Finally he just had me meet him at the jail so we could try to work ot out in person. It was really worth the wait because he was able 5o talk to someone and he got out in 5h he same day. I called yesterday evening around 7:30ish trying to bond my brother out. I gave my info and my brothers info and was told that a under writer would be calling me back very shortly. It is now 7:16am the next morning. Still no return call, or bond for my brother through this company.

This place is amazing. My wife was a high risk bond and they were still willing to work with us. They had bond posted right away. Their easy to work with and we are grateful for them helping us.

I am from Sterling and called ASAP Bail Bonds to see if they were available to do a bond out here and what they charged, and after I said Sterling the man I spoke with asked how much the bond was and clearly considered it too low to be worth his time or the drive based on the change of his demeanor from professional to annoyed and pausing before giving me an answer, which was let me see if I have an agent available in the area and I will call you right back with an answer. Well he never called back with an answer at all and didnt answer when I got tired of waiting and tried to call him back at the number they listed for 24/7 bond services... I was pretty thrown off by this experience after reading the way their website advertised their services specifically for Logan County when their closest office location is an hour and a half outside city limits so in no way local and clearly demonstrated that they are only interested in coming to Sterling if its a high bond, not the objective ANY bond the website says they do in Logan County. I dont generally go out of my way to write reviews on businesses but trying to bond a loved one out of jail is stressful enough without wasting time with a service that follows through with next to none of the specific things guaranteed by themselves. Attached to my review are a couple screen shots of the statements they make about their business in Logan County Specifically.

Terrible service. I completed the form online. No one called. I called them back and they told me to text some required docs. I did. One and a half hours later, no response. I called again. He was checking with his boss. Two hours later I called - no answer.I called another bail bond company and had the whole process done within a half hour.

Very nice and understanding, very determined to help. We had driven from sterling (where we’re from) and we were told that we had to sign papers in sterling and fax them to platte valley and they were actually gonna drive all the way to sterling to do the papers and go back to greeley just to get my brother out all in the same day even though in the end they fought their hardest for about 1 hour on the phone back and forth with four different facilities and finally we were able to release him from platte. Absolutely amazing. Definitely would use them again if absolutely needed!

These guys were great!!! When most other bonds companies were closed due to a holiday they were open and handled my bond ASAP.Note* the Fort Collins police are very difficult to deal with, most (60%) of them were completely unhelpful, rude and basically just not nice people, so im sure having to deal with them as much as ASAP does must be very difficult!!!
