Terrible place! Do not go here! They are rude and over charge. They cant even get a pencil mark outta my shirt and tried to charge me for dry cleaning. Rip off! Stay away! Owner was so rude and said she had so many customers she had no time for me! Everyone that gave good reviews are friends of the owner or employees because i cant see how customers would be happy with this place. I smell something fishy with these good reviews. Just throwing it out there everyone. Dont take anything there. Go elsewhere.Instead of a refund i paid for everything else and let her keep the shirt. My opion is this place will screw ya. Im reporting them to the better business Bureau because they are obviously not qualified to be a consumer based business

This is without a doubt the greatest dry cleaning business in Colorado. Words cannot express how amazing this place is. They care about their customers and the quality of the clothes they work on. I used to live in Denver and had a really great dry cleaner right around the corner. I never realized what a luxury that was until I moved to northern Colorado. I went through four different businesses all with so-so quality before a friend pointed me to Tatyanas. They are by far the best! Theyre fast, theyre reasonably-priced and my shirts and suits have never looked better. Theyre definitely worth checking out.

They were able to measure my alteration without an appointment and while they were busy. Finished it within a day and very inexpensive. Employees were very professional and polite. Would highly recommend and will be using them from now on!

Amazing work of alterations. As first time customers Stacy was super nice and helpful. We discussed to alter my faja/compression garments. It was done on time as promised. I was surprised to received my garments with neatly done. I’m so impressed with the quality of the alterations.

I had just moved to Greeley and was looking for a service to alter a pair of scrub pants that were just too long! I contacted a couple of alteration services that never responded back to me before I decided to call Tatyanas. As soon as I told her what I needed, she didnt hesitate to tell me to come in the same day! Even though I said I needed my pants in about a week, she had the alteration done for me by the next afternoon, which was amazing! She was able to keep the same hem design on the bottom as the rest of the scrub pant, and she did a flawless job. I was so happy to not wear scrubs that were dragging everywhere. If you need fast, quick, quality alterations or dry cleaning, Tatyanas is the place!! I plan to take all my alterations to her in the future!!

They were able to restore an antique fur coat that was found in the bottom of the closet in a garment bag after a flood in my basement and they were able to clean and restore it to its former glory. I wont take my stuff anywhere else

Literally ruined my wedding dress by steaming it instead of pressing or ironing it which is what we asked and will not take any responsibility at all.

Great service I am a senior disabled and they been doing my wash and Fold and I’m great full they pick it up and bring it back to my house!

I dont usually leave reviews but after one of their seamstresses ruined my dress and overcharged me, I decided to speak up about their customer service. When I had the seamstress take me through their services, I had her clarify where she was going to hem my dress and how much was being taken off. We agreed to cut it enough to see my heals and have it above the floor. Although they worked fast and they got it done in about a week, I tried it on for the first time after getting it shortened and the dress didnt look like she did anything to it, despite the scraps of fabric they provided when I picked it up, you wouldnt of been able to tell a difference in length. I was charged $65 for this hem and it was uneven, still dragging on the floor, and unprofessional. Im unhappy with this service and do not recommend this dry cleaners to anyone; unless they are ONLY looking to get clothes dry cleaned. I called the seamstress after trying on this dress and she said she would charge me another $65 to fix her mistakes. This wedding is 2 weeks from now, giving me little to no time to fix my bridesmaid dress and she had such disrespect and a superiority-complex over me when I followed up about the results. She said she had the best deals, and she knew the business well, essentially priding herself on all sorts of things just to sell me this incomplete result. If you live in Greeley, I suggest looking for a different seamstress.

Gave Tatyana a call for a last minute alteration on some pants for a wedding and she was willing to come in on her day off. She fixed my pants in less than an hour. Quality work for a great price. The hospitatlity and service from this wonderful woman is amazing. I am so blown away with my experience! I told her I needed my pants by next week and I had called other places and they said that was too soon. She finished my pants in a little less than an hour that same day. With no rush fee! This place is AMAZING!! I was a walk in and Tatana was on her way out, and she stayed to help me get what I needed done. I had to get some Military dress uniforms altered, rank sewn on, and cleaned and pressed and they took care of it all and had it all done within days. I could not have asked for better service. I have taken my husbands suits to this Dry Cleaner location for more than 5 years even before Tatyana purchased it. The last two times that I’ve picked up my husband’s suits they have been returned dirty, with multiple dirty spots. Today, was not the exception. When I picked up the suits and inspected them I pointed out that they had the multiple dirty spots. I mentioned that when I dropped them off my husband needed them for Friday morning and now we had to purchase a suit since the ones we dropped were dirty they said, well just take them somewhere else. You don’t need to pay for anything just take them elsewhere. Thank you for frankly letting me know you don’t care for my business.Response to Tatyana, all I wanted was for my husband’s suits to be serviced correctly hence why I take it to a dry cleaner. Ever since you bought the cleaners I have trusted you to service my husbands suits. I do not expect anything else from you or your business to MAKE me happy. I have never asked for a discount or credit or special treatment. Out of the almost 2 years of doing business with you this is the second time the suits were not serviced correctly, the only difference is that this time your business clerk/ daughter made it clear to me and my husband (who was present and got off the car to make sure the suits were cleaned correctly) that she didn’t want to service us or redo the suits that were not done correctly. I honestly don’t think you/your clerk did anything out of your way to do things right for us. We have always paid on time, we have been good customers to your business. I don’t understand what you mean when you say you could never make me happy. Anyhow, I hope this serves as an experience to treat ALL your customers right.

I came in with a dress I needed altered in a week. Even though Tatyana was incredibly busy she agreed to do the work on my dress. 24 hours later, my dress is perfectly hemmed!! I wasn’t even charged extra for the rush. Both Tatyana and her daughter are wonderful. I will absolutely be returning for all of my alterations and dry cleaning needs as well!

I hate to add another following review, but I have an update to my previous comments and concerns about this business. After calling her and talking about the dress, she couldnt offer much help to fix her mistakes. Days after leaving these reviews, I received a voicemail where she threatened to call my parents (even though I am 19 years old). She wasnt specific on what she would say but it wasnt very respectful to threaten me, especially as a customer. Threatening consumers over the phone is unprofessional behavior and it shows how much Tatyana cares for your business. She still will not acknowledge she did a poor job, belittling me and talking about how her other customers love her work even though I am not in that majority, I shouldnt be talked down to like a child for speaking up about my opinion. She wasnt listening to my concerns at all and communication was just frustrating.
