Received a threatening email from this company’s attorney earlier this week for an invoice I never received. The attorney basically threatened my credit and requested I pay them immediately via bank wire transfer.They also called our corporate office and referenced a court case number to our sales team making it seem like we are in some sort of legal battle to what amounts to less than $700. What a joke.Next time pick up the phone and ask to talk to someone rather than threatening peoples businesses. It would also be helpful if they had an accounting department of their own to ensure invoices are sent and followed up on appropriately rather than having to hire an attorney to chase down small amount of money.Unprofessional.

I’m a coordinator with a local construction company.I originally had a another crane company scheduled for a job in Greeley setting trusses. They called me a hour before having to be on location and canceled. I immediately resorted to google and called Krän from the list. Eric took my call and said he would even run the crane himself to make sure the job was handled.We now only use Krän for all projects with all Forman requesting for their cranes and operators.Thank you all

I recently landscaped my back yard and was having a swim spa delivered to a spot 75 feet from the nearest street, requiring a crane to move it from the flat bed truck to the pad. Eric and Colby, Kran experts, showed up 30 minutes prior to International Hot Tubs arrival. They set up the crane and got it ready for the spa to arrive. They checked out the area the spa needed to make sure there were no obstacles. I asked them if they would also move two rocks I had in the back yard to a new spot 10 feet forward of the existing location. The rocks were buried surprisingly deep but Eric who is the crane manager jumped down, wrapped it in webbing and plucked it out while Colby and I spun it into position. The second rock which I estimated at 500 pounds was actually buried much deeper weighing 1285 pounds. Eric pulled it out like a bad tooth and dropped it exactly where I wanted it. All this before the spa ever arrived. These two gentlemen were so efficient they alleviated any concerns I had about moving the spa.When it arrived, Eric and Colby had it off the truck and in place in 30 minutes, smiling the entire time. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience and would grab a beer with these two guys any time. They were friendly, upbeat and enjoyable to be around. I highly recommend Kran, Eric and Colby.

Kran was greet to work with. They we able to accommodate my last minute need for a Crane. The operator Jason was polite and made everyone on site feel safe and comfortable.
