings was taken care of by the establishments Id be patronizing. If I were, say visiting friends, in a” noon-destination city, the agency would still gladly coordinate and book my logistics, for a mere $35 (thats only $10 more than it would cost me to book my own flight, via telephone). I dont think Ill ever book my own stuff again. All in all a very informative 5 minutes. Quite possibly the best 5 minutes spent that day.

I called to ask a question and I got a rude answer. No wander travel agents are going out of business. Customer service should be the first priority, definitely not at this place. Disappointed.
